技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种复合薄膜，尤其是涉及一种液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜。
背景技术
目前，在食品业中用于无菌包装、热罐和蒸煮袋，包装奶制品、肉类、果汁罐头和调味品食品的包装都采用复合包装膜。
如中国专利申请号200920088205.4公开了一种液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜，包括薄膜体，所述薄膜体由双向拉伸聚乙烯薄膜或单向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层、印刷层、高阻隔涂布层、粘合层和避光热封层叠置复合成一体。其不足之处为：包装的强度和高阻隔性不高，不能有效保证产品的安全性，所述的高阻隔涂布层自身性能缺陷保护性不理想。不具备一般液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜所采用铝箔其增加了产品的延展性、厚度、脆度、单位面积重量比较重，易产生孔眼等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜，解决液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜包装的强度和高阻隔性不高的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜，包括薄膜体，所述的薄膜体：有聚酯膜层、印刷层、粘合层和避光热封层：其特征在于：在所述的印刷层与粘合层之间设有铝箔层，所述的铝箔层为纯铝箔层。
所述的纯铝箔层为99.0％-99.97％的电解铝，纯铝箔层的厚度为12μm-20μm。
所述的纯铝箔层的光密度介于0.15-0.5之间。
所述的聚酯膜层为双向拉伸聚乙烯薄膜或单向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层任意一种。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于采用在印刷层与粘合层之间设有铝箔层；铝箔层为纯铝箔层。提高了包装的强度和高阻隔性，并且同时也具备能适应外部温湿度等环境状况良好还具有综合的阻水、阻气性能、透气系数极小、耐油脂、耐酸碱性溶剂。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图和实施例，对本实用新型进行较为详细的说明。
如图1所示，一种液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜，包括薄膜体，所述的薄膜体：有聚酯膜层1、印刷层2、粘合层3和避光热封层4：其特征在于：在所述的印刷层2与粘合层3之间设有铝箔层，所述的铝箔层为纯铝箔层5。
所述的纯铝箔层5为99.0％-99.97％的电解铝，纯铝箔层5的厚度为12μm-20μm。
所述的纯铝箔层5的光密度介于0.15-0.5之间。
所述的聚酯膜层1为双向拉伸聚乙烯薄膜或单向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层任意一种。

1.一种液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜，包括薄膜体，所述的薄膜体：有聚酯膜层、印刷层、粘合层和避光热封层：其特征在于：在所述的印刷层与粘合层之间设有铝箔层，所述的铝箔层为纯铝箔。
2.如权利要求1所述的液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜，其特征在于：所述的纯铝箔为99.0％-99.97％的电解铝，铝箔层的厚度为12μm-20μm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜，其特征在于：所述的纯铝箔层的光密度介于0.15-0.5之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的液态食品安全高阻隔复合薄膜，其特征在于：所述的聚酯膜层为双向拉伸聚乙烯薄膜或单向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜层任意一种。
