本实用新型提供的是LED日光灯。灯管内安装有多个LED发光单元,每个发光单元分别通过连接导线与控制器相连接,每个LED发光单元上设有反光罩,LED发光体安装在反光罩的中心部位上,在反光灯罩的开口最大处安装有凹透镜。本实用新型采用LED发光原件作为发光光源,并通过反光罩和凹透镜的配合,解决了由LED作为发光原件的散射发光和节能的问题。适宜作为日用照明灯具使用。

技术领域
本实用新型提供的是照明领域的LED日光灯。 
 背景技术
目前广泛使用的日光灯在涂有荧光粉的灯管两端加有灯丝电极,通过极间放电,点亮管中充填的导电气体,产生一定波长的光线,用于照明。由于日光灯具有电致发光效应,为冷光源,因此电源的热能损失小,具有节能性能。随着现代科技的发展,半导体照明已经得到人们的重视,已经在照明领域进行应用。半导体照明的电转换效率高,电能浪费少,结构简单,体积小,便于设置与安装。但是由于半导体照明需要采用LED发光原件,该元件通过半导体的电流产生光转换,因此存在缺点是单位光的照度高,导致出现电阻热效应,因而温升高,且不容易散发。还有由于半导体发光体结构的紧密性和发光特性的特点导致光线直射,因而在照明灯具上使用时,没有晕光,所以光线不浑厚,照射面积集中,亮暗区交替明显。然而,为了实现节能,且使照明灯与现有的日光灯具有相同或相近似的光照特性,是需要研究解决的技术问题。 
 发明内容
为了利用LED发光原件制成与现有日光灯照明特性相同或相近似的日光灯,本实用新型提供了LED日光灯。该日光灯以LED发光原件作为发光体,通过在发光体上设置反光罩和凹透镜组成照明单元,多个照明单元安装在灯管内,并配以控制器,解决LED光线散射与分散的技术问题。 
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
灯管内安装有多个LED发光单元,每个发光单元分别通过连接导线与控制器相连接,每个LED发光单元上设有反光罩,LED发光体安装在反光罩的中心部位上,在反光灯罩的开口最大处安装有凹透镜。
积极效果,本实用新型采用LED发光原件作为发光光源,并通过反光罩和凹透镜的配合,解决了由LED作为发光原件的散射发光和节能的问题。适宜作为日用照明灯具使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,灯管1内安装有多个LED发光单元,每个发光单元分别通过连接导线5.1与控制器5相连接,每个LED发光单元上设有反光罩3,LED发光体2安装在反光罩的中心部位上,在反光罩的开口最大处安装有凹透镜4。 
所述凹透镜边缘几何形状与反光罩开口形状与尺寸相吻合。
所述反光罩开口形状为圆形或矩形。
所述凹透镜的两面向内凹陷,具有光散射特性。
所述LED发光单元在灯管内排列为一排或多排。
本实用新型的特点:
1、根据光线照度和使用环境的需要,LED发光单元能够在灯管内安装一排或多排,以适应照明的需要。
2、在LED发光体的前部安装的凹透镜能够将LED发光体发出的直射光线进行分散,形成散射光线,以克服LED照明光线直射而导致光照面积小的弊端。
3、由于LED发光体分散排列安装,而且安装在灯管的上部,从灯管一侧进入的气流能够实现对流散热,而灯管壁能够实现传导散热,因而能够解决LED发光体在适宜的温度下进行工作。

1. LED日光灯,其特征是:灯管(1)内安装有多个LED发光单元,每个发光单元分别通过连接导线(5.1)与控制器(5)相连接,每个LED发光单元上设有反光罩(3),LED发光体(2)安装在反光罩的中心部位上,在反光罩的开口最大处安装有凹透镜(4);
所述凹透镜边缘几何形状与反光罩开口形状与尺寸相吻合;
所述反光罩开口形状为圆形或矩形;
所述凹透镜的两面向内凹陷,具有光散射特性;
所述LED发光单元在灯管内排列为一排或多排。
