Abstract
单端供电全向LED灯丝,LED晶片在条形基板上呈两列排列,每列LED晶片头尾顺序一致,不同列LED晶片头尾顺序相反,LED晶片头尾之间由导线连接形成U形LED串;条形基板靠近U形LED串端头的一端设置有一对电极,每一端头LED通过银胶层形成的银胶导电区分别与一个电极连接;所述条形基板上布置有LED晶片的区域全部外露表面涂覆有荧光胶。本实用新型还公开了制备上述单端供电全向LED灯丝的方法。本实用新型相对现有技术,取得了更好的发光效果及更佳的机械连接牢固度。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯具,特别是涉及一种单端供电全向LED灯丝。
背景技术
随着LED照明光源的普及,市场对LED照明光源的效率要求越来越高。本实用新型根据LED的成光特性,改变传统工艺对LED晶片所发出的蓝光的利用方式,最大限度的提高蓝光的利用率,以达到更高的光效输出。
发光二极管与普通二极管一样由一个PN结组成,具有单向导电性。当给发光二极管加上正向电压后,从P区注入到N区的空穴和由N区注入到P区的电子,在PN结附近数微米内分别与N区的电子和P区的空穴复合,产生自发辐射的荧光。不同的半导体材料中电子和空穴所处的能量状态不同。当电子和空穴复合时释放出的能量多少不同,释放出的能量越多,则发出的光的波长越短,波长不同,则光的颜色显示不同。
现有的利用LED晶片发光的LED灯具多采用碗型支架承载晶片,对LED发光反射不充分,近年来,随着新材料的涌现和半导体制造工艺的进步,出现了能全向发光的LED灯丝,能在360度范围内发光,但多采用单向排列,电极位置不利于与通用电极连接,且LED晶片之间或LED晶片与电极的连接采用金线方式连接,机械性能脆弱。
实用新型内容
为克服现有利用LED晶片发光的灯具反射不充分,电极连接不便,LED晶片连接脆弱的技术缺陷,本实用新型公开了一种单端供电全向LED灯丝。
本实用新型所述单端供电全向LED灯丝,包括透明绝缘的条形基板及排布于条形基板上的多颗LED晶片,
所述LED晶片在条形基板上呈两列排列,每列LED晶片头尾顺序一致,不同列LED晶片头尾顺序相反,LED晶片头尾之间由导线连接形成U形LED串;
所述条形基板靠近U形LED串端头的一端设置有一对电极,每一端头LED通过银胶层形成的银胶导电区分别与一个电极连接;所述条形基板上布置有LED晶片的区域全部外露表面涂覆有荧光胶。
优选的,所述条形基板为高硼硅玻璃。
具体的,连接LED晶片之间的导线为金线、纯银线、纯铜线、合金线和镀钯线中的至少一种。
具体的,所述电极为铜或铜合金,且表面镀银。
具体的,所述荧光胶为铝钇石榴石色荧光粉或氮化物荧光粉。
具体的,所述LED晶片为GaN基蓝光晶片。
采用本实用新型所述的单端供电全向LED灯丝,与现有技术相比较具有以下优点:
1、取消传统的碗杯型支架,采用透明的条形基板作为晶片的载体,LED晶片点亮后发光就可以以360°全方位角辐射到周围空间之中。避免了传统碗杯型支架对蓝光的反射不充分,导致发光的利用效率低。
2、采用单端供电的方式可以将成品灯条直接插入电源端的两个电极的电极孔中,无需再做繁琐的焊接动作。同时条形基板上靠近电极端的LED晶片采用银胶覆盖的方式直接与电极导通形成回路,避免了采用传统焊线方式连接最后一颗晶片和支架而导致导线和支架连接处的脆弱问题。
3、荧光胶的涂覆工艺改良。取消采用模具成型的方式涂覆荧光胶,改换成利用凹型点胶针头将配制好的荧光胶在玻璃基板的正反面及两则,形成全包裹,发光效果更好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型选用条形基板作为承载LED晶片的灯丝主体,条形基板通常为矩形,也可以在矩形边角作倒角处理,矩形的长宽与通常的灯丝尺寸近似,例如宽10毫米、长150毫米,条形基板必须选择透明绝缘材料,保证360度全向发光,为保证透光效果,条形基板应选择透光率高的材料,例如高硼硅玻璃,高硼硅玻璃(又名硬质玻璃),线热膨胀系数为(3.3士0.1)×10-6/K,透光度甚至高于超白玻璃,可以达到90%以上,是一种低膨胀率、耐高温、高强度、高硬度、高透光率和高化学稳定性的特殊玻璃材料,同时高硼硅玻璃具有良好的绝缘性能,当LED通电发光导致玻璃温度升高时,仍然是优良的绝缘体。
将LED晶片4以头尾顺序一致的方式排列成两列,粘接在透明绝缘的条形基板上,如图1所示,两列GaN基蓝光LED晶片的正负极走向相反,方向大致平行,条形基板的一端固定有两个电极,电极可以选择导电性能好,与玻璃容易粘附的铜或铜合金材料制成,可以在电极表面镀银,提高电极抗腐蚀性能和表面导电性能。电极与条形基板的固定粘附可以采用现有技术,例如胶粘,电极至少一端紧贴所述条形基板表面,另一端可以伸出条形基板,也可位于条形基板表面范围内,取决于与LED灯丝配合使用的灯具灯座形式。
