背景技术
传统的轮胎是由胎面、胎肩、胎侧、带束层、胎体、胎圈和内衬层组成，其具有高速、舒适的性能，但是此种的轮胎安装于大型货车或大型客车上时，由于大型货车或大型客车承载量，相对的轮胎受到的压力就大，在行驶过程中冲击力就大，出现瘪胎的现象，且当在凹凸的地面行驶使，其胎面会破裂，会导致爆胎，影响车辆的安全行驶。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全加固轮胎，解决现有的轮胎承压能力差，且易爆胎的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种安全加固轮胎，包括胎面、胎肩、胎侧、带束层、胎体、胎圈和内衬层，胎面通过带束层与胎体连接，胎肩连接于胎面和胎侧之间，内衬层连接于胎体内壁上，所述的胎面和带束层之间设置有防护层，所述的胎体与内衬层之间设置有加固层。
所述的防护层选用高分子加固防护层。
所述的加固层选用聚酰胺纤维加固层。
本实用新型的优点：
（1）、本实用新型在胎面和带束层之间设置防护层，防护层在胎面破裂时，保护胎体结构，不会突然爆胎现象，从而保证车辆的安全行驶；
（2）、本实用新型在胎体与内衬层之间设置加固层，加固层对轮胎的整体结构进行加固，增强了轮胎的抗压能力，不会因抗压能力差造成轮胎瘪胎而使汽车不能行驶。
本实用新型的结构简单，增加防护层和加固层两层轮胎结构，提高了轮胎的抗压和抗磨损性能，从而保证了车辆的安全行驶。

一种安全加固轮胎，包括胎面1、胎肩2、胎侧3、带束层4、胎体5、胎圈6、内衬层7、高分子加固防护层8和聚酰胺纤维加固层9，胎面1通过带束层4与胎体5连接，胎肩2连接于胎面1和胎侧3之间，内衬层7连接于胎体5内壁上，高分子加固防护层8设置于胎面1和带束层4之间，聚酰胺纤维加固层9设置于胎体5与内衬层7之间。

1.一种安全加固轮胎，包括胎面、胎肩、胎侧、带束层、胎体、胎圈和内衬层，胎面通过带束层与胎体连接，胎肩连接于胎面和胎侧之间，内衬层连接于胎体内壁上，其特征在于：所述的胎面和带束层之间设置有防护层，所述的胎体与内衬层之间设置有加固层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全加固轮胎，其特征在于：所述的防护层选用高分子加固防护层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全加固轮胎，其特征在于：所述的加固层选用聚酰胺纤维加固层。
