本实用新型的目的在于提供一种压制膨胀节时安装在两个波峰之间的中间模，该中间模适用于小尺寸膨胀节的压制，采用的技术方案是：一种膨胀节加工用插销式中间模，包括半模Ⅰ和半模Ⅱ，所述半模Ⅰ和半模Ⅱ通过固定销连接在一起，其特征在于：所述半模Ⅰ包括凸起，所述半模Ⅱ包括形状与所述凸起相对应的凹槽。
本实用新型的技术特征还有：所述中间模还包括定位销，在所述半模Ⅰ和半模Ⅱ上均开有用于安装所述定位销的定位半孔。
本实用新型的技术特征还有：所述凸起为两个，分别位于所述半模Ⅰ的上部和下部。

下面结合附图，对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行说明。本膨胀节加工用插销式中间模，包括半模Ⅰ1、半模Ⅱ2、定位销3和固定销4。半模Ⅰ1和半模Ⅱ2通过固定销4连接在一起。半模Ⅰ1包括凸起5，半模Ⅱ2包括形状与凸起5相对应的凹槽6。本实施例中半模Ⅰ1上凸起5为两个，分别位于半模Ⅰ1的上部和下部，对应的半模Ⅱ2中也开有两个凹槽6。在半模Ⅰ1和半模Ⅱ2上均开有管坯半孔8。
定位销3能保证两个半模安装时定位准确性，定位销3位于半模Ⅰ1和半模Ⅱ2上的两个定位半孔7中。
使用时，将待压制成型的管坯置于管坯半孔8，首先安装定位销3完成两个半模的定位，然后安装固定销4达到固定两个半模的目的。

2.按照权利要求1所述的膨胀节加工用插销式中间模，其特征在于：所述中间模还包括定位销，在所述半模Ⅰ和半模Ⅱ上均开有用于安装所述定位销的定位半孔。
3.按照权利要求2所述的膨胀节加工用插销式中间模，其特征在于：所述凸起为两个，分别位于所述半模Ⅰ的上部和下部。
4.按照权利要求2所述的膨胀节加工用插销式中间模，其特征在于：所述半模Ⅰ和半模Ⅱ上均开有管坯半孔。
