Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，结合于一具有勾臂的驱动刷臂，所述雨刷结合座包括结合座及定位座；结合座具有穿槽、弹性挡片及成型于弹性挡片一侧边的第一卡槽，第一卡槽扣合于雨刷固定座上，且结合座的顶面具有能容置勾臂的容置槽；定位座包含罩盖及自罩盖延伸的定位臂，勾臂伸入罩盖内，定位臂对应第一卡槽而设有第二卡槽，定位臂在穿槽中滑移并被挡掣于弹性挡片，第二卡槽对应第一卡槽而扣合于雨刷固定座上。本实用新型的驱动刷臂伸入定位座内，因定位座被结合座卡掣定位，故可防止驱动刷臂自雨刷结合座松落或脱出，据此使驱动刷臂稳固地结合于结合座上而不致松脱或分离，从而使雨刷具备有良好的刮水功能。

可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种雨刷，特别涉及一种装设于汽车玻璃面、可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座。
背景技术
一般汽车用的雨刷组设于汽车玻璃的外侧面，该雨刷连接一汽车驱动臂，通过该汽车驱动臂而施加作用力于雨刷，并带动雨刷在玻璃面上反复摆动。
目前市面上的雨刷主要包括一结合座、一固定座及一支撑架，支撑架的底面装有橡胶制的雨刷条，支撑架组接于固定座的底面，结合座则安装于固定座的顶部，据此将汽车的该驱动刷臂安装于该结合座上，以利用驱动刷臂带动雨刷来回摆动，使得支撑架上的雨刷条刮除挡风玻璃上所附着的雨水或污泥。
已知的雨刷结构，其驱动刷臂及结合座之间通常以嵌固或卡合等方式而结合，在使用一定时间后，两者之间经常容易产生松动，造成驱动刷臂无法确实压掣雨刷条，无法使雨刷条与挡风玻璃之间保持密实地接触，故不甚理想。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，以使驱动刷臂稳固地结合于结合座上而不致松脱或分离；此外，使驱动刷臂确实地压掣雨刷条，并使雨刷条与挡风玻璃之间保持密实地接触，使雨刷具备有良好的刮水功能。
为了达成上述目的，本实用新型提供一种可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，结合于一具有勾臂的驱动刷臂，所述雨刷结合座包括：
结合座，其具有穿槽、位于穿槽路径上的弹性挡片及成型于弹性挡片一侧边的第一卡槽，第一卡槽扣合于所述雨刷固定座上，且结合座的顶面具有能容置所述勾臂的容置槽；以及
定位座，其包含罩盖及自该罩盖延伸的定位臂，所述勾臂伸入罩盖内，定位臂对应第一卡槽而设有第二卡槽，定位臂在穿槽中滑移并被挡掣于弹性挡片，第二卡槽对应第一卡槽而扣合于所述雨刷固定座上。
作为优选方案，其中所述结合座包含第一框体、第二框体及成型于第一框体及第二框体顶面的结合板，结合板的一侧端成型有容置槽，且第一框体及第二框体呈直线排列。
作为优选方案，其中所述第一框体成型有穿槽，第二框体的外侧成型有能抵掣所述驱动刷臂的挡块，所述驱动刷臂具有突翼，且挡块呈楔形，突翼挡抵于挡块的一侧边。
作为优选方案，其中所述弹性挡片成型于第一框体底面，第一卡槽位于第一框体及第二框体之间。
作为优选方案，其中所述第一框体及第二框体之间包含相对的一组定位板，该组定位板上分别设有第一卡槽。
作为优选方案，其中所述第一卡槽为U型槽，U型槽的开口呈外宽内窄设置。
作为优选方案，其中所述弹性挡片具有自由端，自由端成型有卡勾。
作为优选方案，其中所述罩盖的外缘面设有多个止滑肋，定位臂部分凸露于罩盖外，第二卡槽位于定位臂的外侧端。
作为优选方案，其中所述定位臂包含相对的一组穿板，该组穿板上分别设有第二卡槽。
作为优选方案，其中所述定位臂在第二卡槽的二侧边分别成型有第一挡壁及第二挡壁，且在第二卡槽及第一卡槽的位置相对应时，第二挡壁扣抵于卡勾上。
相较于现有技术，本实用新型的驱动刷臂伸入定位座内，因定位座被结合座卡掣定位，故可防止驱动刷臂自雨刷结合座松落或脱出，据此使得驱动刷臂稳固地结合于结合座上，并使雨刷条与挡风玻璃之间保持密实地接合，以达到良好的刮水功能。

