In this manner, rotation of the head stirring assembly 8 about the boss 26 is facilitated.
In some embodiments, there is a gap between the second mating groove 81 and the boss 26 in both the lateral and longitudinal directions. Thus, when the machine head stirring assembly 8 rotates around the boss 26, the interference of the boss 26 on the rotation of the machine head stirring assembly 8 is avoided. And the top end of the rotation shaft 25 is located in the second fitting groove 81 with a gap in both lateral and longitudinal directions from the second fitting groove 81. The rotating shaft 25 is not in contact with the second matching groove 81, so that the rotating shaft 25 is prevented from interfering the rotation of the machine head stirring assembly 8, and the effect of mincing food materials is prevented from being influenced.
In some embodiments, the second cap 32 includes a pressing wall 329 extending transversely outward from the top end of the mounting groove 324, and the head 7 is provided with a pressing wall 74 extending transversely, and the pressing wall 74 presses against the top wall 329. In this embodiment, the pressing wall 74 is connected to the pressing wall 329, so that the assembly of the head 7 and the second lid 32 is more stable and the assembly effect is better.
In some embodiments, the upper surface of the second cap 32 is provided with a trigger protrusion 328, the head 7 is provided with a safety switch 72, and when the head 7 is assembled on the second cap 32, the trigger protrusion 328 extends into the head 7 to trigger the safety switch 72. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the first cup cover 31 is detachably disposed above the second cup cover 32. When the first cup cover 31 is separated from the second cup cover 32, the machine head 7 is assembled on the second cup cover 32. When the machine head 7 is separated from the second cup cover 32, the first cup cover 31 covers the second cup cover 32. The second cap 32 can be assembled with the first cap 31 and the machine head 7. When the second cup lid 32 and the first cup lid 31 are assembled, the food processor 1 of the embodiment can be used for cooking food materials, such as making jam. When the second cup lid 32 is assembled with the machine head 7, the food processor 1 of the embodiment can be used for mincing food materials, such as minced meat. The head stirring assembly 8 is assembled to the head 7 and extends into the cup assembly 2. The machine head stirring assembly 8 is connected with a motor in the machine head 7, and the motor drives the machine head stirring assembly 8 to rotate so as to rub food materials.
In some embodiments, the head blender assembly 8 includes a meat chopper assembly 82. This minced steak knife tackle spare 82 can assemble to second bowl cover 32 for cooking machine 1 can minced steak, and the function is various.
In some embodiments, the first cap 31 and the head 7 are replaceably assembled to the second cap 32. When the cup assembly 2 is assembled with the base 5, the first cup cover 31 covers the second cup cover 32. With continued reference to fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the side edge of the second cap 32 is recessed inwardly to form a rotation stop notch 327. The inside wall of the cup body 22 is provided with a convex rib 24, and the rotation stopping clamping groove 327 is in limited fit with the convex rib 24 in the circumferential direction of the cup body 22. In this embodiment, a rotation stopping groove 327 is formed on a side edge of the second cap 32. When the second cup cover 32 is assembled with the cup body 22, the rotation stopping clamping groove 327 is correspondingly connected with the convex rib 24, so that the cup body 22 is in limit clamping connection with the second cup cover 32. The turbulent convex ribs are utilized for limiting, the convex ribs 24 can be limited and can also flow around, the structure is simple, and the processing is convenient.
In some embodiments, the ribs 24 are turbulating ribs that extend from the top end to the bottom end of the cup assembly 2. The turbulence ribs are protruding ribs that function to disturb the turbulence on the cup body 22 in the stirring electronic product. Fig. 10 is a sectional view of the head 7 of the food processor 1 shown in fig. 7. As shown in fig. 10, the head 7 includes a head motor 73. The machine head motor 73 is used for driving the machine head stirring assembly 8 to rotate, and further mincing food materials in the cup assembly 2.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of the cup assembly 2 of the food processor 1 shown in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 11, the cup assembly 2 is selectively assembled with the housing 5 or the head 7, and includes a cup body 22 and a spindle 25 disposed within the cup body 22. In this embodiment, the cup assembly 2 is compatible with the assembly housing 5 or head 7. The stand stirring assembly 9 is detachably assembled to the rotating shaft 25. When cup subassembly 2 and frame 5 equipment, frame motor 51 is connected with pivot 25, and drive pivot 25 drives frame stirring subassembly 9 and rotates, and then stirs the edible material in the cup subassembly 2, avoids sticking with paste the end. When the cup assembly 2 is assembled with the machine head 7, the machine head motor 73 drives the machine head stirring assembly 8 to rotate. By the arrangement, the cooking and the mincing of the food materials are finished in the same cup assembly 2, so that resources are saved.
