Therefore, the heat dissipation area 13 of the electric control box, the heat dissipation area 11 of the compressor and the heat dissipation area 12 of the heat exchanger are arranged along the length direction of the chassis 1, and the heat dissipation area 13 of the electric control box and the heat dissipation area 11 of the compressor are arranged along the width direction of the chassis 1, so that the layout of the heat exchanger, the electric control box 6 and the compressor 2 in the parking air conditioner 100 is more reasonable, and the structure is compact.
Optionally, the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12 and the electric control box heat dissipation area 13 may be set as the hollow-out structures 121, and on the premise of ensuring the structural strength of the chassis 1, the hollow-out areas of the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12 and the electric control box heat dissipation area 13 may be increased as much as possible, so that the heat dissipation effects of the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12 and the electric control box heat dissipation area 13 may be optimal, and it is ensured that the parking air conditioner 100 has a good heat dissipation effect.

The remaining three complete machine mounting holes 14 are located on the other side of the chassis 1 in the width direction, and the three complete machine mounting holes 14 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the chassis 1 and correspond to the three complete machine mounting hole groups one by one. Therefore, during installation, the parking air conditioner 100 can be connected with a vehicle through the plurality of complete machine installation holes 14 and matched with the corresponding installation base 10, and therefore the installation stability of the parking air conditioner 100 can be effectively guaranteed. In addition, the chassis 1 is provided with the plurality of complete machine mounting holes 14, so that when the parking air conditioner 100 is mounted, the corresponding complete machine mounting holes 14 can be selected according to different vehicle types, and the universality of the chassis 1 can be further improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12 is provided with a plurality of fixing pieces 15 arranged at intervals along the circumference of the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12, and the heat exchanger and the fan cover 8 of the parking air conditioner 100 are connected to the fixing pieces 15. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 11, the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12 is provided with eight fixing pieces 15, the eight fixing pieces 15 are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12, and the fixing pieces 15 may be directly bent from a portion of the base plate 1. For example, a plurality of mounting seats may be provided on the heat exchanger, each mounting seat is sleeved at a corresponding position of the heat exchange tube of the heat exchanger, one end of each mounting seat is connected with a corresponding fixing member 15 to fixedly connect the heat exchanger with the chassis 1, and the other end of each mounting seat is connected with the fan cover 8 to fix the fan cover 8 on the heat exchanger. Thereby, the mounting stability of the heat exchanger and the fan cover 8 is ensured. Further alternatively, the fixing member 15 may be provided with a second reinforcing rib 151, which effectively increases the structural strength of the fixing member 15 and ensures the installation reliability of the heat exchanger and the fan housing 8.
Eight fixing members 15 are shown in fig. 1, 2 and 11 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art after reading the technical solution of the present application that the solution can be applied to three to seven or more than eight fixing members 15, which also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to the parking air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, when the parking air conditioner 100 is a ceiling-mounted parking air conditioner, the chassis 1 may be horizontally installed on the roof, the heat dissipation system is installed in the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12, and the electronic control box 6 is installed in the electronic control box heat dissipation area 13. The compressor 2 can be a horizontal compressor, and the horizontal compressor is horizontally arranged, so that the horizontal compressor can be directly fixed on the chassis 1 through the first mounting structure. The partition plate 9 is arranged between the heat radiating area 12 of the heat exchanger and the heat radiating area 13 of the electric control box, so that liquid such as water and the like can be effectively prevented from flowing into the compressor 2 and the electric control box 6. The valve plate 5 may be fixed to one side of the chassis 1 in the width direction by a second mounting structure, with the inlet pipe 52 and the outlet pipe 53 of the valve plate 5 facing the rear of the vehicle. The heat dissipation system comprises a heat exchanger, a motor, a fan 7 and a fan cover 8, wherein the heat exchanger and the fan 7 are connected with the chassis 1 through a fixing piece 15, and the fan 7 and the motor are arranged between the heat exchanger and the fan cover 8.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, according to the parking air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, when the parking air conditioner 100 is a horizontal backpack parking air conditioner, the chassis 1 can be horizontally and vertically installed on the back of the vehicle, the heat dissipation system is installed in the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12, and the electronic control box 6 is installed in the electronic control box heat dissipation area 13. Compressor 2 can adopt vertical compressor, because vertical compressor is vertical placing, need fix vertical compressor on first compressor mounting panel 3, wherein, first compressor mounting panel 3 can link to each other with chassis 1 through second mounting structure. A partition plate 9 is arranged between the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12 and the electric control box heat dissipation area 13. The valve plate 5 may be fixed to one end of the chassis 1 in the longitudinal direction by a third mounting structure, and the inlet pipe 52 and the outlet pipe 53 of the valve plate 5 face the right of the vehicle.