请参照图1至图4，分别为本实用新型雨刷结合座的使用示意图、雨刷结合座的二立体分解示意图及组合剖视图；本实用新型为一种可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座1，其用以将具有一勾臂2的一驱动刷臂3结合于一雨刷固定座4上，以防止驱动刷臂3自雨刷固定座4脱出或松落。雨刷结合座1包括一结合座10及一定位座20。
结合座10具有一穿槽11、位于穿槽11路径上的一弹性挡片12及成型于弹性挡片12一侧边的一第一卡槽13，第一卡槽13扣合于雨刷固定座4上，且结合座10的顶面具有可容置勾臂2的一容置槽100。
定位座20包含一罩盖21及自罩盖21延伸的一定位臂22，勾臂2伸入罩盖21内，定位臂22对应第一卡槽12设有一第二卡槽23，定位臂22在穿槽11中滑移，并受弹性挡片13的挡掣，第二卡槽23对应第一卡槽12而扣合于雨刷固定座4上。
以下更详细地说明结合座10及定位座20之间的组设结构。结合座10包含一第一框体101、一第二框体102及成型于第一框体101及第二框体102顶面的一结合板103，且第一框体101及第二框体102呈直线排列。第一框体101成型有穿槽11，第二框体102的外侧成型有可抵掣驱动刷臂2的一挡块104，在本实施例中，挡块104呈楔形，但不以此为限。
结合板103的一侧端成型有容置槽100，弹性挡片13则是成型于第一框体101底面，弹性挡片12具有一自由端，自由端成型有一卡勾121。第一框体101及第二框体102之间包含相对的一组定位板14，该组定位板14上分别设有第一卡槽13，即，所述第一卡槽13位于第一框体101及第二框体102之间。本实施例中，第一卡槽13为一U型槽，且U型槽的开口呈外宽内窄设置。
再者，罩盖21的外缘面设有多个止滑肋211，定位臂22部分凸露于罩盖21外，且第二卡槽23位于定位臂22的外侧端。定位臂22包含相对的一组穿板221，该组穿板221上分别设有第二卡槽23。此外，定位臂22在第二卡槽23的二侧边分别成型有一第一挡壁222及一第二挡壁223。
请再参照图5至图7，分别为本实用新型雨刷结合座与驱动刷臂的结合示意图及二组合剖视图；组设时先将驱动刷臂3的勾臂2放置于容置槽100内，另外，驱动刷臂3具有一突翼5，突翼5会挡抵于结合座10的挡块104的一侧边，使驱动刷臂3定位于结合座10上。
接着，将结合座10朝定位座20的方向推，使勾臂2伸入罩盖21内。待定位臂22滑入穿槽11一段距离后，第一挡壁222即压掣弹性挡片13，以跨过卡勾131。当定位臂22继续滑移至第二卡槽23及第一卡槽12的位置相对应时，第二挡壁223即扣抵于弹性挡片13的卡勾131上，并予以定位，据此将驱动刷臂3组设于雨刷结合座1上。由于驱动刷臂3受到结合座10及定位座20的卡掣定位，故可防止驱动刷臂3自雨刷结合座1松落或脱出。
请另参照图8及图9，分别为本实用新型结合座与雨刷固定座的结合示意图及组合剖视图；承上述，雨刷结合座1用以结合于雨刷固定座4上。雨刷固定座4具有一枢轴6，枢轴6供嵌固结合座10的第一卡槽12及定位座20的第二卡槽23。实际使用时，驱动刷臂3可稳固地结合于结合座10上而不致松脱或分离，使雨刷具备有良好刮水的功能。

Claims (10)

1.一种可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，结合于一具有勾臂的驱动刷臂，其特征在于，所述雨刷结合座包括：
结合座，其具有穿槽、位于穿槽路径上的弹性挡片及成型于弹性挡片一侧边的第一卡槽，第一卡槽扣合于所述雨刷固定座上，且结合座的顶面具有能容置所述勾臂的一容置槽；以及
定位座，其包含罩盖及自该罩盖延伸的定位臂，所述勾臂伸入罩盖内，定位臂对应第一卡槽而设有第二卡槽，定位臂在穿槽中滑移并被挡掣于弹性挡片，第二卡槽对应第一卡槽而扣合于所述雨刷固定座上。
2.如权利要求1所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述结合座包含第一框体、第二框体及成型于第一框体及第二框体顶面的结合板，结合板的一侧端成型有容置槽，且第一框体及第二框体呈直线排列。
3.如权利要求2所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述第一框体成型有穿槽，第二框体的外侧成型有能抵掣所述驱动刷臂的挡块，所述驱动刷臂具有突翼，且挡块呈楔形，突翼挡抵于挡块的一侧边。
4.如权利要求2或3所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述弹性挡片成型于第一框体底面，第一卡槽位于第一框体及第二框体之间。
5.如权利要求4所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述第一框体及第二框体之间包含相对的一组定位板，该组定位板上分别设有第一卡槽。
6.如权利要求5所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述第一卡槽为U型槽，U型槽的开口呈外宽内窄设置。
7.如权利要求1所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述弹性挡片具有自由端，自由端成型有卡勾。
8.如权利要求1所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述罩盖的外缘面设有多个止滑肋，定位臂部分凸露于罩盖外，第二卡槽位于定位臂的外侧端。
9.如权利要求8所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述定位臂包含相对的一组穿板，该组穿板上分别设有第二卡槽。
10.如权利要求7所述可防止驱动刷臂松脱的雨刷结合座，其特征在于，所述定位臂在第二卡槽的二侧边分别成型有第一挡壁及第二挡壁，且在第二卡槽及第一卡槽的位置相对应时，第二挡壁扣抵于卡勾上。
