The first water pipe mounting bracket 4 is positioned at one side position of the first sand filter 2, the second water pipe mounting bracket is positioned at one side position of the second sand filter 3, so that the installation and fixation of the by-pass pipe 6, the working pipe 7, the backwashing pipe 8 and the forward flushing pipe 9 are convenient, preferably, the first water pipe mounting bracket 4 comprises a first horizontal frame 40 positioned at the bottom of the first sand filter 2 and a first vertical frame 41 positioned at one side of the first sand filter 2, and the first horizontal frame 40 and the first vertical frame 41 are fixedly connected; correspondingly, the second water pipe mounting bracket 5 comprises a second horizontal frame positioned at the bottom of the second sand filter 3 and a second vertical frame positioned at one side of the second sand filter 3, and the second horizontal frame and the second vertical frame are fixedly connected. The first water pipe mounting bracket 4 and the second water pipe mounting bracket 5 are identical in structure. The first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3 are identical in structure.
The top and the bottom of the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3 are communicated with water pipes 11 for realizing backwashing and normal filtration of the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3, the bypass control valves comprise a K1 valve, a K2 valve and a K3 valve, the operation control valves comprise a K4 valve, a K5 valve, a K6 valve and a K7 valve, the backwashing control valves comprise a K8 valve, a K9 valve, a K10 valve and a K11 valve, the positive flushing control valves comprise a K12 valve and a K13 valve, the switching valves comprise a K14 valve, A is a water inlet end, B is a water outlet end, C is a water outlet end, the circle in the figure represents the communication point of each pipe, the square represents the communication point of the top and the bottom of the water pipe 11 and the first sand filter 2 or the second sand filter 3, and the arrows in the figure represent the flow direction of water.
In practical use, in order to facilitate the installation of the water pipe 11, it is preferable that a support 12 is further provided at the bottom of the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3, and the water pipe 11 is communicated with the bottom of the corresponding sand filter 2 through a gap in the support 12.
In order to improve the stability of the first and second water pipe mounting brackets 4 and 5, it is preferable to further include: a first fixing rod 13 provided between the first vertical frame 41 and the first horizontal frame 40, and a second fixing rod 14 provided between the second vertical frame and the second horizontal frame, in order to facilitate reinforcement of the respective forehead support.
In order to facilitate taking the first water pipe mounting bracket 4 and the second water pipe mounting bracket 5 or to facilitate mounting and fixing the corresponding sand filter fan, a first gripper frame 15 is preferably further provided on the upper side of the first vertical frame 41, and a second gripper frame 16 is preferably further provided on the upper side of the second vertical frame. In order to improve the mounting stability of the first gripper frame 15 and the second gripper frame 16, it is preferable that a first stabilizer bar 17 is further provided between the first gripper frame 15 and the first vertical frame 41, and a second stabilizer bar 18 is further provided between the second gripper frame 16 and the second vertical frame.
In actual operation, on the premise that the second sand filter 3 does not work, when the first sand filter 2 needs to be bypassed, the K1 valve and the K2 valve are opened, so that water entering from the A end directly flows out from the C end without passing through the first sand filter 2; under the condition that the first sand filter 2 is not operated, when the second sand filter 3 needs to be bypassed, the K14 valve and the K3 valve are opened, so that the water entering from the A end is discharged from the C end without passing through the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3; on the premise that both the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3 are operated, when the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3 are required to be operated, only the K1 valve and the K3 valve can be opened, so that the water entering from the A end can be discharged from the C end without passing through the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3.
When the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3 need to work simultaneously, the K4 valve, the K5 valve, the K6 valve and the K7 valve are opened, and the other valves are closed, so that water entering from the A end enters the first sand filter 2 from the top of the first sand filter 2 through the working pipe 7, the K4 valve and the water passing pipe 11, then enters the second sand filter 3 from the top of the second sand filter 3 from the bottom of the first sand filter 2 through the water pipe 11, the K5 valve, the by-pass pipe 6, the working pipe 7, the K6 valve and the water passing pipe 11, and then exits from the bottom of the second sand filter 3 through the water pipe 11 and the K7 valve, and then exits from the C end.
The switching working principle of the two sand filters is as follows, when the first sand filter 2 works normally and the second sand filter 3 is backwashed, the K2 valve, the K4 valve, the K5 valve, the K10 valve, the K11 valve and the K14 valve are opened, the other valves are closed, water entering from the A end enters the first sand filter 2 from the top of the first sand filter 2 through the working pipe 7, the K4 valve and the water pipe 11, and then water exits from the bottom of the first sand filter 2 from the C end through the water pipe 11, the K5 valve and the K2 valve, so that the normal work of the first sand filter 2 is realized. Water entering from the A end enters the second sand filter 3 from the bottom of the second sand filter 3 through the switching pipe 10, the K14 valve, the backwashing pipe 8, the K10 valve and the water pipe 11, then the water is discharged from the B end through the water pipe 11 and the K11 valve after coming out from the top of the second sand filter 3, and backwashing on the second sand filter 3 is realized.
When the first sand filter 2 is backwashed and the second sand filter 3 works normally, the K6 valve, the K7 valve, the K8 valve, the K9 valve, the K14 valve and the other valves are all closed, water entering from the A end enters the second sand filter 3 from the top of the second sand filter 3 through the switching pipe 10, the K14 valve, the working pipe 7, the K6 valve and the water pipe 11, and then water exits from the bottom of the second sand filter 3 through the water pipe 11 and the K7 valve and then exits from the C end, so that the normal work of the second sand filter 3 is realized. Water entering from the A end enters the first sand filter 2 from the bottom of the first sand filter 2 after passing through the backwashing pipe 8, the K8 valve and the water pipe 11, and then is discharged from the B end after passing through the water pipe 11 and the K9 valve from the top of the first sand filter 2, so that backwashing on the first sand filter 2 is realized.
When the sand in the first sand filter 2 is loosened after backwashing or the second sand filter 3 is washed, the water flow needs to be pressed downwards, and the K12 valve or the K13 valve is opened to compact the sand in the filter screens of the respective sand filters (the filter screens are arranged at the bottoms of the first sand filter 2 and the second sand filter 3), so that the water is discharged from the end B.
The application provides a changeable sand filtration system of series connection realizes each function through switching each valve when using: the water filtered by the former sand filter enters the next sand filter, so that the dirt in the water can be effectively filtered, and the water inlet load of the DTRO equipment is reduced; when a current sand filter dirt is stifled, can change valve work with the next sand filter of back, the previous sand filter of backwash simultaneously, so exchange mutually. The whole system and the DTRO equipment do not need to be shut down, so that backwashing or maintenance of the corresponding sand filter can be realized, normal operation of the system and the service efficiency of the DTRO equipment can be ensured, and the sewage treatment efficiency is improved.