如图1,将两列LED晶片首尾连接,形成U形LED串,连接导线选择半导体用键合金线,包括纯金线、纯银线、纯铜线及合金线和镀钯线,连接时可以使用超声波金线球焊机。
上述方式取消传统的碗杯型支架,采用透明的条形基板作为晶片的载体,LED晶片点亮后发光就可以以360°全方位角辐射到周围空间之中。避免了传统碗杯型支架对蓝光的反射不充分,导致发光的利用效率低
在U形LED串的两个端头,需要将端头LED与两个电极2进行电连接,本实用新型中,端头LED与电极的连接方式不再使用常规的金线连接,而是利用银胶覆盖方式,银胶又称导电银胶,一种固化或干燥后具有一定导电性能的胶黏剂,通常以基体树脂和导电填料即导电粒子为主要组成成分, 通过基体树脂的粘接作用把导电粒子结合在一起, 形成导电通路, 实现被粘材料的导电连接.导电银胶的固化温度范围很宽,可以从室温至200摄氏度以上。
在U形LED串的两个端头LED晶片和两个电极之间喷覆银胶形成银胶导电区3,使每一端头LED晶片分别与一个电极2形成电连接;银胶导电区3覆盖电极端部和端头LED,银胶导电区宽度应远大于电极宽度,确保良好的导电能力,可以选择TeamChem Company公司的A7/HA7系列耐高温银胶产品。U形基板上靠近电极端的最后一颗晶片采用银胶覆盖的方式直接与电极导通形成回路,克服了采用传统焊线方式连接最后一颗晶片和电极支架而导致连接处的脆弱问题。
将LED晶片与电极连接完毕后,配置荧光胶,荧光胶是以荧光粉为主要配料,加入一定比例的胶合剂形成具有一定粘性的荧光剂。将荧光胶涂覆在如图2所示的虚线框区域内,虚线框区域应覆盖全部LED晶片并适当扩展,确保在每颗LED的全向360发光范围内,均被荧光胶覆盖,取得均匀的发光效果,荧光胶可以选择铝钇石榴石色荧光粉或氮化物荧光粉,优选采用凹形点胶针头涂覆,点胶针头涂覆让荧光胶呈圆弧状包裹晶片,荧光胶表面到LED晶片的距离容易保持一致,使晶片激发荧光胶后颜色保持均一。 涂覆后,将条形基板整体送入烤箱烘烤,待荧光胶固化后取出。
综合以上,本实用新型所述单端供电全向LED灯丝制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1.将LED晶片以头尾顺序一致的方式排列成两列,粘接在透明绝缘的条形基板上,两列LED 晶片的正负极走向相反,所述条形基板的一端固定有两个电极,所述电极至少一端紧贴所述条形基板表面;
S2.使用导线将两列LED晶片头尾顺次连接,形成U形LED串,在U形LED串的两个端头LED晶片和两个电极之间喷覆银胶形成银胶导电区,使每一端头LED晶片分别与一个电极形成电连接;
S3.配置荧光胶,将荧光胶涂覆条形基板上布置有LED晶片的区域全部外露表面,将涂覆好的条形基板送入烤箱烘烤固化。
本实用新型还公开了一种利用上述方法制得的单端供电全向LED灯丝,包括透明绝缘的条形基板及排布于条形基板上的多颗LED晶片,所述LED晶片在条形基板上呈两列排列,每列LED晶片头尾顺序一致,不同列LED晶片头尾顺序相反,LED晶片头尾之间由导线连接形成U形LED串;
所述条形基板靠近U形LED串端头的一端设置有一对电极,每一端头LED通过银胶层形成的银胶导电区分别与一个电极连接;所述条形基板上布置有LED晶片的区域全部外露表面涂覆有荧光胶。
采用本实用新型所述的单端供电全向LED灯丝及其制备方法,与现有技术相比较具有以下优点:
1、取消传统的碗杯型支架,采用透明的条形基板作为晶片的载体,LED晶片点亮后发光就可以以360°全方位角辐射到周围空间之中。避免了传统碗杯型支架对蓝光的反射不充分,导致发光的利用效率低。

Claims (6)
1.单端供电全向LED灯丝,包括透明绝缘的条形基板及排布于条形基板上的多颗LED晶片,
其特征在于,所述LED晶片在条形基板上呈两列排列,每列LED晶片头尾顺序一致,不同列LED晶片头尾顺序相反,LED晶片头尾之间由导线连接形成U形LED串;
所述条形基板靠近U形LED串端头的一端设置有一对电极,每一端头LED通过银胶层形成的银胶导电区分别与一个电极连接;所述条形基板上布置有LED晶片的区域全部外露表面涂覆有荧光胶。
2. 如权利要求1所述的单端供电全向LED灯丝,其特征在于,所述条形基板为高硼硅玻璃。
3. 如权利要求1所述的单端供电全向LED灯丝,其特征在于,连接LED晶片之间的导线为金线、纯银线、纯铜线、合金线和镀钯线中的至少一种。
4. 如权利要求1所述的单端供电全向LED灯丝,其特征在于,所述电极为铜或铜合金,且表面镀银。
5. 如权利要求1所述的单端供电全向LED灯丝,其特征在于,所述荧光胶为铝钇石榴石色荧光粉或氮化物荧光粉。
6. 如权利要求1所述的单端供电全向LED灯丝,其特征在于,所述LED晶片为GaN基蓝光晶片。
