Abstract

本实用新型提供一种便携式故障数据记录仪,由模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元、DSP数据采集单元、管理单元、人机界面和电源模组成;DSP数据采集单元分别连接模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元和管理单元,管理单元分别连接人机界面单元和通讯单元。本实用新型主要用于发电厂、变电站、配电站、工矿企业、供电部门等,当发电机、变压器组、输电线路、配电线路等发生故障时,装置可记录故障发生前后一段时间内的电流、电压的变化过程以及保护和开关量的动作时序,并将记录的故障数据保存,为事故后故障分析提供依据。

便携式故障数据记录仪
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及监测技术领域,具体涉及一种便携式故障数据记录仪。
(二)背景技术
便携式故障数据记录仪主要用于发电厂、变电站、配电站、工矿企业、供电部门等,当发电机、变压器组、输电线路、配电线路等发生故障时,装置可记录故障发生前后一段时间内的电流、电压的变化过程以及保护和开关量的动作时序,并将记录的故障数据保存,为事故后故障分析提供依据。在发电机及变压器组维修后重新启机前,需进行各种电气试验以进行检验,装置可提供电气试验功能。装置可对发电及供电设备的电能质量进行监测及分析诊断。现有的装置主要有以下不足之处:装置体积大、重量大、成本高,需要组屏固定安装。装置的主要功能是记录故障数据,在实时监测方面功能不足。无稳态数据记录功能,不能记录长期的稳态运行数据。发电厂或变电站在设备检修后需要做大量的电气试验,一般便携式录波装置不具备电气试验软件,需使用专用的电气试验仪器。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种便携式故障数据记录仪,监录通道丰富、采集频率高、功能丰富且运行可靠的便携式故障数据记录装置,它具有以下特征。
本实用新型包括:模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元、DSP数据采集单元、管理单元、通讯单元和人机界面单元,其特征在于:DSP数据采集单元分别连接模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元和管理单元,管理单元分别连接人机界面单元和通讯单元;DSP数据采集单元通过高速通讯线USB2.0连接管理单元;DSP数据采集单元包括TI公司的高性能32位浮点数字信号处理器TMS320C6713、MAX1270型CPLD芯片和4片8通道同步采样A/D芯片MAX1320,处理器TMS320C6713连接MAX1270型CPLD芯片,MAX1270型CPLD芯片分别连接4片8通道同步采样A/D芯片MAX1320;管理单元通过高速通讯线USB2.0连接到DSP数据采集单元,其通讯速度可达480m/s;模拟量变换单元采用互感器和霍尔元件进行隔离变换。
本实用新型有以下优点:安装应用方式灵活,采用工业4U标准19寸机箱,可根据用户需要改变机箱后端子、机箱部分结构件,使装置既可便于携带也可适用于现场固定组屏安装;模拟量通道、开关量通道接入路数多,其中模拟量32路、开关量24路,并可根据需要扩展;全部模拟量、开关量信号同步采集,采集频率10K/S,采集脉冲可与GPS脉冲同步;频率自适应,数据采集单元采用付利叶算法计算DFT,实时计算模拟量的幅值和相位,当电力系统的频率发生波动时,数据采集单元自动调整采样时间间隔,避免频率泄漏,保证计算的准确和适应性;具有故障测距功能,在安装在变电站场所时,当线路发生短路故障时,装置可记录故障数据,利用故障前后的电压、电流及阻抗参数测量出故障短路位置,以方便线路检修;电气试验软件支持多种电气试验功能,包括:用于测试发电机参数的各种特性试验和励磁系统试验;变压器组的试验功能,以测试变压器的空载特性、短路特性、负载特性及励磁涌流特性;断路器的开关特性试验;PT/CT试验等;电能质量监测软件支持多种电能质量参数的检测,如谐波、功率、三相不平衡度、闪变等;支持多种通讯方式,RS485、以太网等,支持多种通讯协议,103协议、MODBUS协议等;可与故障信息子站、故障信息处理系统、DCS等进行通讯。

