Abstract
The disclosed embodiments provide a light emitting assembly comprising a light source and at least one mounting device for mounting the light source on a fixed structure; the light source comprises a base, a light-emitting device is arranged on a first side of the base, and a first connecting part is arranged on a second side of the base; the mounting device comprises a main body part, wherein a second connecting part and at least one third connecting part are arranged on the main body part, the first connecting part and the second connecting part are mutually connected so that the light source is arranged on the mounting device, and the mounting device is arranged on the fixed structure through the third connecting part. The light source and the installation device which are used in a matched mode can realize the quick installation of the light-emitting component on buildings and the like, the installation device is simple in structure, and the installation and replacement procedures are simple, easy and quick.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of light emitting display devices, and more particularly, to a light emitting device.
Background
Currently, LEDs are the display products with the widest range of display market applications. The outdoor LED display screen adopting the LED display technology is widely applied to commercial advertisements, sports events, transportation, education systems, stations, airports, shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, real estate markets, enterprise management and other public service places, has the functions of powerful media display, information release, creative display and the like, and has the following characteristics: (1) the outdoor LED display screen has high brightness, the general brightness is 5500cd, the brightest brightness can reach more than 10000cd, the display screen can be clearly visible even under the irradiation of strong light, and the display effect is good; (2) the outdoor LED display screen is used as an advertisement medium, has various advertisement forms, has more appreciation and wider and more attractive range than the traditional advertisement; (3) the outdoor LED display screen has high updating speed of the advertisement content, and an administrator can replace the advertisement content of the display screen at any time according to actual conditions, so that the operation is simple; (4) the outdoor LED display screen has good waterproof performance and strong ultraviolet resistance, has a protection grade of more than IP65, and can cope with various severe weathers; (5) the main luminescent device of the outdoor LED display screen is an LED lamp bead which is made of non-toxic materials and is environment-friendly, and meanwhile, the LED can be recycled; (6) the outdoor LED display screen is not only energy-saving and environment-friendly, but also can work all weather, can be more completely suitable for various outdoor severe environments, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, lightning protection, shock resistance and the like; (7) the LED consumes relatively low power, and generally, the working voltage of the LED is 2-3.6V. SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of this, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a light emitting device to solve the problems in the prior art that a portion of a display screen and a mounting structure are not universal, the existing mounting structure is complex, and a mounting procedure is complex.
In one aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a light emitting assembly comprising a light source and at least one mounting device for mounting the light source on a fixed structure; the light source comprises a base, a light-emitting device is arranged on a first side of the base, and a first connecting part is arranged on a second side of the base; the mounting device comprises a main body part, wherein a second connecting part and at least one third connecting part are arranged on the main body part, the first connecting part and the second connecting part are mutually connected so that the light source is arranged on the mounting device, and the mounting device is arranged on the fixed structure through the third connecting part.
In some embodiments, the first and second connection portions are snap-fit to each other.
In some embodiments, the first connecting portion forms a receiving space having an opening, and the second connecting portion has a protrusion having a cross-sectional size larger than that of the opening so as to be able to protrude into the receiving space and slide in the receiving space.
In some embodiments, the second connecting portion includes a first through hole and a first fastening member, and the first fastening member is configured to pass through the first through hole to fix a relative position between the light source and the mounting device after the protrusion and the opening are engaged with each other.
In some embodiments, the third connecting portion is disposed at a middle portion or an end portion of the body portion.
In some embodiments, the third connecting portion includes a second through hole and a second fastener passing through the second through hole to fix the body portion on the fixing structure.
In some embodiments, the first side and the second side are oppositely disposed.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a light emitting assembly, which may be, for example, a light emitting display device using LEDs as light sources, and may also be a device using other light sources to achieve light emitting and displaying functions.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a light emitting assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the light emitting assembly includes a light source 1 and at least one mounting device 2, where the light source 1 may be, for example, a light bar formed based on an LED light source, where the light bar has a certain length because of its strip shape, and of course, the light source 1 may also have other shapes; preferably, the light bar may be a metal light bar.
