本实用新型属于传动部件领域，特别是涉及一种铜铁复合的蜗轮。
背景技术
    现有的蜗轮蜗杆传动部件中，蜗轮常采用铜材质，这种蜗轮具有较好的韧性，受力后不容易开裂，但是这种蜗轮的蜗轮芯穿有传动轴，受力较大且易磨损。如果采用铸铁材质加工制作蜗轮则蜗轮芯的强度增加但是蜗轮齿受力后容易开裂损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷提供一种既具备韧性的蜗轮齿又有高强度蜗轮芯的铜铁复合的蜗轮。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：
一种铜铁复合的蜗轮，包括蜗轮齿和蜗轮芯，其特征在于：所述蜗轮齿为铜蜗轮齿，所述蜗轮芯为铸铁蜗轮芯，所述蜗轮齿与蜗轮芯紧密嵌合在一起。
所述蜗轮齿与蜗轮芯通过燕尾槽相嵌合。
本实用新型具有具备韧性的蜗轮齿又有高强度蜗轮芯，解决了现有蜗轮韧性和强度无法同时兼备的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种铜铁复合的蜗轮，包括蜗轮齿1和蜗轮芯2，所述蜗轮齿1为铜蜗轮齿，所述蜗轮芯2为铸铁蜗轮芯，所述蜗轮齿1与蜗轮芯2紧密嵌合在一起。所述蜗轮齿与蜗轮芯通过燕尾槽相嵌合。
本实用新型制作时先浇铸铸铁蜗轮芯，然后再在铁芯外围浇铸铜，再将浇铸好的胚体进行蜗轮的加工，完成制作。

1.一种铜铁复合的蜗轮，包括蜗轮齿和蜗轮芯，其特征在于：所述蜗轮齿为铜蜗轮齿，所述蜗轮芯为铸铁蜗轮芯，所述蜗轮齿与蜗轮芯紧密嵌合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜铁复合的蜗轮，其特征在于：所述蜗轮齿与蜗轮芯通过燕尾槽相嵌合。
