At present, an independent photovoltaic system is generally prepared in rural areas, the independent photovoltaic system is not connected with a local power grid, a photovoltaic power generation system is connected with a solar storage battery through a charging controller, generated surplus electric quantity can be stored in the storage battery, the photovoltaic power generation system is used when solar radiation intensity is low (at night or in rainy days), energy obtained by a household kitchen sewage recycling system through solar power generation can save resources, and the photovoltaic power generation system is green and environment-friendly. Of course, the domestic kitchen sewage recycling system can be externally connected with a municipal power supply as a standby power supply so as to maintain the normal operation of the system when needed.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the sewage treatment tank 34 includes: a cylindrical tank 341, the upper part of the tank 341 is provided with a water inlet 346, the lower part is provided with a water outlet 347, a column 342 is vertically arranged in the tank 341, a spiral ascending slope 343 is radially extended from the side wall of the column 342 to the inner side wall of the tank 341, and a purifying material, namely a first purifying layer 344 is paved on the slope 343; in other words, a spiral ascending/descending slope 343 is provided in a space from the sidewall of the column 342 to the inner sidewall of the tank 341, the slope 343 connects the sidewall of the column 342 to the inner sidewall of the tank 341, and divides the space from the sidewall of the column 342 to the inner sidewall of the tank 341 into a spiral sewage passage, and sewage enters the sewage treatment tank 34 from the water inlet, then spirally moves downward through the passage, and is treated by the purification material.
For example, in a specific example, the slope 343 may be a step-by-step (see fig. 3 and 4); the steps include horizontal plates and vertical plates, the horizontal plate of each step is connected with the vertical plate of an adjacent step, and a purification material, i.e., a first purification layer 344, is laid on the horizontal plate of the step. The number of steps is not limited in the present disclosure, but generally 4-8 steps are set every week (or every layer), and 1-2 weeks (or every layer) are set (4-16 steps in total). In practice, the first purification layer 344 may include a filter material layer 3441 and an activated carbon layer 3442, with the filter material layer 3441 being located above the activated carbon layer 3442. The filtering material layer 3441 can be made of superfine fiber adsorbing material made of polypropylene, which only absorbs oil and is not hydrophilic.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, the edge of the horizontal plate of the step is provided with a baffle 3431 to block the purification material and prevent loss.
Optionally, tank 341 also includes an upper cover that can be opened when needed to replace the purifier material or to service.
Optionally, a removable or non-removable filter frame is disposed on the step, and the first purification layer 344 is disposed in the filter frame. The detachable filter material frame makes the replacement of the filter material and other purification materials more convenient. More preferably, a perforated disc is arranged above the filter material frame, so that the inlet water is further uniformly dispersed.
Optionally, a plurality of holes can be formed in the horizontal plate of part or all of the steps, part of sewage can directly fall down after being filtered, and the sewage does not need to be filtered by the next adjacent step, so that the impact on the device can be reduced when the flow of the sewage is increased. Preferably, the horizontal plate of the step is provided with a hole from the third step or the fourth step at the water inlet. Because the impact and the processing load on the first step and the second step are heavier than those on other steps, the filter material of the first step and the second step can be replaced more frequently, and therefore, the design is relatively simple and convenient in maintenance work.
The design of the step type filter layer adopted in the embodiment is like a spiral ascending/descending stair, so that the filtering area can be increased in a limited space, sewage enters the device from the water inlet 346 and then is discharged from the water outlet 347, the retention time is prolonged, and the filtering and purifying effects are improved. In addition, the step type design is easier to replace the filter material, and the use and maintenance are more convenient.
For another example, in another specific example, the slope 343 may be a plane (see fig. 5); the sloped surface 343 is coated with a decontaminating material (i.e., a first decontaminating layer 344, not shown). The number of the spiral on the slope is not limited in the present disclosure, but is generally set to 1-2 circles, and the angle between the slope 343 and the horizontal plane is 15-20 °.
In the above embodiments of the present disclosure, the purifying material on the slope 341 includes an oil absorbent cotton layer and an activated carbon layer. The oil absorption cotton layer can be made of superfine fiber adsorption material made of polypropylene, and only absorbs oil and is not hydrophilic. In order to prevent the activated carbon material from moving downwards, the activated carbon material can be loaded on a carrying disc provided with grids, and a step-type baffle can be arranged on a vertical slope surface.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, another purification material layer is further disposed at the bottom of the cylindrical box 341. If the sloping filter layer is the first purifying layer 344, the other purifying material layer is the second purifying layer 345, and the second purifying layer 345 can further perform a second purifying treatment on the sewage after the first purifying treatment by the first purifying layer 344. The second purification layer 345 is preferably an ion exchange resin.