In some embodiments, the cup 22 includes a cup bottom wall 221. The cup bottom wall 221 includes a boss 26 projecting into the cup body 22. The shaft 25 is assembled to the boss 26 and extends out of the top surface of the boss 26. A boss 26 is provided in the cup bottom wall 221, the boss 26 being cylindrical. The stirring component 9 of the machine base rotates by taking the lug boss 26 as an axis, and the stirring effect is good. Or the machine head stirring component 8 rotates by taking the lug boss 26 as the axis, so that the meat mincing effect is good.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of the second lid 32 of the food processor 1 shown in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the second cap 32 includes a mounting groove 324 recessed downward, a mounting hole 325 is formed in a bottom wall of the mounting groove 324, the machine head 7 is assembled in the mounting groove 324, and the machine head stirring assembly 8 is assembled with the machine head 7 from below the mounting groove 324 through the mounting hole 325. The bottom of the machine head 7 is assembled with the second cup cover 32 through being clamped in the mounting groove 324, the structure is simple, and the mounting effect is good. In addition, the top end of the head stirring assembly 8 is connected to a motor in the head 7 through a mounting hole 325, and the motor drives the head stirring assembly 8 to rotate so as to grind the food material.
With continued reference to fig. 12, in some embodiments, a condensate collection trough 36 is located at the periphery of the mounting groove 324 and is annular in shape. The second vent hole 35 is provided at an upper end of a sidewall of the condensate collection tank 36. In this embodiment, the condensate collection groove 36 is spaced further from the cup cavity 21 than the mounting groove 324. Mounting groove 324 and cup chamber 21 intercommunication make the steam in the cup chamber 21 arrange to exhaust cavity 33 in and form the comdenstion water through mounting groove 324 after, drip to comdenstion water collecting tank 36, and comdenstion water collecting tank 36 collects the comdenstion water effect better. The condensate collection trough 36 is annular, so that the range of collecting condensate is wider. And, set up second exhaust hole 35 on condensate water collecting tank 36's lateral wall upper end, make condensate water collecting tank 36's diapire far away from second exhaust hole 35 to the volume that condensate water can be collected at every turn to make condensate water collecting tank 36 is more.
In some embodiments, condensate collection tank 36 includes opposing first and second annular walls 361 and 362, and second vent hole 35 is provided at an upper end of second annular wall 362. First annular wall 361 and second annular wall 362 enclose condensate collection tank 36. The second annular wall 362 is close to the cup cavity 21, and the second exhaust hole 35 is disposed at the upper end of the second annular wall 362, so that the steam in the cup cavity 21 can be emitted into the exhaust cavity 33, and condensed water can be formed to drop to the condensed water collection tank 36.
Fig. 13 is a cross-sectional view of the food processor 1 shown in fig. 7 from another perspective. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in some embodiments, the inner sidewall of the mounting groove 324 is provided with at least one retaining protrusion 326 protruding into the mounting groove 324, the handpiece 7 is provided with a groove 71 in spacing fit with the retaining protrusion 326, and the retaining protrusion 326 and the groove 71 are in spacing fit in the circumferential direction of the handpiece 7. The clamping convex block 326 is arranged in the mounting groove 324 of the second cup cover 32, and the clamping convex block 326 is correspondingly clamped with the groove 71 at the bottom end of the machine head 7, so that the machine head 7 and the second cup cover 32 are stably assembled, the sliding in the circumferential direction is not easy to occur, and the assembly effect is good. In some embodiments, the number of retention bumps 326 is 2, 3, 4, etc. The number of grooves 71 is 2, 3, 4, etc.
