Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种线缆,其包括一对芯线、同时包覆所述一对芯线的屏蔽层、包覆所述屏蔽层的外皮及位于所述屏蔽层和所述芯线之间的地线,进一步包括位于所述芯线和所述屏蔽层之间的与所述地线相对称设置的填充线。本实用新型线缆结构稳定且成本较低。

【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种线缆,尤指一种结构稳定且成本较低的线缆。
【背景技术】
随着电子科技产品的发展普及,线缆作为一种传输信号的工具广泛应用于家电、仪器仪表、自动化设备、数据中心、伺服器、交换机、数据中心、云计算及5G等领域。然而在信号传输过程中,线缆极易受外界电磁信号的干扰,因而常需采用屏蔽层和地线的结构设计以消除或减少外部电磁场的干扰,同时可以防止传输信号的泄漏。传统的设计中常采用一根地线加屏蔽层的结构,造成线缆结构不稳定;但采用两根地线加屏蔽层的结构,虽然使线缆的结构稳定,但两根地线造成成本增加。
所以,有必要提供一种结构稳定并且成本较低的新型线缆。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种线缆,该线缆结构稳定并且成本较低。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种线缆,其包括一对芯线、同时包覆所述一对芯线的屏蔽层、包覆所述屏蔽层的外皮及位于所述屏蔽层和所述芯线之间的地线,进一步包括位于所述芯线和所述屏蔽层之间的与所述地线相对称设置的填充线。
进一步地,所述填充线包括实心PP、实心PE、空心PP或空心PE中任意一种。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层与所述一对芯线之间的上下两侧形成空气间隙,所述地线和所述填充线分别位于不同侧的空气间隙中。
进一步地,所述地线和所述填充线具有相同的横截面尺寸。
进一步地,所述芯线包括内导体及包覆所述内导体的绝缘层。
进一步地,所述绝缘层包括PE、PP、FEP、Foam PE、Foam PP、Foam FEP 或PTFE中任意一种或两种。
进一步地,所述地线包括纯铜导体、镀银铜导体或镀锡铜导体的中任意一种。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层包括热粘铝箔、纯铝箔、双面铝箔、热粘铜箔、纯铜箔、双面铜箔中任意一种。
进一步地,所述屏蔽层以螺旋缠绕的方式或纵向包覆的方式包覆所述一对芯线。
进一步地,所述外皮为热粘PET层,所述热粘PET层以螺旋缠绕的方式包覆所述屏蔽层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:将所述填充线设置在所述芯线和所述屏蔽层之间与所述地线相对称的位置,使得线缆的线缆结构稳定并且成本较低。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1所示,为本实用新型线缆100。所述线缆100包括一对芯线10、同时包覆所述一对芯线10的屏蔽层30、包覆所述屏蔽层30的外皮50、位于所述屏蔽层30和所述芯线10之间的地线60、及位于所述芯线10和所述屏蔽层30之间与所述地线60相对称设置的填充线70。
所述一对芯线10沿横向方向并排排列。每个所述芯线10包括内导体1、包覆所述内导体1的绝缘层2。所述内导体1用于传输高速信号。所述绝缘层2以挤出成型的方式包覆所述内导体1。所述内导体1的材质包括纯铜导体、镀银铜导体或镀锡铜导体的中任意一种。所述绝缘层2的材质包括PE(中文全称:聚乙烯)、PP(中文全称:聚丙烯)、FEP(中文全称:全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物)、发泡PE、发泡PP、发泡FEP或PTFE(中文全称:聚四氟乙烯)中任意一种或两种。所述屏蔽层30包括热粘铝箔、纯铝箔、双面铝箔、热粘铜箔、纯铜箔、双面铜箔中任意一种。所述屏蔽层30以螺旋缠绕的方式或纵向包覆的方式包覆在所述一对芯线10外。所述屏蔽层30与所述一对芯线10之间上下两侧形成空气间隙80。所述地线60和所述填充线70分别位于不同侧的空气间隙80中对称设置。所述填充线70包括实心PP、实心PE、空心PP或空心PE中任意一种。所述地线 60和所述填充线70具有相同的横截面尺寸,以确保线缆的结构对称且稳定。所述外皮50材质是热粘PET(中文全称:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),所述外皮50 以螺旋缠绕的方式包覆所述屏蔽层30。所述外皮50可设置一层或多层,相邻两所述外皮50之间沿不同方向缠绕包覆。不同方向上缠绕的所述外皮50可以相互抵消来自彼此的应力,使得线缆结构更加稳定。
本实用新型线缆中,在与地线60相对称的位置设置填充线70,使得线缆结构对称且稳定,并且线缆的弯折效果也得到明显提升,使得线缆100在弯折的过程中不容易因为线缆结构不稳定而使其在弯针过程中变形损坏。另外在上下两侧的空气间隙80中分别设置地线和填充线,相对于设置两根地线来说,本实用新型线缆填充线70的成本相对于地线成本更低,并且重量也更小,使得线缆更加轻巧,更具有价格优势。
然而,可以理解的是,尽管在之前描述中提到了本实用新型许多特征和优点,包括一些结构和功能的细节,但本公开仅仅是说明性的,许多细节是可以改变的,尤其是在所附权利要求表述的术语的广义一般含义所表示的原理范围内的部件形状、尺寸和布置上。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆,其包括一对芯线、同时包覆所述一对芯线的屏蔽层、包覆所述屏蔽层的外皮及位于所述屏蔽层和所述芯线之间的地线,其特征在于:进一步包括位于所述芯线和所述屏蔽层之间的与所述地线相对称设置的填充线。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述填充线包括实心PP、实心PE、空心PP或空心PE中任意一种。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层与所述一对芯线之间的上下两侧形成空气间隙,所述地线和所述填充线分别位于不同侧的空气间隙中。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述地线和所述填充线具有相同的横截面尺寸。
5.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述芯线包括内导体及包覆所述内导体的绝缘层。
6.如权利要求5所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层包括PE、PP、FEP、Foam PE、FoamPP、Foam FEP或PTFE中任意一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述地线包括纯铜导体、镀银铜导体或镀锡铜导体的中任意一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层包括热粘铝箔、纯铝箔、双面铝箔、热粘铜箔、纯铜箔、双面铜箔中任意一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层以螺旋缠绕的方式或纵向包覆的方式包覆所述一对芯线。
10.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述外皮为热粘PET层,所述热粘PET层以螺旋缠绕的方式包覆所述屏蔽层。
