Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a combined perspective view illustrating a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a state where a cap is detached from a container body in the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention. In addition, fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along a-a' of fig. 1, and fig. 4 is a sectional view illustrating a state where a cap is detached from a container body in a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a cosmetic container 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a container body 10, a cover 20, a brush bar 30, a brush head 40, a light emitting part 50, and an injection molded part 60.
The container body 10 may be a vertically long cylindrical shape, and a space for storing the contents 13 may be formed therein, and an inlet 11 may be formed at an upper end thereof. In this case, the content 13 may be a cosmetic in a liquid or gel state, but is not limited thereto.
The inlet 11 of the container body 10 is a portion to which the cover 20 is coupled, and the container body 10 and the cover 20 may be coupled to each other in various ways. In an embodiment of the present invention, a case where the container body 10 and the cover 20 are coupled by screws is shown, and for this reason, the outer circumferential surface of the inlet 11 may be formed with external threads.
In addition, a wiper 12 may be provided inside the inlet 11 of the container body 10. The wiper 12 may be constructed of a material having elasticity to wipe the brush head 40 as it passes through the inlet 11 to leave the appropriate amount of the contents 13 in the brush head 40.
The cover 20 may be used as a handle, detachably coupled to the container body 10, so as to open and close the inlet 11 of the container body 10. Such a cover 20 has a closed upper portion and an open lower portion, and may have a space therein. At this time, the inner circumferential surface of the lower end of the cap 20 may be formed with an internal thread for coupling with the external thread of the inlet 11.
The brush bar 30 is rod-shaped and may extend in a length direction from a region of the lower side of the cover 20. More specifically, a light emitting unit 50, which will be described later, may be provided in the inner space of the cover 20, and the cover 20 may further include a plate member 21 that partitions the area where the light emitting unit 50 is located.
Such a plate member 21 may be provided to cross the inner space of the cover 20 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the brush bar 30 may extend downward from the plate member 21. In this case, the plate member 21 and the brush bar 30 may be made of a transparent material so that the light emitted from the light emitting portion 50 can be emitted to the brush head 40.
Also, a brush head 40 may be provided at the distal end of the brush bar 30. The brush head 40 is shown as being made of a material capable of containing the contents, but is not limited to this, and may be formed in various shapes such as a brush pen shape that can apply the contents 13 to a region of the skin.
In addition, a groove of a predetermined depth is formed inside the distal end of the brush rod 30 connected to the brush head 40, and the brush head 40 may be formed with an extension part inserted into the groove fixed to the brush rod 30, in addition to an area exposed to the outside. Thus, the brush bar 30 and the brush head 40 are coupled by interference fit, but may be coupled by an adhesive or by a protrusion and groove structure, and the coupling method is not limited thereto.
The light emitting unit 50 may be provided inside the cover 20 and may be located in the upper space of the plate member 21. Such a light emitting portion 50 may include a light emitter 56, a power supply portion 52, a first terminal 53, a second terminal 51, and a connection line 55.
First, the light emitter 56 is a structure that emits light, and may be formed of a Light Emitting Diode (LED). Such a light 56 may be located in an area adjacent to the plate member 21. The color of the light emitting diode is preferably white, but the light emitting diode is not limited thereto, and may be various colors such as red or blue.
The power supply unit 52 may be composed of two batteries that supply power to the light emitter 56. The two batteries may be connected in series and may be located on top of the light 56.
The first terminal 53 and the second terminal 51 may be provided at both ends of the power supply unit 52, respectively, and the first terminal 53 and the second terminal 51 may be made of a metal material. In this case, the first terminal 53 and the light emitter 56 and the second terminal 51 and the light emitter 56 may be connected by a connection line 55.
Further, an elastic member 54 may be provided between the first terminal 53 and the power supply unit 52, and the elastic member 54 may be formed of a metal material, so that the power supply unit 52 and the first terminal 53 may be electrically connected at all times regardless of compression and expansion of the elastic member 54.
Wherein, when the cover 20 closes the entrance 11 of the container body 10, the elastic member 54 may be compressed to separate the power supply part 52 and the second terminal 51, and when the cover 20 is separated from the entrance 11 of the container body 10 to open the entrance 11, the compression of the elastic member 54 may be released to bring the power supply part 52 into contact with the second terminal 51.
Thus, the light emitting unit 50 can be turned on/off (on/off) in response to the operation of attaching and detaching the cover 20 to and from the container body 10. In this case, various means for controlling the elasticity of the elastic member 54 may be provided, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the elasticity of the elastic member 54 may be controlled according to the position of the injection member 60, which is changed as the cap 20 is attached to and detached from the container body 10.
The plate member 21 defining the region where the light emitting part 50 is located may have a through hole 22 formed in a region not overlapping with the brush bar 30. The rod-shaped injection member 60 may be inserted through the through hole 22, and in this case, the injection member 60 may be vertically movable by a predetermined length in the through hole 22.
Such an injection member 60 may be formed in such a length that, when the cover 20 is coupled to the container body 10 and the inlet 11 is closed, the upper end of the injection member 60 is brought into contact with the lower end of the power supply part 52 to compress the elastic member 54 in a state where the lower end of the injection member 60 is positioned at the upper end of the inlet 11 of the container body 10.
