本实用新型公开了一种焊接夹紧定位装置，它包括焊接平台[1]和固定在焊接平台[1]上的压紧机构，所述的压紧机构包括垂直固定在焊接平台[1]上且侧面为平面的立柱[11]、铰接在立柱[11]上的转动杠杆[7]和油缸[10]，转动杠杆[7]的左端铰接有活动压块[4]，右端与油缸活塞杆铰接。本实用新型对两块焊接的铁板可快速实现定位和固定，大大提高了劳动效率，焊接出的产品质量好。

本实用新型涉及一种夹紧装置，尤其是一种用于焊接的夹紧装置。
背景技术
工业生产上常需把两块铁板焊接到一起。当两块铁板叠压在一起点焊时，经常由于在焊接过程中焊条高温点在铁板会使铁板产生微小的移动，这样焊接好后，由于位置的偏离往往不能满足要求，严重的成为次品。同时两铁板叠压在一起没有定位装置，靠操作人员手工定位，定位不准，且效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有铁板叠压焊接时易移位及定位不准和劳动效率低的问题，提供一种焊接夹紧定位装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：焊接夹紧定位装置，其特征是它包括焊接平台和固定在焊接平台上的压紧机构，所述的压紧机构包括垂直固定在焊接平台上且侧面为平面的立柱、铰接在立柱上的转动杠杆和油缸，转动杠杆的左端铰接有活动压块，右端与油缸活塞杆铰接。
采用上述技术方案，使用时，把叠压的两铁板侧面挤压在立柱侧面的平面上，即能使两叠压的铁板一端定位，启动液压油缸，活塞杆伸出使杠杆右侧上升，左侧挤压活动压块，活动压块挤压铁板达到固定，即可快速实现焊接。
本实用新型有益效果是：由于本实用新型设有平面对待焊铁板进行定位，因此定位快且准，定位效率高；由于通过油缸挤压两铁板，使其固定，不会在焊接时产生移动，因此焊接后的产品质量好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型焊接夹紧定位装置，如图1所示，它包括焊接平台1和固定在焊接平台1上的压紧机构。
压紧机构包括垂直固定在焊接平台1上且侧面为平面的立柱11、铰接在立柱11上的转动杠杆7和油缸10，转动杠杆7通过第二转轴6活动联接在立柱11上，转动杠杆7的左端铰接有活动压块4，活动压块4通过第一转轴5活动联接在转动杠杆7上，转动杠杆7右端通过第三转轴8与固接在油缸活塞杆前端的联接块9铰接。
使用时，第一铁板2和第二铁板3叠压通过立柱11的侧面平面进行定位，启动油缸10，即可达到定位和固定的目的。
