本实用新型涉及一种食品包装材料,特别是一种易掰断的冷封包装膜。
背景技术
已有的主要应用在各种巧克力或类似食品包装上的冷封包装膜,其采用表印冷封包装的膜结构为:光漆层、油墨层、底漆层、双向拉伸聚丙烯镀铝薄膜、冷封涂层或光漆层、油墨层、双向拉伸聚丙烯珠光薄膜、冷封涂层;采用里印冷封包装的膜结构为:双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、油墨层、黏合剂层、双向拉伸聚酯镀铝薄膜、冷封涂层。无论是表印还是里印冷风包装,包装时,必须留有易撕口,以便于从撕口处打开包装取出食品。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种易掰断冷封包装膜。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种易掰断冷封包装膜,其特征在于冷封包装膜是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜与双向拉伸聚丙烯镀铝薄膜通过粘合剂干法复合构成。所述的冷封包装膜是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、里印印刷油墨层、黏合剂层、双向拉伸聚丙烯镀铝薄膜复合构成。经电晕处理后的复合膜里面封接部位印刷有冷封胶涂层。
本实用新型提供的冷封包装膜是采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜与双向拉伸聚丙烯镀铝薄膜干式复合构成,在双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜里面可以设计印刷图案,形成油墨层。复合后的薄膜经过电晕处理,在封接部位印刷冷封胶涂层,分切后,形成包装膜。用这种复合结构制成的包装袋,比常规结构双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、油墨层、黏合剂层、双向拉伸聚酯镀铝薄膜复合后、冷封涂层结构制成的包装袋,能够更容易的掰断取出食品。将复合膜进行电晕处理可以保证冷封胶的强度,保证产品的封口强度。
用本实用新型制成的包装袋具有易掰断的特点,通过掰断容易地打开包装取出食物,使用方便。经电晕处理的复合膜能够保证冷封胶的强度且不反粘。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(1)通过印刷工序里印印刷所需的图案,形成油墨层(2),在油印层涂覆黏合剂(3)与双向拉伸聚丙烯镀铝薄膜(4)干法复合形成复合膜,再经过电晕工艺处理后,在复合膜的里面的封接部位印刷形成冷封胶涂层(5)。用此薄膜包装食品时,可通过掰断的方式取食品。

1.一种易掰断冷封包装膜,其特征在于冷封包装膜是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜与双向拉伸聚丙烯镀铝薄膜通过粘合剂干法复合构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易掰断冷封包装膜,其特征在于所述的冷封包装膜是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、里印印刷油墨层、黏合剂层、双向拉伸聚丙烯镀铝薄膜复合构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的易掰断冷封包装膜,其特征在于经电晕处理后的复合膜里面封接部位印刷有冷封胶涂层。
