Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating an overall structure of an electronic product protective case according to an embodiment of the present invention. The protective case for electronic products comprises an upper cover 100 and a lower cover 200, wherein the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 are two relatively independent elements. The upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 are respectively provided with a connecting member movably connected with each other. The electronic product 300 is accommodated in the lower cover 200; the upper cover 100 is used for covering the electronic product 300 to protect the electronic product 300; or is overlapped on the lower cover 200, so that the user can store the upper cover 100 on the lower cover 200 when using the electronic product, and does not occupy the placing position additionally.
Referring to fig. 2, the lower cover 200 includes a bottom plate 210 and a rim 220 disposed around the edge of the bottom plate 210, the rim 220 being disposed approximately perpendicular to the bottom plate 210. The bezel 220 includes a first bezel 221, a second bezel 222, a third bezel 223, and a fourth bezel 224, which are sequentially connected. The bottom plate 210 and the frame 220 define a receiving cavity 230 for receiving an electronic product.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a first magnetic member 240 is disposed on the frame 220, and the first magnetic member 240 is used for generating a magnetic attraction with the upper cover 100. In the present embodiment, the first magnetic member 240 is disposed on the first frame 221. The first magnetic member 240 is disposed on a side of the first frame 221 away from the receiving groove 230. The length of the first magnetic member 240 is substantially equal to the length of the first frame 221, and may be set according to actual circumstances.
Referring to fig. 2, the second frame 222 is provided with a first connection hole 225 corresponding to a functional interface at the top end of the electronic product, so that the electronic product can be connected to an external product. The first connection hole 225 may be designed as a round hole or a square hole according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 2, the third frame 223 is provided with a key slot 226, and the key slot 226 is formed by downward sinking of the top of the upper end of the third frame 223. When the electronic product is placed in the lower cover 200, the keys on the side of the electronic product are exposed through the key slots 226, which is convenient for operation.
Referring to fig. 2, a second connection hole 227 corresponding to a functional interface at a bottom end of the electronic product is disposed on the fourth frame 224, so that the electronic product can be connected to an external device. In the present embodiment, the first magnetic element 240 and the second magnetic element 130 are both made of magnetic materials.
In other embodiments, the first magnetic member disposed on the frame 220 may be configured as a snap fastener or a magic tape; correspondingly, the second magnetic member provided on the folded edge 120 is correspondingly provided as an element detachably connected with the snap or the magic tape.
Referring to fig. 2, the top plate 110 has a substantially rectangular plate-like structure and has a first edge 111 and a second edge 112 opposite to each other. The first edge 111 is bent to a set angle to play a role in clamping the electronic product or the lower cover 200; symmetrically, the second edge 112 is bent at a predetermined angle.
Referring to fig. 3, an avoiding groove 113 is formed on the first edge 111, and the avoiding groove 113 is formed by recessing the end surface of the first edge 111 to a predetermined depth.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the folded edge 120 is located at an edge of the first edge 111, and the relief groove 113 is located on a folding path of the folded edge 120. The avoidance groove 113 may function to provide an avoidance space for the folding of the hem 120; and the top plate 110 has a set volume, and the occupied space is not increased due to the arrangement of the folding edge 120 at the edge position.
Referring to fig. 1, when the electronic product protective cover is in use, the first edge 111 is adjacent to the upper end of the first edge frame 221 of the lower cover 200, and the folded edge 120 and the first edge 111 are overlapped and have magnetic attraction with each other. The second edge 112 is opposite to the third rim 223 of the lower cover 200. As shown in fig. 5, when the electronic product protective cover is in the storage state, the first edge 111 is adjacent to the lower end of the first edge 221 of the lower cover 200, the folded edge 120 and the first edge 221 are overlapped and have a magnetic attraction effect, and the second edge 112 and the third edge 223 of the lower cover 200 are overlapped relatively.
