技术领域
本实用新型涉及框架嵌入式光伏发电屋顶支架,属于太阳能应用领域。
背景技术
建筑节能和光伏发电是现代建筑业的重点发展方向,因此,光伏建筑一体化是一项潜力大、价值显著的新技术。所述光伏发电屋顶主要包括太阳能电池片和载体构成的电池组件,将电池组件安装在朝阳的屋顶上面,由太阳能电池组件将光能转换成电能,并聚集电能输入电网的技术方案很多,属于已有比较成熟的技术,而光伏发电屋顶的一般结构如图7所示,包括柱51、梁52和天花板53,在梁上安装桁条54和隔栅55,隔栅上安装屋面板56,屋面板上铺防水层(油毡)57,防水层上盖瓦片,电池组件58安装在瓦片上面。所以已有屋顶技术存在的缺点为:一是结构复杂,安装麻烦。并且在屋顶上作业,劳动强度大,很吃力;二是消耗材料大,材料加工工序多,人工费用高;三是不耐用,容易破损,使用寿命短;四是屋顶与电池组件连接安装牢度差,维修更换麻烦;五是外形土笨,不美观。另一方面,已有屋顶的各衔接处依靠砖块、水泥、油毡、胶水等堵塞、密封,施工时麻烦,防漏、防浸性能差,维修困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有光伏发电屋顶的缺点,提供一种钢架上安装预制型材框架,整个屋顶结构简单,钢架与型材框架等之间安装、拆卸方便,人工费用省,外型美观的框架嵌入式光伏发电屋顶支架。
本实用新型框架嵌入式光伏发电屋顶支架的技术方案是:包括立杆,立杆上安装钢架,钢架通过支架安装太阳能电池组件,所述的支架包括型材框架,太阳能电池组件安装在型材框架中,型材框架上制有导流槽和排水孔,各型材框架之间安装防漏水构件,所述的防漏水构件为U字型防漏槽板、人字型防漏槽板或者十字防漏槽板,其特征在于所述的钢架上焊接连接块,连接块中制有连接孔,连接孔经紧固件固定型材框架,所述的太阳能电池组件与型材框架之间经自攻螺丝相固定。
本实用新型的框架嵌入式光伏发电屋顶支架,在钢架上安装预先制好的型材框架,太阳能电池组件安装在型材框架中,与已有技术相比,一是型材框架结构简单,安装方便,型材框架为预制件,安装时减少在屋顶上的作业强度;二是加工耗材少,人工费用低,成本省;三是型材框架的强度好,耐用,使用寿命长;四是太阳能电池组件安装在框架中,安装牢靠,维修、更换方便;五是外形美观。并且在各型材框架之间安装防漏水构件,可以为U字型防漏槽板、人字型防漏槽板或者十字防漏槽板,构造简单,加工容易,安装方便,保证屋顶不漏水,又将各型材框架连成一起;有了导流槽,在下雨天气将落下的雨水经排水孔导流到排水系统中。特别是所述的钢架上焊接连接块,连接块中制有连接孔,连接孔经紧固件固定型材框架,有了连接块,钢架与型材框架连接方便、牢靠。其所述的太阳能电池组件与型材框架之间经自攻螺丝相固定,采用自攻螺丝连接方便。
本实用新型的框架嵌入式光伏发电屋顶支架,其所述的紧固件可以是螺钉等,螺钉连接取材容易,安装方便。

本实用新型涉及框架嵌入式光伏发电屋顶支架,如图1-图7所示,包括立杆1,立杆1上安装钢架2,钢架2通过支架安装太阳能电池组件3,所述的支架包括型材框架4,太阳能电池组件3安装在型材框架4中,型材框架4上制有导流槽41和排水孔42,各型材框架4之间安装防漏水构件,所述的防漏水构件为U字型防漏槽板8、人字型防漏槽板9或者十字防漏槽板10,其特征在于所述的钢架2上焊接连接块6,连接块6中制有连接孔61,连接孔61经紧固件62固定型材框架4,所述的太阳能电池组件3与型材框架4之间经自攻螺丝7相固定。本方案在钢架2上安装预先制好的型材框架4,太阳能电池组件3安装在型材框架4中,与已有技术相比,一是型材框架4结构简单,安装方便,型材框架4为预制件,安装时减少在屋顶上的作业强度;二是加工耗材少,人工费用低,成本省;三是型材框架4的强度好,耐用,使用寿命长;四是太阳能电池组件3安装在框架中,安装牢靠,维修、更换方便;五是外形美观。并且在各型材框架4之间安装防漏水构件,可以为U字型防漏槽板8、人字型防漏槽板9或者十字防漏槽板10等,构造简单,加工容易,安装方便,保证屋顶不漏水,又将各型材框架4连成一起;有了导流槽41,在下雨天气将落下的雨水经排水孔42导流到排水系统中。特别是所述的钢架2上焊接连接块6,连接块6中制有连接孔61,连接孔61经紧固件62固定型材框架4,有了连接块6,钢架2与型材框架4连接方便、牢靠。其所述的太阳能电池组件3与型材框架4之间经自攻螺丝7相固定,采用自攻螺丝7连接方便。其所述的紧固件62可以是螺钉等,螺钉连接取材容易,安装方便。

1、框架嵌入式光伏发电屋顶支架,包括立杆(1),立杆(1)上安装钢架(2),钢架(2)通过支架安装太阳能电池组件(3),所述的支架包括型材框架(4),太阳能电池组件(3)安装在型材框架(4)中,型材框架(4)上制有导流槽(41)和排水孔(42),各型材框架(4)之间安装防漏水构件,所述的防漏水构件为U字型防漏槽板(8)、人字型防漏槽板(9)或者十字防漏槽板(10),其特征在于所述的钢架(2)上焊接连接块(6),连接块(6)中制有连接孔(61),连接孔(61)经紧固件(62)固定型材框架(4),所述的太阳能电池组件(3)与型材框架(4)之间经自攻螺丝(7)相固定。
