[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及一种截止阀,具体地说是一种改进的液气压力自平衡截止阀。
[背景技术]
截止阀主要应用于石油化工、冶金及热电厂等管道中,主要由阀体、阀瓣、阀杆和阀盖组成,现有阀杆与阀芯的连接是通过在阀杆底部通过螺母来连接,因为螺母经常处于阀室内接触液体,容易生锈,更换时不易换下,且因为是螺纹连接,在高压的流体冲刷下容易造成脱落。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,将连接阀芯用的阀杆底部的螺母,替换为与阀杆一体式的结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型设计一种改进的液气压力自平衡截止阀,包括阀盖、阀体、阀芯、阀杆、进口、出口,平衡气孔,其特征在于:阀杆底部设有凸肩,邻接凸肩上部的阀杆两侧设有楔块,阀芯的轴孔内壁两侧设有凹槽与楔块嵌套连接。
阀体与阀芯的接触面设有装填料的凹槽。
上阀盖与阀杆之间设有密封用填料。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,结构简单,便于安装、拆卸,且能避免阀芯的脱落。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。
参见图1,此阀的阀杆5底部设有凸肩4,邻接凸肩4上部的阀杆5两侧设有楔块,阀芯6的轴孔内壁两侧设有凹槽与楔块嵌套连接,使阀杆5按需任意调节转动。阀体1与阀芯6的接触面设有装填料7的凹槽,使阀芯6的周围处于密封状态。上阀盖9与阀杆5之间设有密封用填料8,使上阀盖9每次封闭后,与阀芯6之间保持紧密状,阀芯6不宜脱落,同时能保护阀芯6的使用寿命。

1.一种改进的液气压力自平衡截止阀,包括阀盖、阀体、阀芯、阀杆、进口、出口,平衡气孔,其特征在于:阀杆(5)底部设有凸肩(4),邻接凸肩(4)上部的阀杆两侧设有楔块,阀芯(6)的轴孔内壁两侧设有凹槽与楔块嵌套连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种改进的液气压力自平衡截止阀,其特征在于:阀体(1)与阀芯(6)的接触面设有装填料(7)的凹槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种改进的液气压力自平衡截止阀,其特征在于:上阀盖(9)与阀杆(5)之间设有密封用填料(8)。
