a placing groove for placing the workpiece 300;
a pressing member 130, whose pressing force is provided by an oil cylinder 140, for pressing the workpiece in the placing groove; the oil cylinder is fixed on the clamp base 110.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the oil cylinder 140 is a customized two-way oil cylinder, which has two pistons 141 extending in parallel in the same direction, and the pressing members 130 on two adjacent clamping positions are respectively fixed on the two pistons; an oil passage 142 for supplying oil to the oil cylinder 140 is provided in the jig base 110, and the pressing force of the pressing piece 130 is adjusted by adjusting the amount of the supplied oil, thereby clamping or unclamping the workpiece 300.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the oil cylinder 140 may also be a common one-way oil cylinder, the end of the piston rod is connected with a connecting piece 143, the pressing pieces 130 on two adjacent clamping positions are located at two ends of the connecting piece 143, the apparatus is provided with an oil way distributor for supplying oil to each oil cylinder; the pressing force of the pressing member 130 is adjusted by adjusting the amount of the supplied oil, thereby clamping or unclamping the workpiece 300. As shown in fig. 1, a first workpiece pushing mechanism 400 and a second workpiece pushing mechanism 500 are respectively disposed on two sides of the fixture seat, and the first workpiece pushing mechanism 400 is used for pushing the workpiece out, so that the elastic positioning pin is separated from the positioning hole; the second workpiece pushing mechanism 500 is used for pushing the workpiece 300 so as to reset the workpiece 300.
In this embodiment, the first workpiece pushing mechanism 400 and the second workpiece pushing mechanism 500 are both processing components, and are respectively located at two sides of the workpiece clamping device 100 along the first direction.
In the present embodiment, the loading and unloading of the workpiece 300 are performed by the robot 710, and in fig. 3, the workpiece held below the robot 710 is a workpiece to be unloaded.
A group of three processing spindles 410 is arranged on the processing assembly along the second direction corresponding to each clamp, the processing spindles in the same group are arranged along the z direction, and the positions of the three processing spindles can slide along the z direction to adjust and determine which processing spindle is aligned with the workpiece; the feeding direction of the tool in the processing spindle 410 is a second direction; the second direction is the y direction in fig. 2, the first direction is the x direction in fig. 2, and the processing spindles on the two sets of processing assemblies are arranged oppositely.
The processing assembly is disposed on a base 600; a sliding seat 610 is slidably clamped on the base 600 along a second direction, and the sliding seat 610 is slidably clamped on the base 600 along the second direction; the base 600 is further provided with a first driving mechanism for driving the sliding seat 610 to slide. The first driving mechanism is a servo motor, two y-axis slide rails are arranged on the base 600 along the second direction, and the slide carriage 610 is slidably clamped on the y-axis slide rails; a lead screw is coaxially arranged on an output shaft of the first driving mechanism and is in threaded connection with the sliding seat 610; the first driving mechanism drives the slide carriage 610 to move along the y-axis slide rail by driving the lead screw to rotate, so that the machining assembly can move, and when the machining assembly moves, the machining spindle of the machining assembly pushes the workpiece to move.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the connecting plate is an L-shaped plate.
