技术领域：本实用新型涉及到泵，特别是涉及到一种带虹吸罐的卧式泵，它适用于输送浆液介质。
背景技术：在脱硫装置中设计了很多深度达到5~6米的集水坑，目前都是采用长轴液下泵进行输送，但该种液下泵液下深度较长，一旦泵出现故障，检修时起吊相当困难，既费时、费工，又影响生产。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种带虹吸罐的卧式泵，它能克服现有长轴液下泵所存在的以上问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种带虹吸罐的卧式泵，包括吸入管、排液管、排空阀所组成，其特征在于：泵的一端与虹吸罐相连，虹吸罐的上顶端设置有冲洗阀，虹吸罐的另一端的上方设置有吸入管，下方设置有排液管。本实用新型泵自吸高度能够达到6米。一旦浆液沉淀后，可以自冲洗和加水，能够达到在不使用底阀的情况下，将浆液从地坑中抽出来的效果。而且这种泵维修方便，减少了维修时间和成本。提高了生产率和经济效益。

一种带虹吸罐的卧式泵，包括吸入管1、排液管2、排空阀3所组成，其特征在于：泵6的一端与虹吸罐4相连，虹吸罐4的上顶端设置有冲洗阀5，虹吸罐4的另一端的上方设置有吸入管1，下方设置有排液管2。具体实施时，开机步骤：1.关闭排空阀 ；  2.打开冲洗阀注入浆液；   3.关闭冲洗阀 ；  4.启动泵。
冲洗步骤：1.打开排空阀 ；  2.打开冲洗阀冲洗虹吸罐内沉淀的浆液 ；  3.关闭冲洗阀和排空阀。

1.一种带虹吸罐的卧式泵，包括吸入管（1）、排液管（2）、排空阀（3）所组成，其特征在于：泵（6）的一端与虹吸罐（4）相连，虹吸罐（4）的上顶端设置有冲洗阀（5），虹吸罐（4）的另一端的上方设置有吸入管（1），下方设置有排液管（2）。
