本实用新型涉及轴承领域,尤其是一种陶瓷轴承。
背景技术
目前轴承有粉末冶金的滑动轴承和轴承钢制滚动轴承:滑动轴承有结构简单,价格低的优点,但性能也差;滚动轴承有性能优但结构复杂的特点。
近年来,为了提高滚动轴承的耐摩性,采用了陶瓷材料的球或套圈。虽然提升了性能,但由于制造成本也大幅提升了,经济性下降了。
发明内容
为了克服已有陶瓷轴承的减摩擦性较差、耐热性较差、成本高的不足,本实用新型提供一种减摩擦性较好、耐热性较好、降低成本的陶瓷轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种陶瓷轴承,包括外圈和内圈,所述内圈嵌套在外圈内,所述外圈的内孔呈反球面,所述内圈的外侧面为锥面,所述锥面的倾角为5~10°,所述外圈的内孔中心线与所述内圈的外侧的中性线接触。
进一步,所述锥面的倾角为6~8°。
本实用新型的技术构思为:通过改变外圈内孔的形状(反球面)及内圈外径的形状(锥面)来达到既减少摩擦又便于加工和能承受轴向力。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:减摩擦性较好、耐热性较好、降低成本。

参照图1~图3,一种陶瓷轴承,包括外圈1和内圈2,所述内圈2嵌套在外圈1内,所述外圈1的内孔呈反球面,所述内圈2的外侧面为锥面,所述锥面的倾角为5~10°,所述外圈1的内孔中心线与所述内圈2的外侧的中性线接触。
进一步,所述锥面的倾角为6~8°。
本实施例中,通过改变外圈内孔的形状(反球面)及内圈外径的形状(锥面)来达到既减少摩擦又便于加工和能承受轴向力。
本实施例优选采用纳米陶瓷材料。

2.如权利要求1所述的陶瓷轴承,其特征在于:所述锥面的倾角为6~8°。