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, according to the parking air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, when the parking air conditioner 100 is a vertical backpack parking air conditioner, the chassis 1 can be vertically installed on the back of the vehicle, the heat dissipation system is installed in the heat exchanger heat dissipation area 12, and the electronic control box 6 is installed in the electronic control box heat dissipation area 13. Compressor 2 can adopt vertical compressor, because vertical compressor is vertical placing, need fix vertical compressor on second compressor mounting panel 4, wherein, second compressor mounting panel 4 can link to each other with chassis 1 through third mounting structure. 1. A parking air conditioner, comprising:
the base plate comprises a compressor mounting area, and a first mounting structure, a second mounting structure and a third mounting structure are arranged on the compressor mounting area;
a compressor disposed in the compressor mounting area by one of the first mounting structure, the second mounting structure, and the third mounting structure,
when the compressor is mounted on the compressor mounting region by the first mounting structure, the compressor is directly mounted on the chassis by the first mounting structure;
when the compressor is installed in the compressor installation area through the second installation structure, a first compressor installation plate is connected to the second installation structure and is perpendicular to the base plate, the first compressor installation plate extends along the length direction of the base plate, and the compressor is connected to the first compressor installation plate;
when the compressor passes through the third mounting structure is installed when the compressor mounting region, third mounting structure department is connected with the second compressor mounting panel, the second compressor mounting panel with the chassis is perpendicular, just the second compressor mounting panel is followed the width direction on chassis extends, the compressor is connected on the second compressor mounting panel.
2. The parking air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the first compressor mounting plate and the second compressor mounting plate each comprise:
the mounting plate body is perpendicular to the chassis, and one end of the mounting plate body is connected with the chassis;
the two connecting plates are respectively connected to two sides of the mounting plate body and are connected with the chassis.
3. The parking air conditioner of claim 2, wherein the one end of the mounting plate body is provided with a first flange, and the mounting plate body is connected with the chassis through the first flange;
each connecting plate is provided with a second flanging, and each connecting plate is connected with the chassis through the corresponding second flanging.
4. Parking air conditioner according to claim 2, characterized in that the length of the end of each connection plate connected to the chassis is greater than the length of the corresponding end of the connection plate remote from the chassis.
5. The parking air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the first compressor mounting plate is located at one side in a width direction of the base pan;
the second compressor mounting plate is located at one end of the base plate in the length direction.
6. The parking air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the first mounting structure, the second mounting structure and the third mounting structure each include a mounting hole formed on the base pan.
7. The parking air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the first compressor mounting plate is identical in structure and size to the second compressor mounting plate.
8. Parking air conditioner according to any of claims 1-7, characterized by further comprising:
the valve plate is arranged on the base plate, an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of the parking air conditioner are arranged on the valve plate,
the valve plate is attached to the base pan by one of the second mounting structure and the third mounting structure when the compressor is mounted to the compressor mounting area by the first mounting structure;
the valve plate is attached to the base pan by one of the second mounting structure and the third mounting structure when the compressor is mounted to the compressor mounting area by the other of the second mounting structure and the third mounting structure.

The parking air conditioner of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the chassis further comprises a heat exchanger heat dissipation area and an electronic control box heat dissipation area, the electronic control box heat dissipation area and the compressor mounting area and the heat exchanger heat dissipation area are arranged along a length direction of the chassis, and the electronic control box heat dissipation area and the compressor mounting area are arranged along a width direction of the chassis.
10. The parking air conditioner of claim 8, wherein a plurality of complete machine mounting holes are formed in the base plate at intervals, and the plurality of complete machine mounting holes are arranged adjacent to the outer periphery of the base plate.

The parking air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein the heat exchanger heat dissipation area is provided with a plurality of fixing pieces arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the heat exchanger heat dissipation area, and the heat exchanger and the fan cover of the parking air conditioner are connected to the fixing pieces.
