Abstract
本实用新型属于绿色制造领域,特别涉及到一种用于常用电子元器件分类分离的电子元器件自动分类分离系统。本实用新型专利需要解决的技术问题,是典型电子元器件因形状、大小、重量等物理参数均不同,且差异巨大,而无法进行工业化全自动分类,只能手工分拣的不足之处。为此,需要开发一种全新的分拣工艺与配套设备,实现对典型电子元器件进行自动,高效的分类分离工作。本实用新型专利的目的就是提供一种电子元器件自动分类分离系统,实现对典型电子元器件进行机械化分拣,为废旧电子元器件资源再利用的工业化打下基础。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于绿色制造领域,特别涉及到一种用于常用电子元器件分类分离的电子元器件自动分类分离系统。
背景技术
我国是全球生产、消费和出口家用电器数量最多的国家之一。随着家电产业的快速发展与家电产品的更新换代,大量的家电被废弃。废旧家电中一般含有塑料、有色金属、黑色金属、贵金属等多种不可再生资源,以废旧线路板为例,据研究,1吨随意搜集的印刷线路板中含有大约600磅塑料、286磅铜、1磅黄金、90磅铁、65磅铅、44磅锡、40磅镍、22磅锑。如果不能合理的回收利用,会造成资源的巨大浪费。而且,在材料回收基础上,可通过进一步研究附加值高的关键零部件的再制造技术,使得一部分经济价值较高的电子元件,直接作为维修备件使用,进一步提高其应用价值,减少对不可再生的自然资源的压力。因此从环境友好、节约资源和保护人体安全的角度考虑,对具有再利用价值的集成电路开展可重用性研究,开发电子元器件无损拆解和自动分类装备,提高废旧电子电器产品的再利用价值。
发明内容
本实用新型专利需要解决的技术问题,是典型电子元器件因形状、大小、重量等物理参数均不同,且差异巨大,而无法进行工业化全自动分类,只能手工分拣的不足之处。为此,需要开发一种全新的分拣工艺与配套设备,实现对典型电子元器件进行自动,高效的分类分离工作。本实用新型专利的目的就是提供一种电子元器件自动分类分离系统,实现对典型电子元器件进行机械化分拣,为废旧电子元器件资源再利用的工业化打下基础。本实用新型所采用技术方案如下:用于常用电子元器件分类分离的电子元器件自动分类分离系统,包括上料装置、识别系统、输送装置、分类分离装置、回收装置等部件,其特征在于,所述上料装置采用特定频率的工业振盘,与输送装置相配合,对待识别分类的电子元器件进行排序,依次进入输送装置;所述识别系统采用工业级摄像头与无影光源,安装在暗室内,录制电子元器件视频图像,所得视频图像传输至工控机,通过编写的图像识别软件进行分析,得出电子元器件的种类;所述输送装置采用金属圆环轨道,围绕中心轴旋转,使分选的电子元器件依次通过上料装置、识别系统、分类分离装置;所述分类分离装置,作为动作执行部分,采用高压气体喷扫的形式,受工控机控制,将电子元器件出入回收装置中,完成电子元器件的分类分离。
待分选的电子元器件首先放入上料装置中,上料装置将其依次震落至输送装置上,输送装置旋转,使电子元器件进入暗室内,暗室内的工业级摄像头对其进行视频采集,并上传至工控机内,通过编写的识别算法及软件,对待分选的电子元器件进行外观识别,并得出其种类,根据情况延迟输出控制信号至分类分离装置,分类分离装置最终完成电子元器件的分选动作。由上述过程完成了电子元器件的自动化分拣过程,速度可达到3个电子元器件每秒,大大提高的分拣速度,为废旧电子元器件资源再利用的工业化提供的基础。
本实用新型的有益效果是,通过电子元器件自动分类分离系统,实现了对电子元器件进行高效的自动化分拣,且通过软件的再学习功能,具有很强的扩展性,非常适宜资源回收企业的工业化生产。

如图1,表示电子元器件自动分类分离系统总装图结构剖面图。图中,1为主体结构,为电子元器件自动分类分离系统的骨架;2为输送装置,为金属圆盘结构,围绕中心轴做圆周旋转运动;3为暗室,其中安装工业级摄像头及无影光源;4为空气喷嘴,为分类分离装置的动作执行单元;5为回收装置,分拣完成的电子元器件被分类分离装置4吹下输送装置2,由滑道掉落至下面的分选盒中。

具体实施方式
待分选的电子元器件首先放入上料装置中,上料装置将其依次震落至输送装置上,输送装置旋转运动,使电子元器件进入暗室内,暗室内的工业级摄像头对其进行视频采集,并上传至工控机内,通过编写的识别算法及软件,对待分选的电子元器件进行外观识别,并得出其种类,根据情况延迟输出控制信号至分类分离装置,分类分离装置最终完成电子元器件的分选动作。
Claims (5)
1.用于常用电子元器件分类分离的电子元器件自动分类分离系统,包括上料装置、识别系统、输送装置、分类分离装置、回收装置等部件,其特征在于,所述上料装置采用特定频率的工业振盘,与输送装置相配合,待识别分类的电子元器件进行排序,进入输送装置;所述识别系统采用工业级摄像头与无影光源,录制电子元器件视频图像,所得视频图像通过编写的软件进行分析;所述输送装置采用金属圆环轨道,围绕中心轴旋转转动设计;所述分类分离装置,作为动作执行部分,采用气体喷扫的形式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于常用电子元器件分类分离的电子元器件自动分类分离系统,其特征在于,所述输送装置采用金属圆盘轨道结构,在其上架设暗室。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于常用电子元器件分类分离的电子元器件自动分类分离系统,其特征在于,所述识别系统采用安装在暗室内的工业级摄像头及无影光源,对待分选的电子元器件进行拍照。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于常用电子元器件分类分离的电子元器件自动分类分离系统,其特征在于,所述识别系统采用外观图像识别的形式对电子元器件进行识别分类。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于常用电子元器件分类分离的电子元器件自动分类分离系统,其特征在于,所述分类分离装置采用高压气体喷扫的方式完成分离动作的实现。
