Claims (10)

1. A bulk material discharge apparatus, comprising:
the hopper lifting machine comprises a hopper lifting machine (100), wherein a first feeding pipe (101) is arranged at the lower end of one side of the hopper lifting machine (100), and a first discharging pipe (102) is arranged at the upper end of the other side of the hopper lifting machine (100);
the storage bins (200) are wound on the periphery of the bucket elevator (100), and the top ends of the storage bins (200) are provided with feed inlets (201);
one end of the conveying mechanism (300) can be rotatably mounted on the bucket elevator (100) around a vertical axis and is in butt joint with the first discharge pipe (102), and the other end of the conveying mechanism (300) can be in butt joint with different feed inlets (201) in the rotating process;
the driving mechanism (400) is in transmission connection with the conveying mechanism (300) and is used for controlling the conveying mechanism (300) to rotate.
2. The bulk material discharge device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the silos (200) are distributed concentrically around the centre of rotation of the conveyor mechanism (300).
3. The bulk material discharge device of claim 2, wherein the drive mechanism (400) comprises:
the circular arc guide rail (401) is arranged on the storage bin (200), and the circular arc center of the circular arc guide rail (401) is overlapped with the rotation center of the conveying mechanism (300);
the roller (402) is arranged on the conveying mechanism (300) and is assembled on the circular arc guide rail (401);
and the motor (403) is arranged on the conveying mechanism (300) and is in transmission connection with the roller (402) so as to control the roller (402) to walk on the arc-shaped guide rail (401).

The bulk material unloading device according to claim 1, wherein the bucket elevator (100) is provided with a mounting portion (103) below the first discharge pipe (102), and a slewing bearing (104) is provided between the mounting portion (103) and a bottom of the conveying mechanism (300) near one end of the bucket elevator (100).

The bulk material discharge device according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor mechanism (300) is provided with a conveyor belt (301), one end of the conveyor belt (301) close to the bucket elevator (100) is located below the first discharge pipe (102), and the other end of the conveyor belt (301) can move above the different feed openings (201) along with the rotation of the conveyor mechanism (300).

The bulk material unloading device according to claim 5, wherein the conveying mechanism (300) is further provided with a mounting pipe (302), the conveying belt (301) is fittingly mounted in the mounting pipe (302), a second feeding pipe (303) is vertically arranged at the top of one end, close to the bucket elevator (100), of the mounting pipe (302), the second feeding pipe (303) is in butt joint with the first discharging pipe (102), a second discharging pipe (304) is vertically arranged at the bottom of the other end of the mounting pipe (302), and the second discharging pipe (304) can be in butt joint with different feeding ports (201) along with the rotation of the conveying mechanism (300).

The bulk material discharge device according to claim 6, wherein the first discharge pipe (102) extends into the second feed pipe (303), wherein a first annular baffle (105) is circumferentially arranged on the outer side wall of the first discharge pipe (102), a second annular baffle (305) is circumferentially arranged on the inner side wall of the second feed pipe (303), and the outer side of the first annular baffle (105) coincides with the vertical projection of the inner side of the second annular baffle (305).

The bulk material unloading device according to claim 6, wherein the second discharging pipe (304) comprises a connecting pipe (306) connected with the mounting pipe (302) and a sleeve pipe (307) sleeved on the connecting pipe (306) in a sliding manner, the sleeve pipe (307) can extend into the corresponding feeding hole (201) in the downward sliding process, and a control mechanism (500) for controlling the sliding of the sleeve pipe (307) is arranged between the mounting pipe (302) and the sleeve pipe (307).

The bulk material discharge device according to claim 8, wherein the control mechanism (500) comprises a first electromagnet (501) arranged on the mounting tube (302) and a second electromagnet (502) correspondingly arranged on the sleeve (307), wherein the first electromagnet (501) and the second electromagnet (502) cooperate to control the sleeve (307) to slide.
10. The bulk material discharge device according to claim 6, wherein a brush (308) is arranged in the mounting pipe (302) above the second discharge pipe (304), the brush (308) fitting against the lower end surface of the conveyor belt (301).