1. A series switchable sand filtration system comprising:
the sand filter comprises a first sand filter and a second sand filter, wherein the first sand filter and the second sand filter are connected with a DTRO (digital terrestrial oxidation) device, a first water pipe mounting support is arranged on one side of the first sand filter, a second water pipe mounting support is arranged on one side of the second sand filter, the first sand filter and the second sand filter are connected in series, a bypass pipe, a working pipe, a backwashing pipe, a forward flushing pipe and a switching pipe are jointly arranged on the first water pipe mounting support and the second water pipe mounting support, a bypass control valve is arranged on the bypass pipe, an operation control valve is arranged on the working pipe, a backwashing control valve is arranged on the backwashing pipe, a forward flushing control valve is arranged on the forward flushing pipe, a switching valve is arranged on the switching pipe, and the top and the bottom of the first sand filter and the bottom of the second sand filter are communicated with water pipes.
2. The series switchable sand screen system of claim 1 wherein the bottom of the first sand filter and the second sand filter are further provided with standoffs.

The series switchable sand filtration system of claim 1 wherein the first water pipe mounting bracket comprises a first horizontal frame at the bottom of the first sand filter and a first vertical frame at one side of the first sand filter, the first horizontal frame and the first vertical frame being fixedly connected;
correspondingly, the second water pipe mounting bracket comprises a second horizontal frame positioned at the bottom of the second sand filter and a second vertical frame positioned on one side of the second sand filter, and the second horizontal frame is fixedly connected with the second vertical frame.
4. The series switchable sand filtration system of claim 3, further comprising:
the first fixing rod is arranged between the first vertical frame and the first horizontal frame, and the second fixing rod is arranged between the second vertical frame and the second horizontal frame.

6. The series switchable sand filtration system of claim 5 further comprising a first stabilizer bar disposed between the first gripper frame and the first vertical frame and a second stabilizer bar disposed between the second gripper frame and the second vertical frame.
