背景技术
目前，卧螺离心机上的差速器采用行星齿轮机构，其体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、传替功率大、承载能力高，使其得到了广泛应用。离心机由于工作参数不同，对应差速器的扭矩、速比、转速等指标也有不同的要求需要调整，但目前现有的差速器不能满足这些要求，导致离心机的工作性能得不到充分的发挥。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足，提供一种大扭矩、大速比、高转速差速器，该差速器可以合理配置螺旋输送器与转鼓之间的转速，实现了离心机的最佳排渣能力，提高离心机的工作效率。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种大扭矩、大速比、高转速差速器，它包括第一级太阳轮、第一行星轮、第一内齿圈、第一行星架、浮动齿套、第二内齿圈、第二行星轮、第二行星架、第二级太阳轮，第一级太阳轮设置在辅电机的轴上，第一内齿圈、第二内齿圈设置在主电机的轴上，第一行星轮分别与第一级太阳轮、第一内齿圈啮合，第二行星轮分别与第二级太阳轮、第二内齿圈啮合，第一行星轮通过第一行星架、浮动齿套与第二级太阳轮连接，第二行星轮通过第二行星架与螺旋连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：本实用新型结构简单，性能稳定、可靠，传动效率高，安全耐用，大扭矩、大速比、高转速差速器采用两级2K-H机构，可以根据实际需要，改变各级齿轮的配齿方案，使得差速器可以合理配置螺旋输送器与转鼓之间的转速，可以适合离心机的转鼓直径≥700mm，差转速为25-55r/min，长径比在4以内，输出扭矩可达75000N·M以上，传动比可达75-125，输入转速可达1500-2500，这样便实现了离心机的最佳排渣能力，提高了离心机的工作效率。

一种大扭矩、大速比、高转速差速器，它包括第一级太阳轮1、第一行星轮2、第一内齿圈3、第一行星架4、浮动齿套5、第二内齿圈6、第二行星轮7、第二行星架8、第二级太阳轮9，第一级太阳轮1设置在辅电机10的轴上，第一内齿圈3、第二内齿圈6设置在主电机11的轴上，第一行星轮2分别与第一级太阳轮1、第一内齿圈3啮合，第二行星轮7分别与第二级太阳轮9、第二内齿圈6啮合，第一行星轮2通过第一行星架4、浮动齿套5与第二级太阳轮9连接，第二行星轮7通过第二行星架8与螺旋连接，实现减速增矩的作用。通过设置差速器内各个齿轮参数，进而实现大转矩，大速比、高转速差速器，从而提升了螺旋的推渣能力。
