Detailed Description
The utility model is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, as the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. appear, their indicated orientations or positional relationships are based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" as appearing herein are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In particular, the inner side in the present invention refers to a surface of all the door bodies facing the inside of the cabinet in the closed state, and the outer side in the present invention refers to a surface of all the door bodies facing the outside of the cabinet in the closed state. For example, the inner side in fig. 2 is the left side and the outer side is the right side, and the inner side in fig. 3 is the right side and the outer side is the left side.
As shown in fig. 1 to 23, there is shown a sealable double door of a preferred embodiment, comprising: the outer door body comprises a first plate-shaped structure 1 and a second plate-shaped structure 2, one side of the first plate-shaped structure 1 is rotatably connected with the second plate-shaped structure 2, and the other side of the first plate-shaped structure 1 is provided with an outer door body rotating part 11; the inner door body comprises a third plate-shaped structure 3 and a fourth plate-shaped structure 4, the fourth plate-shaped structure 4 is embedded in one side of the third plate-shaped structure 3, one side of the fourth plate-shaped structure 4 is rotatably connected with the third plate-shaped structure 3, and the other side of the fourth plate-shaped structure 4 is provided with an inner door body rotating part 41.
Taking any display case as an example, the outer door body and the inner door body are installed at the entrance of the display case body 5. The third plate-like structure 3, in the closed condition, completely covers the access to the tank 5; when the first plate-like structure 1 and the second plate-like structure 2 are in the closed state, the third plate-like structure 3 is completely covered, and double sealing is achieved.
In other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the outer door body may have an integral plate-like structure.
Further, as a preferred embodiment, the outer door is rotatably connected to the cabinet 5 through the outer door rotating portion 11, and the inner door is rotatably connected to the cabinet 5 through the inner door rotating portion 41.
Preferably, the outer door rotating part 11 and the inner door rotating part 41 may be hinges, or other rotating structures capable of realizing relative rotation between two plate-shaped structures.
Further, as a preferred embodiment, the outer door rotating portion 11 and the inner door rotating portion 41 are disposed on the same side of the cabinet 1.
Further, as a preferred embodiment, the surface of the third plate-like structure 3 facing the outer door body (i.e. the outer side of the third plate-like structure 3) is provided with an accommodating space, the accommodating space is located at one side of the third plate-like structure 3, and the fourth plate-like structure 4 is operatively disposed in the accommodating space of the third plate-like structure 3.
In another preferred embodiment, the fourth plate-like structure 4 is rotatably connected to the side of the third plate-like structure 3.
In the above two arrangements of the fourth plate-like structure 4 and the third plate-like structure 3, the outer surface of the fourth plate-like structure 4 is preferably flush or substantially flush with the outer surface of the third plate-like structure 3. In other words, the outer surface of the fourth plate-like structure 4 is not obstructed by the outer surface of the third plate-like structure 3 to prevent interference during rotation.
Preferably, the side of the third plate-like structure 3 is substantially flush with the side of the fourth plate-like structure 4.
The above are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the embodiments and the protection scope of the present invention are not limited thereby.
The present invention also has the following embodiments in addition to the above:
in a further embodiment of the utility model, the width of the fourth plate-like structure 4 is greater than or equal to the total thickness of the first and second plate- like structures 1, 2, enabling the third plate-like structure 3 to be rotated around the fourth plate-like structure 4 independently of the thickness of the first and second plate- like structures 1, 2.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the inner door body and the outer door body are operable in a closed position and an open position.
When the inner door body and the outer door body are in a closed state, the inner surfaces of the first plate-shaped structure 1 and the second plate-shaped structure 2 are attached to the outer surface of the third plate-shaped structure 3, and at the moment, the fourth plate-shaped structure 4 is accommodated in the third plate-shaped structure 3. At this point, the third plate-like structure 3 forms an inside seal and the first and second plate- like structures 1 and 2 form an outside seal.
When the inner door body and the outer door body are in an opened state, firstly, the inner surface of the first plate-shaped structure 1 is attached to the inner surface of the second plate-shaped structure 2 through rotation, so that the first plate-shaped structure 1 and the second plate-shaped structure 2 are folded; then the third plate-like structure 3 is rotated to make the outer surface of the third plate-like structure 3 fit with the outer surface of the second plate-like structure 2, the third plate-like structure 3 is turned outwards to the outer sides of the first plate-like structure 1 and the second plate-like structure 2, meanwhile, the outer surface of the fourth plate-like structure 4 fits with the side surfaces of the first plate-like structure 1 and the second plate-like structure 2, and finally, the cabinet body 5 is in the maximum opening state.
In addition, as shown in fig. 22, when the inner door body and the outer door body are in an open state, the inner door body and the outer door body are folded in another manner, that is, the first plate-like structure 1 and the second plate-like structure 2 are in the same plane, the outer surface of the third plate-like structure 3 is attached to the inner surfaces of the first plate-like structure 1 and the second plate-like structure 2, and the outer surface of the fourth plate-like structure 4 is attached to the side surface of the first plate-like structure 1.
Referring to fig. 23, in the embodiment where the outer door 7 is a unitary plate-shaped structure, the inner door and the outer door 7 are operable to be in a closed state and an open state; when the inner door body and the outer door body 7 are in a closed state, the inner surface of the outer door body 7 is attached to the outer surface of the third plate-shaped structure 3; when the inner door body and the outer door body 7 are in an open state, the outer surface of the third plate-shaped structure 3 is attached to the inner surface of the outer door body 7, and the outer surface of the fourth plate-shaped structure 4 is attached to the side surface of the outer door body 7.
It should be noted that the abutment refers to a general positional relationship, for example, "the outer surface of the third plate-like structure 3 abuts against the inner surface of the outer door body 7" means that the two are opposite to each other, allow the two to abut against each other or have a certain gap therebetween.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a showcase, wherein the showcase includes a showcase body 5 and the above-mentioned sealable double door disposed on the showcase body 5.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, which includes at least two of the above-mentioned dual-doors with sealing performance, and the two dual-doors with sealing performance are symmetrically disposed. Fig. 4 shows two or more of the above-described sealing double doors, wherein the two sealing double doors are arranged in an axisymmetric manner, resulting in a split door structure.
While the utility model has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model.
