With reference to fig. 1 and 3, the fixing base 122 of the embodiment of the present application includes a fixing plate 1221, a first fixing column 1222 disposed on a top surface of the fixing plate 1221, and a second fixing column 1223 disposed on a bottom surface of the fixing plate 1221, where the first fixing column 1222 and the second fixing column 1223 are opposite; the first fixing hole 1220 penetrates the first fixing column 1222, the fixing plate 1221 and the second fixing column 1223. Alternatively, the first fixing post 1222 and the second fixing post 1223 may be both cylindrical.
So set up, can prolong the axial distance of first fixed orifices 1220, increase first fixed orifices 1220 and fastening screw's threaded connection distance to improve the stability that motor gland and base are connected.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a cover 110 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a plate 111, a third surrounding plate 112, and an intermediate ring 114; the plate body 111 is provided with a central hole, the middle ring 114 is arranged in the center of the plate body 111, and the third surrounding plate 112 is arranged at the edge of the plate body 111; a fourth reinforcing plate 113 is provided between the third shroud 112 and the intermediate ring 114. The bottom edge of the fourth reinforcing plate 113 is connected to the plate body 111, the outer end of the fourth reinforcing plate 113 is connected to the third surrounding plate 112, and the inner end of the fourth reinforcing plate 113 is connected to the intermediate ring 114.
Optionally, a plurality of fourth reinforcing plates 113 are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the intermediate ring 114, so as to improve the structural strength of the cover body 110.
The top surface of the middle ring 114 protrudes from the plate body 111, the middle ring 114 includes an outer wall, an inner wall and a top wall disposed at the top end of the outer wall and the inner wall, and a fourth reinforcing plate 113 is disposed between the outer wall and the third surrounding plate 112. The intermediate ring 114 is a downwardly opening groove structure.
Referring to fig. 3, a fifth reinforcing plate 115 is disposed in the intermediate ring 114, and both ends of the fifth reinforcing plate 115 are respectively connected to the inner wall and the outer wall of the intermediate ring 114. The fifth stiffener plate 115 may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of fifth stiffener plates 115 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the intermediate ring 114.
Optionally, a sixth reinforcing plate 116 is further disposed between the outer wall of the middle ring 114 and the third surrounding plate 112, and a top edge of the sixth reinforcing plate 116 is connected to the bottom surface of the plate body 111. The sixth reinforcing plate 116 is provided in plural, and the plural sixth reinforcing plates 116 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the intermediate ring 114.
In the present embodiment, the fifth reinforcing plate 115 and the sixth reinforcing plate 116 are provided to further improve the structural strength and stability of the cover body 110.

1. A cabinet air conditioner, comprising: the device comprises a motor, an electric cabinet, a motor gland and a cable assembly; the cable assembly comprises a motor cable and a connecting cable, the motor cable is electrically connected with the motor, the connecting cable is electrically connected with the electric cabinet, and the motor cable is connected with the connecting cable through a butt terminal;
the motor cover includes: the gland comprises a gland body and a wire clamping structure;
the gland body comprises a cover body and a plurality of support legs, the support legs are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cover body, the support legs comprise support arms connected with the edge of the cover body and fixing seats connected with the end parts of the support arms, the fixing seats are positioned on one sides of the support arms far away from the cover body, and first fixing holes are formed in the fixing seats;
the wire clamping structure is positioned between two adjacent supporting legs and comprises a limiting seat and a limiting arm, and one end of the limiting seat is connected with the edge of the cover body; one end of the limiting arm is connected with the other end of the limiting seat, the other end of the limiting arm is connected with the edge of the cover body, the limiting arm and the limiting seat form a wire clamping port, and the wire clamping port is connected with the butt joint terminal in a clamping mode.

The cabinet air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the retainer includes a bottom plate connected to the edge of the cover and a first enclosure plate disposed on the bottom surface of the bottom plate, the first enclosure plate being disposed around the edge of the bottom plate; the top surface of bottom plate with spacing arm is connected, the bottom surface of bottom plate is provided with first reinforcing plate.

A cabinet air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the position limiting arm includes a top arm portion and upright arm portions disposed at both ends of the top arm portion, the two upright arm portions being spaced apart from each other and perpendicular to the bottom plate; one of the upright arm parts is connected with the top surface of the bottom plate, and the other upright arm part is connected with the edge of the cover body; the top arm portion is spaced from the base plate.
4. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 3, wherein the top surface of the butt terminal is provided with a limiting surface, and one end of the butt terminal is provided with a clamping arm;
the bottom surface of the top arm part is provided with a matching step surface, and the matching step surface is matched with the limiting surface;
the medial surface of arm portion is provided with spacing arch, spacing arch with joint arm butt.
5. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 3, wherein a clip interface is provided on the bottom plate, the clip interface extending along the length of the top arm portion and facing the top arm portion; the bottom surface of butt joint terminal be provided with the buckle of joint interface joint.
6. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 5, wherein the top surface of the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of first ribs and a plurality of second ribs, the plurality of first ribs and the plurality of second ribs being located on both sides of the clamping interface, respectively;

A cabinet air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein a second enclosure is provided at the edge of the fixed plate and the arm, a plurality of second reinforcing plates are provided between the first fixed column and the second enclosure, and the plurality of second reinforcing plates are provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first fixed column; and a third reinforcing plate is arranged between the first fixing column and the support arm.

A cabinet air conditioner according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein said cover includes a plate body, a third surround plate, and an intermediate ring; the middle ring is arranged in the center of the plate body, and the third surrounding plate is arranged at the edge of the plate body; and a fourth reinforcing plate is arranged between the third enclosing plate and the middle ring.