That is, the injection member 60 is formed to have a length corresponding to a distance from the upper end of the inlet 11 to the lower end of the power supply part 52 in a state where the elastic member 54 is compressed, so that the elastic member 54 can be compressed to separate the power supply part 52 from the second terminal 51 in a state where the cap 20 is coupled to the container body 10. In this case, the injection member 60 may be formed of an insulating material.
In addition, when the lid 20 is separated from the container body 10 and the inlet 11 is opened, the inlet 11 of the container body 10 does not support the lower end of the injection member 60 any more, so that the injection member 60 can move downward in the through-hole 22. Thus, the upper end of the injection member 60 does not support the lower end of the power supply unit 52, and the compression of the elastic member 54 can be released.
Thereby, the power supply unit 52 is in contact with and connected to the second terminal 51, and light can be emitted from the light emitter 56. At this time, when the cap 20 is separated from the container body 10, the lower end of the injection member 60 is no longer supported by the inlet 11, and the injection member 60 may be dropped in the lower direction of the through hole 22.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent this phenomenon, a stepped portion 61 may be provided at a region of the injection molding part 60. The upper circumference of the injection member 60 may be formed to be thicker than the lower circumference with respect to the step portion 61, in this case, the upper circumference of the injection member 60 may be formed to be thicker than the through hole 22, and the lower circumference of the injection member 60 may be formed to be thinner than the through hole 22.
This prevents the injection member 60 from falling off in the lower direction of the through hole 22 even if the lid 20 is separated from the container body 10. Preferably, the stepped part 61 of the injection member 60 may be disposed at least closer to the upper side than the upper surface of the plate member 21 in a state where the cover 20 is coupled to the container body 10.
Such an injection member 60 may operate in such a manner that the elastic member 54 is compressed when the cover 20 closes the inlet 11 of the container body 10 and the compression of the elastic member 54 is released when the cover 20 opens the inlet 11 of the container body 10.
A general cosmetic container having a light emitting diode has an opaque brush bar, and two light emitting diodes are built in both sides of the edge of the brush bar, so that light is emitted from the outer circumferential surface when a cover is opened from a container body. However, since light is emitted from the edge portion of the brush holder, not from the central portion, but directly from the brush holder, the aesthetic feeling and the feeling of luxury are reduced.
Further, the light emitting diode exposed to the outside may be damaged by the content adhered to the screw portion of the cap during the continuous use of the content.
However, according to the cosmetic container 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, the light emitter 56 is disposed inside the cover 20 divided by the plate member 21, and in this case, the light emitter 56 may be disposed at a position corresponding to the central portion of the brush bar 30. Thus, the light emitter 56 is not exposed to the outside, so that damage due to the contents 13 can be prevented, and the structure is simplified by providing one light emitter 56, which contributes to cost reduction and aesthetic sense improvement.
Further, since the brush bar 30 and the plate member 21 are made of a transparent material, when the light emitting body 56 is attached to the upper portion of the central portion of the brush bar 30, light is transmitted through the transparent brush bar 30, and light having the same or higher brightness as that of the container provided with the two light emitting diodes can be emitted. Also, the light transmitted through the transparent brush bar 30 reaches the upper end of the brush head 40, thereby having an indirect effect like the light emitted from the brush bar 30 itself.
Further, the light penetrates the transparent brush rod 30 to which the contents are adhered to a greater extent, so that the contents 13 can be more beautifully illuminated, and the contents 13 can be more clearly seen even in a dark space. Also, only one light emitter 56 is used, so that light can be maintained for a longer time with the same amount of power, thereby reducing costs.
Generally, a pigment-based cosmetic containing a pigment exhibits a fading (Fade-out) phenomenon in which the color becomes lighter when irradiated with light. In an embodiment of the present invention, the light emitting part 50 may be configured not to operate when the cover 20 is not detached from the container body 10. For example, when the cosmetic container 100 is carried in a bag or a pocket, the light emitting portion 50 does not operate, so that the battery can be used for a long time, and discoloration of the pigment of the content 13 can be reduced.
Also, the light body 56 is located inside the cover 20, and the brush head 40 is disposed at the distal end of the brush bar 30, so that the light body 56 is spaced apart from the brush head 40, thereby minimizing the possibility of discoloration of the pigment of the contents 13.
Next, the operation of the light emitting unit 50 when the cover 20 is attached to and detached from the container body 10 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
In a state where the cover 20 is coupled to the container body 10, the injection member 60 may compress the elastic member 54 to separate the power supply part 52 from the second terminal 51. Thereby, the light emitter 56 can be maintained in a non-light emitting state.
When the lid 20 is separated from the container body 10, the injection member 60 is separated from the lower end of the power supply portion 52, and the compression of the elastic member 54 is released, so that the power supply portion 52 and the second terminal 51 can be brought into contact with each other. At this time, the first terminal 53 and the power supply unit 52 are always in contact with each other, and the light emitter 56 can emit light by the contact of the power supply unit 52 and the second terminal 51.
At this point, the light 56 can transmit light through the transparent brush bar 30 so that the light reaches the area where the brush head 40 is located. Thus, the contents 13 adhered to the brush head 40 can be clearly seen even in a dark space, and the light is emitted like the brush rod 30 itself, thereby improving the aesthetic sense.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, but these embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and it should be understood that modifications and improvements within the technical spirit of the present invention can be made by those skilled in the art.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but may be modified in various ways without departing from the scope of the present invention.