In order to implement lighting and display functions, for example, outdoors, the light source 1 herein needs to be mounted on a fixed structure 4, where the fixed structure 4 may be, for example, a mounting plate provided on a building for mounting the lighting assembly. The light source 1 and the mounting means 2 are used in cooperation, the mounting means 2 being used for mounting the light source 1 on the fixing structure 4, where the mounting means 2 comprises a fastening member, preferably a structure which may be a hoop. In order to further ensure that the light source 1 and the mounting device 2 can be stably arranged on the fixing structure 4 without falling off, a rope 3 is arranged between the mounting device 2 and the fixing structure 4, and the rope 3 sleeves the mounting device 2 on the fixing structure 4 to prevent falling off.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 1, when the light source 1 has a certain length, for example, in the case that the light source 1 adopts the light bar, etc., the light source 1 needs to be matched with a plurality of the mounting devices 2 to be mounted on the fixing structure 4, where the number of the mounting devices 2 may be set according to the length of the light source 1, for example, when the length of the light source 1 is less than or equal to 1000mm, 2 mounting devices 2 may be used, the 2 mounting devices 2 are respectively disposed at two ends of the light source 1, when the length of the light source 1 is greater than or equal to 1000mm, more than 2 mounting devices 2 may be used to mount and fix the light source 1, wherein the specific position of the mounting devices 2 may be determined according to actual requirements.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a structural cross-sectional view of the light source 1 in the light emitting assembly, the light source 1 includes a base 10, and the base 10 may be made of metal to ensure a certain intensity; the first side of base 10 sets up light emitting device and the cover body 11, light emitting device is located in the cover body 11, and it includes integrated circuit board 12, set up lamp pearl 13 that is used for luminous on integrated circuit board 12, here lamp pearl 13 for example can be LED lamp pearl, certainly also can be other parts that can give out light. In addition, in order to enable the light source 1 to perform the function of emitting light, the light emitting device further includes a signal line 14, a power line 15, and the like, where the signal line 14 and the power line 15 are respectively used for being connected with a control device for controlling the light source 1 and a power supply device for supplying power to the light source 1. When the light source 1 is manufactured, glue can be filled in the cover body 11 to realize sealing treatment, so that the waterproof and dustproof effects are achieved.
Further, the cover 11 herein is sleeved on the base 10, and the shape thereof can be determined according to factors such as the structure, the use environment and the requirement of the light source 1. In addition, a UV-resistant film may be provided on the outer surface of the housing 11, wherein the UV-resistant film is formed by an existing surface treatment process, so that the aging speed can be reduced and the service life of the light source 1 can be prolonged, for example, in the case of direct sunlight outdoors. It should be noted that the base 10 and the cover 11 can be connected by any means in the prior art, for example, the cover 11 is fixedly connected to the base 10 by a connection means including, but not limited to, screws, snaps, and the like.
Further, the function of emitting light is realized on a first side of the base 10, and a connecting portion is provided on a second side of the base 10 for connecting the light source 1 and the mounting device 2, where the second side may be a relative position of the first side, or may be another side position of the base 10. Specifically, a first connecting portion 16 is disposed on the second side of the base 10, and the first connecting portion 16 is used for mutually clamping with the mounting device 2, so that the light source 1 can be connected with the mounting device 2 by clamping, for example. Specifically, the first connecting portion 16 forms an accommodating space 161, the accommodating space 161 has an opening 162, and the first connecting portion 16 is connected to the mounting device 2 through the opening 162.
Further, as mentioned above, the mounting device 2 is used for mounting the light source 1 on the fixing structure 4, and the mounting device 2 may have different structures based on different shapes and sectional areas of the fixing structure 4, specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, which respectively show two structures of the mounting device 2 and a connection manner with the fixing structure 4.
Specifically, firstly, in an embodiment as shown in fig. 3, the mounting device 2 includes a first main body portion 20, and a second connecting portion 21 and a third connecting portion 22 are disposed on the first main body portion 20, wherein the second connecting portion 21 is used for being mutually matched and connected with the first connecting portion 16 in the light source 1, so that the light source 1 can be disposed on the mounting device 2 by way of clamping, and in this embodiment, the second connecting portion 21 may be located at an end portion of the first main body portion 20. Further, the second connecting portion 21 has a protruding portion 211, and the cross-sectional dimension of the protruding portion 211 is larger than the dimension of the opening 162, so that the protruding portion 211 can protrude into the accommodating space 161 of the first connecting portion 16 and be engaged with the opening 162; further, the protrusion 211 of the second connecting portion 21 can also slide back and forth in the accommodating space 161, so that the relative position between the light source 1 and the mounting device 2 can be adjusted, and the mounting device 2 can be set in place by, for example, a snap connection.
