Wherein the folding regions 111 and the working regions 112 are alternately arranged, for example, when viewed in a row direction, the columns of the folding regions 111 and the columns of the working regions 112 are alternately arranged at intervals, the intervals therebetween can be kept uniform, or gradually increase or decrease along a certain direction, and a plurality of sets of lamp sets 12 are mounted on the flexible circuit board 11 and are used for emitting light respectively.
The plurality of lamp sets 12 are distributed in the plurality of working areas 112, i.e. the folding area 111 does not have the lamp sets 12. The lamp set 12 may be an LED, an organic light emitter, or a quantum dot light emitter, among others. Specifically, the lamp groups 12 may be distributed in each working area 112, and the number and the arrangement manner of the lamp groups 12 in each working area 112 may be the same or different.
The plurality of folding regions 111 are distributed at intervals along the second direction Y; both ends of the folding region 111 extend to opposite sides of the flexible circuit board 11 along the first direction X, and the plurality of folding regions 111 are spaced apart along the second direction. The first direction X and the second direction Y may be disposed at an included angle, for example, 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, and the like, and it can be understood that the thickness of the folding area 111 may be smaller than that of the working area 112, for example, the folding area 111 may be disposed in a hollow manner, or have a plurality of through holes to allow it to be bent more than the working area 112. For example, the first direction X is vertical in fig. 3, and the second direction Y is horizontal in fig. 3. It is to be understood that, without being particularly limited thereto, in other embodiments of the present application,
it should be noted here that the folding region 111 is hollowed out, that is, the folding region 111 is provided with at least one hollowed-out hole 114, the hollowed-out hole 114 may be disposed along the first direction X, and is located between two adjacent lamp sets 12 arranged along the first direction X, for example, it may be a long hole extending along the first direction X, of course, both ends of the long hole at this time are still solid regions (that is, not hollowed-out), or when the hollowed-out holes 114 are two or more, the hollowed-out holes 114 are disposed at intervals along the first direction X, of course, micro holes may be disposed along the first direction X to improve the bendable folding degree of the folding region 111, and by disposing the hollowed-out holes 114 along the first direction X, the flexibility of the folding region 111 may be improved, which is beneficial to bending.

It is understood that, in other embodiments of the present application, the first direction X may also be disposed at an angle relative to the width direction of the flexible circuit board 11, and the second direction Y is disposed at an angle relative to the length direction of the flexible circuit board 11, so that the flexible circuit board 11 is folded obliquely along the second direction Y when the folding is performed, which is not limited herein.
The folding area 111 has at least two hollow holes 114, and each hollow hole 114 is disposed at an interval along the first direction X. By arranging at least two hollow holes 114, the bending foldability of the folding area 111 can be improved, and meanwhile, the processing technology of the folding area 111 is facilitated.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the folding area 111 has four hollow holes 114, and the hollow holes 114 are waist-shaped and extend along the first direction X. Connect through splice bar 115 between two adjacent fretwork holes 114, the length of splice bar 115 along first direction X is far less than the length of fretwork hole 114 along first direction X, so sets up for folding district 111 is the fretwork setting along most positions on the first direction X, and then makes folding district 111's foldability better. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the folding area 111 may also include one, two, three, five, and more than five hollow holes 114, and the shape and size of each hollow hole 114 may be different, such as an oval, a parallelogram, or a diamond, which is not limited herein.

