背景技术
现有辊式磨机带动磨辊旋转的转盘，一般由转盘本体和悬挂机构构成，或由转盘本体与二个滑块组合构成，或由转盘本体与立柱轴销构成，存在体积大，运转不灵活，阻力大，磨损快，维护不方便等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，克服现有辊式磨机转盘存在的上述缺陷，提供一种体积小，运转灵活，使用寿命长，维护方便的辊式磨机用滑动转盘。
本实用新型要解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是，辊式磨机用滑动转盘，包括转盘本体，在转盘本体的外圆周均布设置有至少三个滑块托架，每个滑块托架的内孔中装有一个不能轴向移动只能径向滑动的矩形滑块。
与磨辊装配安装时，通过销轴将放置在滑块托架内的滑块与磨辊的铰链耳连接。
滑动转盘滑块托架内的滑块可以确保磨辊不向外倾倒，而允许磨辊向转盘中心方向摆动。
本实用新型之滑动转盘，结构简单，传递扭矩力大，摩擦阻力小，维护方便，工作可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
参照图1，本实施例包括转盘本体1，在转盘本体1的外圆周均布设置有三个滑块托架2，每个滑块托架2的内孔中装有一个不能轴向移动只能径向滑动的矩形滑块3。
与磨机装配时，转盘本体1安装在磨机主轴7上，放置在滑块托架2的内孔中的滑块3通过销轴4与磨辊5的铰链耳6连接。
本实用新型之滑动转盘的滑块托架2的内孔中的矩形滑块3可以确保磨辊5不向外倾倒，但可以径向移动，借以补偿粉磨过程中，磨辊5产生的磨损；也允许磨辊5向转盘中心方向摆动。
本实用新型之滑动转盘，结构简单，传递扭矩力大，摩擦阻力小，维护方便，工作可靠。
