In view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventors considered that there was a defect that the concentration of ink in the ink tank was not easily adjusted, resulting in unclear printing and dyeing of the pattern on the plastic film.

one side of the collecting barrel is provided with a concentration adjusting box, a first connecting pipe is connected between the concentration adjusting box and the collecting barrel, a second connecting pipe is connected between the concentration adjusting box and the ink storage box, a third connecting pipe is installed on the side wall of the concentration adjusting box, one end, far away from the concentration adjusting box, of the third connecting pipe is fixed with a storage box, and a conveying pump is installed on the third connecting pipe.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the plastic film is printed and dyed, the plastic film passes through the space between the squeezing roller and the printing roller, and the plastic film is printed and dyed with needed patterns or characters. When the ink is thin, the concentration regulating box gives an alarm, and an operator can add the ink with high viscosity into the collecting barrel; when the ink is thick, the solvent in the storage tank is conveyed to the concentration regulating tank by the conveying pump, so that the ink becomes normal. By adjusting the ink concentration, the viscosity of the ink is in an intermediate value, and the normal printing and dyeing of the plastic film patterns are ensured.
Optionally, the storage tank is located on the upper surface of the concentration adjusting tank.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when china ink is thick, the concentration control box is carried with the solvent in the bin to the delivery pump, makes the china ink in the concentration control box become normal, then during the concentration control box carried china ink to the ink storage box, concentration control box upper surface was put to the bin, has both practiced thrift the space, also made the solvent in the bin enter into the concentration control box.
Optionally, the fixed surface is connected with the mount pad on the concentration adjustment case, and the bin is placed in the mount pad.

Optionally, an upper cover for protecting ink is disposed above the ink storage box.

Optionally, the two ends of the ink storage box are respectively and fixedly connected with a bump, and the two ends of the upper cover are respectively provided with an insertion hole for the bump to insert into.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the cooperation of pegging graft of lug and jack makes things convenient for the installation and the location to ink storage box and upper cover, and the convenience is to the dismantlement of upper cover.
Optionally, a filter screen for filtering ink is arranged on the discharge chute.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the filter screen has filterable effect to the china ink that flows out the ink storage box, can prevent that debris in the china ink from flowing into in the collecting vessel.
Optionally, the filter screen is detachably connected with the discharge chute.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the filter screen can be dismantled with the blown down tank and be connected, when needs clear up the filter screen, convenient dismantlement and the installation to the filter screen.
Optionally, a groove is formed in the upper surface of the discharge chute, and two sides of the filter screen are inserted into the groove
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the filter screen cooperates with the recess grafting, makes things convenient for the dismantlement and the installation of filter screen.

1. when the ink is thin, the concentration regulating box gives an alarm, and an operator can add the ink with high viscosity into the collecting barrel; when the ink is thick, the solvent in the storage tank is sent to the concentration regulating tank by the delivery pump, so that the ink becomes normal. By adjusting the ink concentration, the viscosity of the ink is in an intermediate value, so that the printed plastic film patterns are normal, waste products are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved;

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-3.
The embodiment of the application discloses an ink concentration adjusting device of a plastic film printing machine. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the ink concentration adjusting device of the plastic film printing machine comprises a machine body 1, wherein a printing roller 11 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the machine body 1, a squeezing roller 12 is arranged beside the printing roller 11, two ends of the squeezing roller 12 are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the machine body 1, a first guide roller 13 is arranged on one side of the squeezing roller 12, and a second guide roller 14 is arranged above the printing roller 11. An ink storage box 2 is arranged below the printing roller 11, two ends of the ink storage box 2 are fixed with the inner wall of the machine body 1, and a part of the printing roller 11 is immersed in the ink storage box 2.
The plastic film passes through a first guide roller 13 and then passes between the printing roller 11 and the pressing roller 12, the printing roller rotates to print a pattern or characters on the plastic film, and then the plastic film passes through a second guide roller 14 to enter the next process.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a discharge chute 21 is fixed on the side wall of the ink storage box 2, the discharge chute 21 is inclined and arranged downwards, a collecting barrel 3 is arranged below the discharge chute 21, a filter screen 22 is detachably connected to the side wall of the discharge chute 21, a groove 211 is formed in the inner side wall of the discharge chute 21, and two ends of the filter screen 22 are inserted into the groove 211. The filter screen 22 can prevent sundries in the ink storage box 2 from entering the collecting barrel 3, and the filter screen 22 can be detachably connected, so that the filter screen 22 is convenient to clean and replace. The bottom end of the discharging groove 21 is fixedly connected with a funnel 23, and the funnel 23 facilitates ink to enter the collecting barrel 3.
One side of collecting vessel 3 is provided with concentration control box 4, and the inside pump body that is provided with of concentration control box 4 is connected with first connecting pipe 41 between concentration control box 4 and the collecting vessel 3, and first connecting pipe 41 one end is fixed with concentration control box 4, and the first connecting pipe 41 other end inserts in the collecting vessel 3. A second connecting pipe 42 is connected between the concentration adjusting box 4 and the ink storage box 2, one end of the second connecting pipe 42 is fixed with the concentration adjusting box 4, and the other end of the second connecting pipe 42 is inserted into the ink storage box 2.
The ink in the ink storage box 2 flows into the collecting barrel 3 from the discharging groove 21, then the concentration adjusting box 4 pumps the ink in the collecting barrel 3 into the concentration adjusting box 3 through the pump body, and then the ink is conveyed into the ink storage box 2 from the concentration adjusting box 4 to form a cycle. When china ink process concentration regulating box 3, concentration regulating box 3 can detect the concentration of china ink, and when china ink is more rare, concentration regulating box 3 can report to the police, and the operation workman can add the high printing ink of viscosity toward collecting vessel 3 in, makes the china ink neutralization.
The upper surface of concentration control box 4 is fixed with mount pad 43, has placed storage tank 5 on mount pad 43, has placed the solvent in the storage tank 5, is connected with third connecting pipe 51 between storage tank 5 and the concentration control box 3, installs delivery pump 52 on the third connecting pipe 51.
When the ink from the ink tank 2 is thick, the solvent in the storage tank 5 is sent to the concentration adjusting tank 3 by the delivery pump 52, the ink is neutralized, and then the ink is delivered to the ink tank 2.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, an upper cover 6 is disposed above the ink container 2, and the upper cover 6 protects the ink in the ink container 2 and prevents foreign objects from falling into the ink container 2. The two ends of the ink storage box 2 are fixedly connected with lugs 61 in decibels, the two ends of the upper cover 6 are respectively provided with jacks 62, and the lugs 61 are inserted into the jacks 62, so that the upper cover 6 is convenient to mount and position.
The implementation principle of the ink concentration adjusting device of the plastic film printing machine is as follows: when printing a plastic film, the plastic film passes between the squeeze roller 12 and the printing roller 11, and the plastic film is printed with a desired pattern or character. When the ink is thin, the concentration adjusting box 3 gives an alarm, and an operator can add the ink with high viscosity into the collecting barrel 3; when the ink is thick, the solvent in the storage tank 5 is transferred to the concentration adjusting tank 3 by the transfer pump 52, and the ink becomes normal. By adjusting the ink concentration, the viscosity of the ink is in an intermediate value, and the normal printing and dyeing of the plastic film patterns are ensured.