(五)具体实施方式
结合图1,本实用新型便携式故障数据记录仪,包括模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元、DSP数据采集单元、管理单元、人机界面和电源模块;DSP数据采集单元分别连接模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元和管理单元,管理单元连接人机界面和外部通讯。
结合图2至图11,本实用新型便携式故障数据记录仪可采集32路模拟量和24路开关量。本实用新型包括:模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元、DSP数据采集单元、管理单元、通讯单元和人机界面单元,其特征在于:DSP数据采集单元分别连接模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元和管理单元,管理单元分别连接人机界面单元和通讯单元;DSP数据采集单元通过高速通讯线USB2.0连接管理单元;DSP数据采集单元包括TI公司的高性能32位浮点数字信号处理器TMS320C6713、MAX1270型CPLD芯片和4片8通道同步采样A/D芯片MAX1320,处理器TMS320C6713连接MAX1270型CPLD芯片,MAX1270型CPLD芯片分别连接4片8通道同步采样A/D芯片MAX1320;管理单元通过高速通讯线USB2.0连接到数据采集单元,其通讯速度可达480m/s;模拟量变换单元采用互感器和霍尔元件进行隔离变换。
本实用新型系统软件包括:在线监测软件、系统配置软件、电气试验软件、数据分析软件。在线监测软件作为装置的系统软件,完成以下工作:初始化数据采集单元,设置系统参数,启动数据采集单元工作;接收数据采集单元传送的波形、相量数据,记录稳态数据,并实时显示;判断电气量、开关量是否发生变化及变化是否引发故障记录,是则记录故障数据;维护故障数据,在线路发生故障时测量短路位置;向信息子站或其它控制系统传送数据。电气试验软件完成各种电气试验数据记录、数据分析计算、数据比较等功能。数据分析用于分析记录的故障波形,可同轴或异轴分析比较波形、分析谐波、分析矢量、计算各种派生参数(有功、无功、功率因数、序量等)、测量故障线路短路位置。
本实用新型提供一种具有多通道、高采集频率的故障录波及电气试验功能的便携式装置,它具有以下特征:装置可采集和记录模拟量通道32路,开关量通道24路,模拟量和开关量同步采样,采集频率达到10K/S;装置功能综合集成了故障录波和实时监测功能,实时监测包括模拟量监测、开关量状态监测、模拟量通道波形监测、矢量图监测等;装置提供了稳态数据记录功能,可记录长达3个月的电气量数据,并且可对电气量的变化趋势、故障等进行统计和分析。装置的数据单元采用嵌入式、低功耗、无风扇的工控模块,采用电子盘代替硬盘,主机的稳定性、可靠性大为增加。装置支持各种电气试验功能,包括发电机启动时的各种电气试验,即空载试验、短路试验、励磁试验、同期试验;变压器试验,即励磁涌流试验、空载试验、短路试验、负载试验。
便携式故障数据记录仪采用多项嵌入式软硬件新技术,由以DSPC6713+CPLD为核心的数据采集单元完成模拟量和开关量的同步采集和计算,由以嵌入式低功耗工控模块为核心的管理单元完成数据集中管理,并完成故障录波、数据记录、数据分析、电气试验、电能质量检测分析等系统软件功能。数据采集单元据单元通过高速通讯USB2.0(480M/S)连接到管理单元。装置可根据GPS较正时钟,同步采样脉冲。
本装置采用4U高度19寸机箱,既可便于携带也可固定安装;可记录和采集模拟量通道32路,开关量通道24路,模拟量和开关量同步采样,采集频率达到10k/s;本实用新型功能综合集成了故障录波和实时监测功能,实时监测包括模拟量监测、开关量状态监测、模拟量通道波形监测、矢量图监测等;本实用新型提供了稳态数据记录功能,可记录长达3个月的电气量数据,并且可对电气量的变化趋势、故障等进行统计和分析。
本实用新型支持各种电气试验功能,包括发电机启动时的各种电气试验,如空载试验、短路试验、励磁试验、同期试验等;变压器试验,如励磁涌流试验、空载试验、短路试验、负载试验等。

1.一种便携式故障数据记录仪,包括模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元、DSP数据采集单元、管理单元、通讯单元和人机界面单元,其特征在于:DSP数据采集单元分别连接模拟量变换单元、开关量变换单元和管理单元,管理单元分别连接人机界面单元和通讯单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种便携式故障数据记录仪,其特征在于:所述的DSP数据采集单元通过高速通讯线USB2.0连接管理单元。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种便携式故障数据记录仪,其特征在于:所述的DSP数据采集单元包括TI公司的高性能32位浮点数字信号处理器TMS320C6713、MAX1270型CPLD芯片和4片8通道同步采样A/D芯片MAX1320,处理器TMS320C6713连接MAX1270型CPLD芯片,MAX1270型CPLD芯片分别连接4片8通道同步采样A/D芯片MAX1320。
4.如权利要求1所述的便携式故障数据记录仪,其特征在于:所述的管理单元通过高速通讯线USB2.0连接到DSP数据采集单元,其通讯速度可达480m/s。
5.如权利要求1所述的便携式故障数据记录仪,其特征在于:模拟量变换单元采用互感器和霍尔元件进行隔离变换。