In some embodiments, the food processor 1 comprises a sauce machine. The sauce machine comprises a machine base 5 and a heating assembly 6. The cup assembly 2 is assembled to the base 5 and includes a stir bar assembly 23 disposed within the cup body 22. The heating assembly 6 is arranged on the machine base 5 or the cup assembly 2. Claims (10)
1. A food processor, comprising:
a cup assembly (2) comprising a cup body (22);
the cup cover assembly (3) can cover the cup assembly (2) and comprises a first cup cover (31) and a second cup cover (32), and the first cup cover (31) is detachably arranged above the second cup cover (32);
the machine head (7), when the first cup cover (31) is separated from the second cup cover (32), the machine head (7) is assembled on the second cup cover (32), when the machine head (7) is separated from the second cup cover (32), the first cup cover (31) covers the second cup cover (32); and
the machine head stirring assembly (8) is assembled on the machine head (7) and extends into the cup assembly (2).
2. The food processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second cup cover (32) comprises a mounting groove (324) recessed downwards, a mounting hole (325) is opened on the bottom wall of the mounting groove (324), the machine head (7) is assembled on the mounting groove (324), and the machine head stirring component (8) is assembled with the machine head (7) from the lower part of the mounting groove (324) through the mounting hole (325).
3. The food processor as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner side wall of the mounting groove (324) is provided with at least one retaining protrusion (326) protruding into the mounting groove (324), the machine head (7) is provided with a groove (71) in limit fit with the retaining protrusion (326), and the retaining protrusion (326) and the groove (71) are in limit fit in the circumferential direction of the machine head (7).
4. The food processor of claim 2, wherein when the first lid (31) and the second lid (32) are assembled, an exhaust cavity (33) is formed between the first lid (31) and the second lid (32); first bowl cover (31) include with first exhaust hole (34) of exhaust cavity (33) intercommunication, second bowl cover (32) are including the intercommunication exhaust cavity (33) with inside second exhaust hole (35) of cup subassembly (2), and undercut condensate collecting groove (36), condensate collecting groove (36) with exhaust cavity (33) intercommunication.
5. The food processor of claim 4, wherein the condensed water collecting groove (36) is located at the periphery of the mounting groove (324) and is annular; and/or
The second exhaust hole (35) is arranged at the upper end of the side wall of the condensed water collecting tank (36).

The food processor according to claim 1, wherein the side edge of the second cup cover (32) is provided with a rotation stopping clamping groove (327) which is recessed inwards, the inner side wall of the cup body (22) is provided with a convex rib (24), and the rotation stopping clamping groove (327) and the convex rib (24) are in limited fit in the circumferential direction of the cup body (22).
7. The food processor of claim 6, wherein the ribs (24) are turbulator ribs extending from a top end to a bottom end of the cup assembly (2).
8. The food processor according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the second cup lid (32) is provided with a trigger protrusion (328), the machine head (7) is provided with a safety switch (72), and when the machine head (7) is assembled on the second cup lid (32), the trigger protrusion (328) extends into the machine head (7) to trigger the safety switch (72).
9. The food processor of claim 1, wherein the food processor comprises a base (5) and a base stirring assembly (9), the cup assembly (2) being selectively assembled with the base (5) or the head (7); the stand stirring assembly (9) is detachably assembled in the cup assembly (2); when the cup component (2) is assembled with the base (5), the base stirring component (9) is assembled in the cup component (2); when the cup component (2) is assembled with the machine head (7), the machine base stirring component (9) is detached from the cup component (2).
10. The food processor of claim 9, wherein the stand mixer assembly (9) comprises a mixer bar assembly (23); and/or
The handpiece mixing assembly (8) comprises a meat chopper assembly (82); and/or
The cooking machine comprises a sauce machine, the sauce machine comprises a machine base (5) and a heating assembly (6), the heating assembly (6) is arranged on the machine base (5) or a cup assembly (2).