Further, a first through hole 212 and a first fastening member 213 are provided on the second connecting portion 21, and after the protrusion 211 extends into the accommodating space 161 of the first connecting portion 16 and is engaged with the opening 162, that is, after the relative position between the light source 1 and the mounting device 2 is determined, in order to fix or lock the relative position between the mounting device 2 and the light source 1, the first through hole 212 and the first fastening member 213 are engaged with each other, that is, the first fastening member 213 passes through the first through hole 212 and abuts against the surface of the first connecting portion 16 so as to lock the relative position between the mounting device 2 and the light source 1. In this way, a rapid installation between the light source 1 and the installation device 2 can be achieved, which also facilitates the subsequent component replacement. Here, the first fastening member 213 may be a screw, a bolt, or the like.
Further, the third connecting portion 22 of the mounting device 2 is used for fixedly mounting the mounting device 2 on the fixing structure 4, wherein, due to the different shapes and cross-sectional areas of the fixing structures 4, the mounting device 2 may have different structures, and correspondingly, the position and structure of the third connecting portion 22 may also be different, in the embodiment shown with reference to fig. 3, when, for example, the fixing structure 4 is long, in order to stably fix the mounting device 2, the first body portion 20 may be shaped to wrap around the fixing structure 4, and for this purpose, the third connecting portion 22 may be provided at one side of the first body portion 20 and connected to the bottom surface of the fixing structure 4 through the third connecting portion 22, and preferably, the third connecting portion 22 may be provided at an end portion of the first body portion 20.
In another embodiment of the mounting device 2 as shown in fig. 4, the mounting device 2 comprises a second main body portion 24, on which second main body portion 24 a second connecting portion 21 as in the previous embodiment and two third connecting portions 22 as in the previous embodiment are provided, wherein the second connecting portion 21 may be located in the middle of the second main body portion 24, which is used for cooperating with the first connecting portion 16 in the light source 1, so that the light source 1 can be arranged on the mounting device 2 by, for example, snapping. Unlike the above-described embodiment, when, for example, the fixing structure 4 is short and the second connecting portion 21 is located in the middle of the second main body portion 24, the third connecting portions 22 may be respectively provided at both end portions of the second main body portion 24 in a first direction, which may be a direction in which the mounting surface between the light source 1 and the mounting device 2 is located, and connected to both end surfaces of the fixing structure 4 through the third connecting portions 22.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each of the third connecting portions 22 in the two embodiments includes a second through hole 221 and a second fastening member 222, which are disposed at predetermined positions on the first body portion 20 or the second body portion 24, and the first body portion 20 or the second body portion 24 can be fixedly disposed on the fixing structure 4 by the second fastening member 222 penetrating through the second through hole 221 and abutting against the surface of the fixing structure 4. In addition, when the light emitting module is mounted on the fixed structure 4, for example, when the mounting device 2 is mounted on the fixed structure 4 via the third connecting portion 22, a protective flexible structure such as foam is provided in the mounting device 2 in order to prevent the surface of the fixed structure 4 from being scratched. Here, the second fastening member 22 may be a screw, a bolt, or the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, for some of the mounting devices 2, especially for the mounting devices 2 for the long fixing structure 4, fourth connecting portions 23 may be further provided on the upper side and the lower side of the first main body portion 20, respectively, and preferably the fourth connecting portions 23 may be provided at both end portions of the first main body portion 20, the fourth connecting portions 23 being connected by the rope 3, the rope 3 passing through the fixing structure 4 to prevent the mounting devices 2 from falling off the fixing structure 4. In a specific embodiment, a connection hole 231 is provided on the fourth connection portion 23 located at the upper side, the fourth connection portion 23 located at the lower side includes a third through hole 232 and a third fastening member 233, so that when the light source 1 is mounted on the fixing structure 4, one end of the rope 3 can be passed through the connection hole 231 located at the fourth connection portion 23 at the upper side and knotted, and the other end of the rope 3 is passed through the third through hole 231 and fixed by the third fastening member 232 after adjusting the length of the rope 3, thereby fixing the rope 3 on the mounting device 2, preventing the occurrence of a human injury event caused by dropping the light source 1 and the mounting device 2 when the second fastening member 222 is loosened, and improving the safety of use. Here, the third fastener 232 may be a screw, a bolt, or the like. Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the structure of the other mounting devices 2, in order to simplify the structure, the third connecting portion 22 may be used as the fourth connecting portion 23 to dispose the rope 3 between the two third connecting portions 22 to prevent the light source 1 and the mounting device 2 from falling.
