本实用新型提供一种锂离子二次电池,包括正极、负极、设置于正极及负极之间的隔膜、电解液及壳体,正极、隔膜及负极层叠排布形成极芯,所述极芯收容于所述壳体中,所述负极设有负极集流体,所述负极集流体采用电解铁箔。所述负极集流体的厚度小于12微米。相本实用新型的锂离子二次电池的负极集流体采用电解铁箔制成,经测试采用电解铁箔为负极集流体并没有影响电池的性能,且由于电解铁箔具有原料易得、造价低廉等特点,可明显降低了锂离子二次电池的制造成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锂离子二次电池,尤其涉及一种制造成本低的锂离子二次电池。
背景技术
锂离子二次电池具有工作电压高、工作温度范围宽、使用寿命长、无记忆效应、无污染、比能量高、自放电小、循环寿命长等优点。经过近年来的快速发展,锂离子二次电池得到越来越广泛地运用。
锂离子二次电池通常包括极性相反的正极、负极及隔膜。而负极上通常会设有负极活性物质及负极集流体,负极集流体用于将负极活性物质产生的电流汇集起来以便形成较大的电流对外输出。目前负极集流体普遍是采用电解铜箔或是压延铜箔、泡沫镍等,但铜和镍的成本较高。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种锂离子二次电池。
一种锂离子二次电池,包括正极、负极、设置于正极及负极之间的隔膜、电解液及壳体,正极、隔膜及负极层叠排布形成极芯,所述极芯收容于所述壳体中,所述负极设有负极集流体,所述负极集流体采用电解铁箔。
本实用新型的进一步改进为,所述负极集流体的厚度小于12微米。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的锂离子二次电池的负极集流体采用电解铁箔制成,经测试采用电解铁箔为负极集流体并没有影响电池的性能,且由于电解铁箔具有来源广、价格低廉等特点,可明显降低了锂离子二次电池的制造成本。

下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本实用新型进一步说明。
请参阅图1,本实用新型提供了一种锂离子二次电池10,包括正极11、负极13、设置于正极11及负极13之间的隔膜15、电解液(图未示)及壳体(图未示)。正极11、隔膜15及负极13层叠排布形成极芯,极芯收容于壳体中。正极11包括正极集流体111及分布于正极集流体111的正极活性物质113,负极13包括负极集流体131及分布于负极集流体131的负极活性物质133,所述负极集流体131采用电解铁箔,所述负极集流体131的厚度小于12微米。
本实用新型的锂离子二次电池10的负极集流体131采用电解铁箔制成,经测试,采用电解铁箔为负极集流体131并没有影响电池的性能,且由于电解铁箔具有来源广、价格低廉等特点,可明显降低了锂离子二次电池10的制造成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述锂离子二次电池,其特征在于:所述负极集流体的厚度小于12微米。