In this embodiment, the usage status of the electronic product protective cover refers to a status that the electronic product is accommodated in the lower cover 200, and the upper cover 100 covers the electronic product and protects the electronic product together with the lower cover 200. The storage state of the electronic product protective case is a state in which the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 are stacked together after the upper cover 100 is separated from the upper end surface of the electronic product when the user needs to use the electronic product.
Referring to fig. 4, the top plate 110 is provided with an attachment layer 140. The adhesive layer 140 is disposed on the upper surface of the top plate 110 and closely attached to the upper surface of the top plate 110. In the left-right direction, the left edge of the attachment layer 140 is a set distance from the left edge of the top plate 110, that is, the attachment layer 140 does not completely cover the top plate 110 to reserve a user operation area, and the right edge of the attachment layer 140 corresponds to the right edge of the top plate 110.
The attachment layer 140 has a hardness less than that of the top plate 110.
Referring to fig. 4, the edge of the adhesive layer 140 is connected to the flap 120. In the present embodiment, the attachment layer 140 and the flange 120 are integrally formed, and the flange 120 is configured as a double-layer structure. The double-layer structure is a folding structure formed by folding the side edge of the adhesive layer 140 close to the first edge 111 by 180 °. The second magnetic member 130 is disposed between the double structures of the flange 120. Compared with the method of fixing the second magnetic member 130 to the single-layer folded edge by bonding or the like, the fixing method is simpler. When the folding edge 120 is required to be folded, the repeatedly folded part is located at a position, adjacent to the folding edge 120, of the single-layer adhesive layer 140, and compared with the case that the repeatedly folded part is also of a double-layer structure, the folding is labor-saving and the structure is lighter and thinner.
Referring to fig. 3, a groove 101 is formed on the upper surface of the top plate 110 corresponding to the attachment layer 140. The groove 101 is provided such that the upper surface of the top plate 110 is recessed downward by a set depth. Referring to fig. 4, in the assembled state of the top cover 100, a portion of the adhesion layer 140 closely attached to the top plate 110 is accommodated in the recess 101.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to reduce friction between the top plate 110 and the electronic product, an auxiliary adhesive layer 150 is disposed on a lower surface of the top plate 110. The position where the auxiliary attachment layer 150 is engaged with the top plate 110 vertically corresponds to the position where the attachment layer 140 is engaged with the top plate 110. The side of the auxiliary adhesive layer 150 near the first edge 111 is seamlessly connected to the adhesive layer 140, but is not connected to the flap 120, so as not to affect the folding of the flap 120.
Referring to fig. 3, correspondingly, an auxiliary groove 102 is disposed on a lower surface of the top plate 110 corresponding to the auxiliary adhesive layer 150 for accommodating the auxiliary adhesive layer 150.
The auxiliary attachment layer 150 has a hardness less than that of the top plate 110. The adhesive layer 140 and the auxiliary adhesive layer 150 may be made of the same material, for example, leather.
Referring to fig. 1, when the electronic product protective cover is in use, the electronic product 300 is located in the lower cover 200, the upper cover 100 covers the lower cover 200 to form a protective space, and the electronic product 300 is enclosed in the protective space formed by the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200. The flange 120 of the upper cover 100 is overlapped with the first frame 221, and the first magnetic member 240 (not shown in fig. 1) and the second magnetic member 130 (not shown in fig. 1) are magnetically attracted to each other.
Referring to fig. 5, when a user needs to use the electronic product to store the electronic product protective case, the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 are separated from the magnetic attraction relationship under the action of an external force, and the upper cover 100 is removed and stacked with the lower cover 200. The flange 120 of the upper cover 100 is still overlapped with the first rim 221 to have a magnetic attraction function. At this time, the upper cover 100 does not need to be separately placed; and the first magnetic member 240 (not shown in fig. 5) and the second magnetic member 130 (not shown in fig. 5) can prevent the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 from moving freely under the magnetic attraction effect.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
