That is, the banknote collection device 105 is provided with the top stopper 141, when banknote collection is performed, the top stopper 141 and the bottom stopper 139 located at the banknote collection position are arranged in the second direction, so that the head of the banknote 189 output by the banknote collection mechanism 127 is stopped by the top stopper 141, and the tail of the banknote 189 is stopped by the bottom stopper 139, so that the banknote 189 is not easily inserted into the gap between the shutter 125 and the bottom stopper 139, and the banknote 189 can be orderly stacked in the banknote collection space 119, and therefore, the phenomenon that the banknote 189 is wrinkled or even torn when the shutter 125 opens the opening 115 can be effectively reduced.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the top stopper 141 and the bottom stopper 139 may be disposed at two ends of the accommodating cavity 117, respectively, for example, the bottom stopper 139 may also be disposed at the top, and the top stopper 141 may be disposed at the bottom, so as to ensure that the two can effectively block the head and the tail of the banknote 189, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Fig. 5 is a partial schematic structural diagram of the banknote collection device 105 according to the first embodiment; fig. 6 is a partial schematic structural diagram of the banknote collecting device 105 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in the present embodiment, the top stopper 141 is disposed inside the gate 125 to be movably disposed on the top of the accommodating chamber 117 through the gate 125. That is, a driving structure for driving the top stopper 141 to move is not required to be arranged in the accommodating cavity 117, and the top stopper 141 is directly driven to move through the movement of the gate 125, so that the arrangement of the driving structure is reduced, the space of the accommodating cavity 117 is prevented from being occupied, and the normal operation of each processing operation of the banknote collecting device 105 is ensured. Meanwhile, since the top stopper 141 is disposed inside the gate 125, when the gate 125 closes the opening 115, the gate 125 can drive the top stopper 141 to extend into the accommodating cavity 117, so as to be disposed side by side with the bottom stopper 139 along the second direction when performing the banknote collection operation, and when the gate 125 opens the opening 115, the gate 125 can drive the top stopper 141 to exit from the accommodating cavity 117, so as to prevent the top stopper 141 from interfering with the banknote 189 when the banknote collection operation is not required, for example, it can be avoided that the user takes the banknote 189 from the opening 115 when performing the banknote collection operation, thereby ensuring the reliability of each processing operation of the banknote collection device 105.
In detail, fig. 7 is a schematic partial structural diagram of the banknote collection device 105 according to the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 2 to 7, in the present embodiment, the gate 125 is slidably connected to the frame 113 along a first direction, that is, the gate 125 is pushed in a direction close to a first side of the bill supporting plate 123 to open the opening 115, and the gate 125 is pushed in a direction close to a second side of the bill supporting plate 123 to close the opening 115. The structure of sliding connection can select for the cooperation of moving the slide rail and deciding the slide rail, also can select for gyro wheel and orbital cooperation, through sliding connection's setting, can reduce the motion space of collection paper money device 105's gate 125, and can avoid gate 125 to take place to interfere with bill 189 or first guide board 133 when removing, does benefit to and makes collection paper money device 105's overall arrangement more reasonable.
Meanwhile, the top stopper 141 specifically includes a first elastic piece 159, and when the gate 125 closes the opening 115, the first elastic piece 159 and the bottom stopper 139 located at the banknote collection position are arranged in the second direction, so that the head of the banknote 189 can be stopped by the first elastic piece 159, and the tail of the banknote 189 can be stopped by the bottom stopper 139, thereby ensuring that the banknotes 189 are neatly stacked in the banknote collection space 119. Also, through the arrangement of the first resilient piece 159, when the shutter 125 moves in the first direction near the first side of the bill receiving plate 123 to open the opening 115, the first resilient piece 159 can be deformed to exit the receiving cavity 117, thereby reducing the influence on the bill 189 when the shutter 125 opens the opening 115. Meanwhile, through the arrangement of the first elastic sheet 159, on one hand, the structure of the top stopper 141 can be simplified, the banknote 189 can be stably stopped, and the manufacturing cost can be saved, and on the other hand, because the first elastic sheet 159 can deform in the sliding process of the gate 125, the top stopper 141 can adapt to the movement process of the gate 125, and does not need to be withdrawn from the accommodating cavity 117 by external force, so that the whole structure can be simpler and more compact, and the cost is lower.
In more detail, referring to fig. 7 again, in the present embodiment, the top stopper 141 further includes a swing link 153, a first end of the swing link 153 is directly or indirectly pivoted to the gate 125 and can rotate relative to the gate 125, and a second end of the swing link 153 is connected to the first resilient tab 159. Due to the fact that the swing rod 153 is directly or indirectly pivoted with the gate 125, when the banknote collection operation is carried out and the gate 125 closes the opening 115, the swing rod 153, the first elastic piece 159 and the bottom stopper 139 are sequentially arranged along the second direction, and therefore banknotes 189 input into the banknote collection space 119 from the banknote collection port can move and stack in the direction close to the bottom stopper 139 and the top stopper 141 under the guiding effect of the first guide plate 133, the heads of the banknotes 189 are blocked by the top stopper 141, the tails of the banknotes 189 are blocked by the bottom stopper 139, and the banknotes can be orderly stacked in the banknote collection space 119. Meanwhile, through the arrangement, when the gate 125 opens the opening 115, the swing link 153 can rotate relative to the gate 125 and can drive the first elastic sheet 159 to exit the accommodating cavity 117, so that the bills 189 or the first guide plate 133 in the accommodating cavity 117 are avoided, and the orderly operation of the various operations of the bill collecting device 105 is ensured.
Meanwhile, through the arrangement, when the banknote collection operation is carried out, the banknote blocking strength of the top blocking piece 141 can be improved under the action of the gravity of the swing rod 153. When the shutter 125 moves, the swing link 153 can deviate from the original position, so that the first elastic sheet 159 can be driven to move to deform, and the accommodating cavity 117 can be withdrawn to avoid the bill 189 or the first guide plate 133, thereby being beneficial to improving the reliability of the top stopper 141.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the shutter 125 is opened, the acting force of the swing link 153 deviating from the initial position is specifically an external force, and the external force may be a blocking force of the first guide plate 133 or a guide portion provided on the rack 113 to the swing link 153, so that the swing link 153 rotates relative to the shutter 125 under the action of the external force, and the first elastic sheet 159 can be driven to move in a direction away from the banknote supporting plate 123, so that the abutting member 141 can cross the first guide plate 133 and move to the outside of the accommodating cavity 117 to exit the accommodating cavity 117, thereby avoiding the banknote and the first guide plate 133.
