After the welding gun 22 finishes welding the welding seam of the surface of the workpiece in the horizontal position, the swing air cylinder 51 drives the push block 52 to move, the swing arm 53 moves along with the push block 52, the rotating shaft 55 drives the clamping mechanism 6 to rotate around the shaft seat 54, the surface of the workpiece in the vertical direction is rotated to the horizontal position, the welding seam originally arranged along the Z-axis direction on the workpiece is changed into the welding seam arranged along the Y-axis direction, the welding seam originally arranged along the Y-axis direction is changed into the welding seam arranged along the Z-axis direction, the double-shaft robot lowers the welding gun 22 to the starting point of the welding seam arranged along the Y-axis direction again, and then the moving mechanism 4 drives the workpiece to move along the Y-axis direction, so that the welding gun 22 welds the welding seam of the workpiece changed into the welding seam arranged along the Y-axis direction.
In this embodiment, the swing arm 53 is rotatably connected to the pushing block 52 through a rotating shaft, and when the swing cylinder 51 drives the pushing block 52 to move, the connecting end of the swing arm 53 and the pushing block 52 is flexibly connected, so that the swing arm 53 can be prevented from being inferred when the pushing block 52 pushes the swing arm 53.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the first supporting plate 61 is connected to the rotating shaft 55, and when the swing cylinder 51 drives the pushing block 52 to move, the swing arm 53 moves along with the pushing block 52, so that the rotating shaft 55 drives the first supporting plate 61 to rotate around the shaft seat 54, and the first supporting plate 61 is turned by 90 degrees, so that the second supporting plate 62 is in a horizontal state.

In order to enable the welding machine of the embodiment to automatically complete welding, the welding machine is further provided with a control system, the size of the workpiece and the length of a welding seam of the workpiece in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction are input into the control system, and the control system is electrically connected with the wire feeder 21, the welding gun 22, the gun aligning assembly 23, the translation assembly 25, the lifting assembly 26, the movable door curtain driving piece 33, the feeding assembly 41, the moving assembly 42, the swing air cylinder 51 and the clamping air cylinder 63 and is used for controlling the start and stop of the wire feeder 21, the welding gun 22, the gun aligning assembly 23, the translation assembly 25, the lifting assembly 26, the movable door curtain driving piece 33, the moving mechanism 4, the swing air cylinder 51 and the clamping air cylinder 63 so that the mechanisms can be matched with each other and accurately complete welding operation in the welding process.

the swinging mechanism (5) is arranged on the moving mechanism (4) and is used for driving the workpiece to be welded to swing by 90 degrees so as to enable the vertical surface of the workpiece to be welded to rotate to the horizontal position and be welded by a welding gun (22);
and the clamping mechanism (6) is connected with the swinging mechanism (5) and is used for clamping the workpiece to be welded.
