本实用新型公开了一种开口桶磷化装置，提供一种采用机械操作进行磷化处理，生产效率高，磷化液能够循环使用的开口桶磷化装置。贮液箱内上部安装有桶支架，桶支架上可转动安装有空心托桶轴，空心托桶轴上端与托桶盘密封连接，托桶盘上有磷化液出口，循环泵的进液口与穿过贮液箱的出液管连接，循环泵的出液口通过穿过空心托桶轴的进液管与喷头连接，空心托桶轴通过传动机构与旋转电机连接。本实用新型的开口桶磷化装置通过喷头将磷化液喷入开口桶的内壁，更加均匀，生产效率高，避免了磷化液对人体的伤害。而且，从桶口流出的磷化液能够回收，循环使用，节约了磷化液的使用成本，既降低了生产成本，又有利于环保。

本实用新型涉及一种开口桶磷化装置。
背景技术
在钢桶的翻新过程中，为了提高钢桶的防锈功能需要对钢桶内壁喷磷化液进行磷化处理。目前，对于开口桶的磷化处理大多采用人工方式从多角度喷磷化液，生产效率低，磷化液浪费大，而且，磷化液容易对人体产生伤害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷，而提供一种采用机械操作进行磷化处理，生产效率高，磷化液能够循环使用的开口桶磷化装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种开口桶磷化装置，其特征在于，包括贮液箱、桶支架、空心托桶轴、托桶盘、喷嘴、循环泵，所述贮液箱内上部安装有所述桶支架，所述桶支架上可转动安装有所述空心托桶轴，所述空心托桶轴上端与所述托桶盘密封连接，所述托桶盘上设置有磷化液出口，所述循环泵的进液口与穿过所述贮液箱的出液管连接，所述循环泵的出液口通过穿过所述空心托桶轴的进液管与所述喷头连接，所述空心托桶轴通过传动机构与旋转电机连接。
所述传动机构为皮带传动机构。
所述喷嘴为螺旋喷嘴。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型的开口桶磷化装置通过喷头将磷化液喷入开口桶的内壁，更加均匀，生产效率高，避免了磷化液对人体的伤害。而且，从桶口流出的磷化液能够回收，循环使用，节约了磷化液的使用成本，既降低了生产成本，又有利于环保。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
本实用新型开口桶磷化装置的示意图如图1所示，包括贮液箱7、桶支架9、空心托桶轴4、托桶盘6、喷嘴1、循环泵8，所述喷嘴为螺旋喷嘴。所述贮液箱7内上部安装有所述桶支架9，所述桶支架9上可转动安装有所述空心托桶轴4，所述空心托桶轴4上端与所述托桶盘6之间通过压力轴承2密封连接，所述托桶盘6上设置有磷化液出口，所述循环泵8的进液口与穿过所述贮液箱的出液管连接，所述循环泵的出液口通过穿过所述空心托桶轴的进液管5与所述喷头1连接，所述空心托桶轴4通过传动机构与旋转电机3连接。所述传动机构可以链传动机构、皮带传动机构等。本实施例中选用皮带传动机构。
使用时，将工件（开口桶）防止在托桶盘上，旋转电机通过传动机构带动托桶盘旋转，从而带动工件旋转。磷化液通过循环泵、进液管、喷头喷出，对工件内壁喷磷化液，进行磷化处理。沿桶壁流下的磷化液通过托桶盘上的出液口流到箱体内，循环使用。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式，应当指出的是，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种开口桶磷化装置，其特征在于，包括贮液箱、桶支架、空心托桶轴、托桶盘、喷嘴、循环泵，所述贮液箱内上部安装有所述桶支架，所述桶支架上可转动安装有所述空心托桶轴，所述空心托桶轴上端与所述托桶盘密封连接，所述托桶盘上设置有磷化液出口，所述循环泵的进液口与穿过所述贮液箱的出液管连接，所述循环泵的出液口通过穿过所述空心托桶轴的进液管与所述喷头连接，所述空心托桶轴通过传动机构与旋转电机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开口桶磷化装置，其特征在于，所述传动机构为皮带传动机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的开口桶磷化装置，其特征在于，所述喷嘴为螺旋喷嘴。