In other words, the plurality of folding regions 111 and the plurality of working regions 112 are sequentially disposed at intervals along the second direction Y, so that when the flexible light-emitting device 10 is folded, the working regions 112 can be sequentially stacked, that is, the whole flexible light-emitting device 10 is folded into a minimum unit, so that the flexible light-emitting device 10 occupies a minimum space and is convenient to carry and store. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the plurality of folding areas 111 may be distributed at unequal intervals along the second direction Y, for example, the plurality of working areas 112 are distributed at intervals which are sequentially increased; in addition, a blank area may be provided between two adjacent folding areas 111 instead of the working area 112; similarly, a blank area may be provided between two adjacent working areas 112 instead of the folding area 111.
Referring to fig. 3, each working area 112 includes a plurality of light sets 12 arranged at equal intervals along the first direction X, and it can be understood that each working area 112 corresponds to a light bar. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present application, two or more rows of the lamp sets 12 distributed along the second direction Y may be disposed on each working area 112, and each row includes a plurality of the lamp sets 12 distributed along the first direction X at intervals, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3, the flexible circuit board 11 further includes a wiring area 113, the wiring area 113 is disposed around the plurality of working areas 112 and the plurality of folding areas 111, and a connection line between two adjacent working areas 112 is disposed in the wiring area 113. Through the arrangement of the wiring area 113, the electrical connection between two adjacent working areas 112 can be realized, so that the power supply and the control of the lamp group 12 on the whole flexible circuit board 11 are realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the wiring areas 113 are square frames, the connection lines of the lamp groups 12 in the adjacent wiring areas 113 are disposed in the wiring areas 113 on the upper and lower sides, and the other lines of the whole flexible circuit board 11 are disposed in the wiring areas 113 on the left and right sides, so as to reduce the routing on the two opposite sides of the folding area 111 along the first direction X as much as possible, and further reduce the influence on the routing during folding. In addition, due to the arrangement of the subsequent wrapping 50, the folding thickness of the whole flexible light-emitting device is thickened, and the thickness of the routing line on the flexible circuit board 11 can be smaller than that of the wrapping 50, so that the routing line is hardly damaged when the flexible light-emitting device is folded.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 4 in combination, the lamp set 12 includes a first lamp bead 121, a second lamp bead 122 and a third lamp bead 123, the first lamp bead 121 is used for emitting warm white light, the second lamp bead 122 is used for emitting cool white light, and the third lamp bead 123 is used for emitting color light, wherein the third lamp bead 123 may include RGB (red, green, blue) lamp beads, that is, three colors RGB are packaged together. Optionally, the third light bead 123 may also be a single monochromatic light bead, such as a single red light bead, a single lemon light bead, or a single green light bead. This application influences through mutually supporting warm white light, cold white light and colorama, and the mixed light degree of consistency is high, and three kinds of lamp pearl designs, and the degree of integrating is high, and circuit regularity is strong, realizes more easily.
In some embodiments, the number of first beads 121: the number of the second beads 122: the number of the third lamp beads 123 is 2:2: 1; that is, the number of warm and cold white beads is greater than the number of rgb beads. First lamp pearl 121 and second lamp pearl 122 set up in the periphery of third lamp pearl 123, for example first lamp pearl 121 and second lamp pearl 122 set up the four corners at third lamp pearl 123, and first lamp pearl 121 and the axis symmetry setting of second lamp pearl 122 relative third lamp pearl 123 of second lamp pearl 122. For example, the third light bead 123 has a central axis along the first direction X or the second direction Y, and the first light bead 121 and the second light bead 122 may be symmetrically disposed with respect to the central axis, where symmetry may be understood as symmetry in position.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 4, the lamp set 12 includes five lamp beads, and as can be understood by those skilled in the art, 5 of the lamp sets can be understood that the total number of the packaging forms is 5, if the lamp beads are color lamp beads, a plurality of color LEDs (for example, RGB LEDs) are packaged together, at this time, one lamp bead can still be understood, for example, the 5 lamp beads include two first lamp beads 121, two second lamp beads 122 and one third lamp bead 123, the third lamp bead 123 is disposed at the middle position, the two first lamp beads 121 are disposed on the left side of the third lamp bead 123, the two second lamp beads 122 are disposed on the right side of the third lamp bead 123, and the two first lamp beads 121 and the two second lamp beads 122 are symmetrically disposed relative to the third lamp bead 123, so that the uniformity of light emitted by the lamp set 12 is higher. It can be understood that, in other embodiments of the present application, the positions of the two first lamp beads 121 and the two second lamp beads 122 may be interchanged, or one first lamp bead 121 is diagonally disposed with one second lamp bead 122, and the other second lamp bead 122 is diagonally disposed with the other first lamp bead 121, which is not limited herein.

It is understood that the height of the protection plate 13 is higher than the height of the lamp set 12 along the third direction Z, and it is understood that the third direction Z may be a direction perpendicular to the first direction X or the second direction Y, and the corresponding matter may be understood as a thickness direction. The protective plate 13 may be made of a rigid material, and may not deform the surrounding protective plate 13 when folded. This application is higher than banks 12 through protection shield 13 around banks 12 and height, when folding flexible illuminator 10 along folding district 111, because protection shield 13 is peripheral at banks 12, is difficult for causing the influence to the installation of banks 12, and higher protection shield 13 can protect banks 12 upper surface.

So set up, then when folding, protection shield 13 just overlaps with fretwork hole 114 and sets up, does benefit to the heat dissipation of LED banks 12.
N is a natural number greater than or equal to 1. For example, if N is 3, the length of each of the three protection plates 13 along the first direction X and the length of each of the hollow holes 114 along the first direction X are equal. It is understood that N may be 1, 2, 4 or more than 4 in other embodiments, and is not particularly limited herein.
The lamp set 12 is installed in the working area 112 by welding, for example, the first lamp bead 121, the second lamp bead 122 and the third lamp bead 123 are all installed in the working area 112 by welding. Protection shield 13 also installs in workspace 112 through the welded mode, when folding district 111 is folding to be extended, probably can exert an influence to workspace 112, leads to protection shield 13 welding on workspace 112 insecure, but can not influence first lamp pearl 121, second lamp pearl 122 and third lamp pearl 123 to play the guard action to first lamp pearl 121, second lamp pearl 122 and third lamp pearl 123.