When the light emitting module of the embodiment of the present disclosure is mounted on the fixing structure 4, the protrusion 211 of the second connecting portion 21 of the mounting device 2 passes through the opening 162 of the first connecting portion 16, extends into the accommodating space 161 of the first connecting portion 16, and slides to a predetermined position, and then the first fastening member 213 is fastened in the first through hole 212, and then the second fastening member 222 passing through the third connecting portion 22 is inserted into the second through hole 221 and tightened, thereby fixing the mounting device 2 to the fixing structure 4, then by the fourth connecting portion 23 that is by inserting and tightening the third fastener 232 into the third through-hole 231, whereby the cord 3 is mounted on the mounting device 2 and finally the lighting assembly is mounted on the fixed structure 4.
The light source and the installation device which are used in a matched mode can realize the quick installation of the light-emitting component on buildings and the like, the installation device is simple in structure, and the installation and replacement procedures are simple, easy and quick.

Claims (14)
1. A light emitting assembly comprising a light source and at least one mounting device for mounting the light source on a fixed structure; the light source comprises a base, and is characterized in that a light-emitting device is arranged on a first side of the base, and a first connecting part is arranged on a second side of the base; the mounting device comprises a main body part, wherein a second connecting part and at least one third connecting part are arranged on the main body part, the first connecting part and the second connecting part are mutually connected so that the light source is arranged on the mounting device, and the mounting device is arranged on the fixed structure through the third connecting part.
2. The lighting assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first and second connecting portions are snap-fit to each other.
3. The light emitting assembly of claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion forms a receiving space having an opening, and the second connecting portion has a protrusion having a cross-sectional dimension larger than the opening so as to be capable of extending into the receiving space and sliding in the receiving space.
4. The light assembly of claim 3, wherein the second connecting portion comprises a first through hole and a first fastening member, and the first fastening member is configured to pass through the first through hole to fix a relative position between the light source and the mounting device after the protrusion is engaged with the opening.
5. The lighting assembly according to claim 1, wherein the third connecting portion is disposed at a middle portion or an end portion of the main body portion.
6. The light emitting assembly of claim 1, wherein the third connecting portion includes a second through hole and a second fastener, the second fastener passing through the second through hole to secure the body portion on the securing structure.
7. The lighting assembly of claim 1, wherein the first side and the second side are oppositely disposed.
8. The lighting assembly according to claim 1, wherein a cord is disposed between the mounting device and the securing structure.
9. The light emitting assembly of claim 8, wherein fourth connecting portions are disposed on the main body portion and located on the upper side and the lower side, respectively, the fourth connecting portions are connected to each other through the rope, and the rope passes through the fixing structure to fit the mounting device on the fixing structure through the rope.
10. The lighting assembly according to claim 9, wherein the fourth connecting portion at an upper side includes a connecting hole, the fourth connecting portion at a lower side includes a third through hole and a third fastening member, and one end of the string passes through the connecting hole and the other end passes through the third through hole and is fixed by the third fastening member.
11. The lighting assembly of claim 1, further comprising a housing disposed on the first side of the base, wherein the lighting device is disposed within the housing.
12. The lighting assembly according to claim 1, wherein the lighting device comprises a board card, and a lamp bead for emitting light is disposed on the board card.
13. The lighting assembly of claim 12 wherein the light bead is an LED light bead.
14. The lighting assembly according to claim 1, wherein the number of the mounting means is determined according to a length of the light source.
