Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种防水LED灯具，包括：灯壳、固定于灯壳上的LED灯板、以及罩扣LED灯板的面罩，在灯壳与面罩的安装结合处设有凹槽，在凹槽内填充有防水密封胶；凹槽最好设置在灯壳上；在灯壳上还设有挡胶槽，该挡胶槽位于面罩内LED灯板的外侧。本实用新型的防水LED灯具具有良好的防水防潮性能，可满足冷库照明、植物生长照射等高湿度环境甚至水下照明的需要。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯具技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种防水LED灯具。
背景技术
LED灯具与普通灯具相比，具有色彩绚丽、适用性好、节能、环保、寿命长等优点，逐渐取代普通灯具在各领域得到广泛应用。由于一般的LED灯具不具备防水、防潮功能，因此，难以满足冷库照明、植物生长照射等高湿度环境甚至水下照明的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种防水LED灯具，以满足高湿度环境防水防潮的需要。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：防水LED灯具，包括：灯壳、固定于所述灯壳上的LED灯板、以及罩扣所述LED灯板的面罩，所述灯壳与所述面罩的安装结合处设有凹槽，所述凹槽内填充有防水密封胶。
作为优选，所述灯壳上还设有挡胶槽，所述挡胶槽位于所述面罩内LED灯板的外侧。
作为优选，所述凹槽设置在所述灯壳上。
作为另一种优选，所述凹槽设置在所述面罩上。
作为优选，所述防水密封胶为硅密封胶。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型的防水LED灯具在灯壳与面罩的安装结合处设有凹槽，该凹槽内填充有防水密封胶；防水密封胶的设置使LED灯具具有良好的防水防潮性能，可满足冷库照明、植物生长照射等高湿度环境甚至水下照明的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步非限制性说明。
如附图所示，为本实用新型的防水LED灯具的一实施例，包括：灯壳1，灯壳1为散热铝挤型材，在灯壳1的一面固定有LED灯板3，灯壳1的另一面设有向外凸出的LED灯板安装基座14，便于通过螺栓将LED灯板3牢固地固定在灯壳1上，灯壳1的两侧分别设有向外延伸的边沿15，边沿15上设有安装孔或者插槽，便于整个LED灯具的安装；LED灯板3上设有若干LED灯珠31，LED灯板3上罩扣有面罩2，面罩2通过其安装部21与灯壳1插接安装，在灯壳1与面罩2的安装部21的安装结合处设有凹槽，在该凹槽内填充有防水密封胶11，本实施例中的防水密封胶11为硅密封胶。
本实施例中，凹槽设置在灯壳1上，灯壳1每侧为双凹槽、双防水密封胶，可以进一步加强LED灯具的防水防潮效果。当然，本实施例中的凹槽不局限于设置在灯壳1上，在面罩2的安装部21厚度适当的情况下，也可以将凹槽设置在安装部21上。
本实施例中，在灯壳1上还设有挡胶板12，该挡胶板12位于面罩2内LED灯板3的外侧，该挡胶板12与灯壳1的内侧面之间形成挡胶槽121。组装时，先将LED灯板3固定在灯壳1上，再将面罩2与灯壳1插接，之后向凹槽内灌注硅密封胶，挡胶板12可以将多余的硅密封胶阻挡在挡胶槽121内，防止溢出的密封胶污染LED灯板3。
本实施例的防水LED灯具为长形LED灯管，灯管两端的端盖采用压铸铝材，在端盖与灯管的端部之间加设硅胶密封垫，LED灯具的进线端采用防水接头(图中未具体示意)，可以进一步提高整个LED灯具的密封、防水、防潮效果。
当然，本实施例的防水LED灯具不局限于长形LED灯管，还可以是圆形LED灯、方形LED灯或者其他合适形状的LED灯具。
以上所述仅是本实用新型较佳实施方式的举例，其中未详细述及的部分均为本领域普通技术人员的公知常识。本实用新型的保护范围以权利要求的内容为准，任何基于本实用新型的技术启示而进行的等效变换，也在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.防水LED灯具，包括：灯壳、固定于所述灯壳上的LED灯板、以及罩扣所述LED灯板的面罩，其特征在于，所述灯壳与所述面罩的安装结合处设有凹槽，所述凹槽内填充有防水密封胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水LED灯具，其特征在于：所述灯壳上还设有挡胶槽，所述挡胶槽位于所述面罩内LED灯板的外侧。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防水LED灯具，其特征在于：所述凹槽设置在所述灯壳上。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的防水LED灯具，其特征在于：所述凹槽设置在所述面罩上。
5.如权利要求1所述的防水LED灯具，其特征在于：所述防水密封胶为硅密封胶。
