a standard cabinet;
the lifting platform is arranged on the standard machine cabinet;
the laser marking device is arranged on the lifting table and is driven by the lifting table to move along the vertical direction;
the feeding mechanism is arranged on the standard cabinet and comprises a feeding disc which is used for installing 3M flexible label paper; the charging tray contracting brake mechanism is used for limiting the rotation of the charging tray;
the positioning tool is arranged on the standard machine cabinet and is positioned on one side of the discharge end of the feeding mechanism, and the positioning tool comprises a marking table which is fixed on the standard machine cabinet; a paper feeding mechanism arranged at the front end of the marking table; the pneumatic paper pressing mechanism is arranged right above the paper feeding mechanism and is used for pressing the 3M flexible label paper; the tensioning mechanism is arranged on the marking table and is positioned at the front end of a feeding port of the paper feeding mechanism; the paper adsorption mechanism is arranged in the middle of the marking table and is positioned right below a vibration lens of the laser marking device, and a marking area is arranged on the paper adsorption mechanism; a paper origin detection sensor which is arranged at the rear end of the marking area and is used for controlling the movement of the paper feeding mechanism; the blanking and paper cutting mechanism is arranged at the rear end of the marking table and is used for cutting the 3M flexible label paper; the blanking pneumatic paper pressing mechanism is arranged on the marking table and is positioned between the paper original point detection sensor and the blanking paper cutting mechanism; the blanking sensor is positioned right below the blanking paper cutting mechanism and is used for controlling the movement of the blanking pneumatic paper pressing mechanism;
the dust removal mechanism is fixed on the marking table and vertically extends upwards to the vibrating lens of the laser marking device, the dust removal mechanism surrounds the marking area and the output end of the laser marking device and forms a flexible closed cavity, and the lower end of the dust removal mechanism is relatively provided with an air draft dust removal opening and an air blowing mechanism which are respectively positioned on two sides of the marking area;
the smoke purifier is arranged on one side of the standard cabinet and is communicated with the air draft and dust removal opening;
the controller is arranged inside the standard cabinet and is electrically connected with the laser marking device, all parts of the positioning tool, the dust removal mechanism and the smoke purifier respectively;
the 3M flexible label paper sequentially penetrates through the charging tray contracting brake mechanism, the tensioning mechanism and the paper feeding mechanism and then enters the marking area.

The fully automatic 3M flexible paper label laser marking machine according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism further comprises an empty pre-warning sensor disposed inside the feeding tray and electrically connected to the controller, the empty pre-warning sensor is configured to send a pre-warning signal to the controller when the 3M flexible label paper is not detected, and the controller displays the pre-warning signal through an external display.

The fully automatic 3M flexible paper signage laser marking machine of claim 1, wherein the tray brake mechanism comprises a bracket fixed on the standard cabinet; the friction wheel is arranged on the support through a spring and is abutted to the periphery of the upper charging tray, and the friction wheel is arranged to be separated from the upper charging tray under the action of the tension force of the 3M flexible label paper when the tensioning mechanism works.

The fully-automatic 3M flexible paper label laser marking machine according to claim 1, wherein the positioning tool further comprises a paper breaking sensor which is arranged at the end of the marking table close to the feeding mechanism and electrically connected with the controller, the paper breaking sensor is arranged to send out an early warning signal to the controller when the 3M flexible label paper is not detected, and the controller displays the early warning signal through an external display.
5. The fully automatic 3M flexible paper label laser marking machine of claim 1, wherein the paper feeding mechanism comprises two rollers spaced in parallel along the feeding direction; and the driving motor is used for driving the two rollers to synchronously rotate.
6. The fully automatic 3M flexible paper signage laser marking machine of claim 1, wherein said blanking and cutting mechanism comprises a cutter with a teflon coating on its surface.
