Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种激光器,提供了一种在薄片上刻录动感浮点图像的装置,包括激光器、散光调制器、扩束镜、准直物镜、45°全反射镜、正非球面镜或负非球面镜和设有图文孔的遮光模板,遮光模板的图文孔中设有负非球面透镜或正非球面透镜,散光调制器设置在激光器一端,扩束镜设置在散光调制器另一端,准直物镜设置在散光调制器另一端,45°全反射镜设置在准直物镜另一端,遮光模板垂直设置在45°全反射镜下方,正非球面镜或负非球面镜设置在遮光模板下方。本实用新型结构简单,能够制备具有动态立体图像的薄片,操作容易,便于工业化实施。

在薄片上刻录动感浮点图像的装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种激光器。
背景技术
薄片上显现动感立体图像即在微透镜薄片上面或者下面合成悬浮的立体图像,这个图像随着观察者从不同的角度观察而动态地变化。它们可以横跨于薄片上面,薄片中,和薄片下面,与一般的全息图像不同,该薄片上的图像不能用于复制,观察者可以目视看到它的动态立体效果。
该合成图像薄片有着广泛的应用,如身份证,护照,毕业证,入场券,各种产品的防伪商标,用于火警等需要特别标识的图像,用于仪器仪表中的信息表示等。
能够记录图像的薄膜材料被广泛应用于各种商品包装、证件、文档等的防伪标签,如各类商品的防伪商标,驾驶执照,护照等商标。在一些美国专利中介绍了一种图像薄片的制作方法,这种薄片上的图像,只有与从激光照射的角度观察时,才能看到反光薄片中的形成的图像,即,只有在有限的角度中才能看见薄片中的图像,这种的薄片上显现的图像特性具有局限性。在有些资料记载中描述了薄片上图像集成的工艺,方法比较复杂,它采用单个照相机或多个照相机,通过对同一物体不同的角度的拍摄记录,要求具有一定的精确,才能合成一个三维图像,只有从观察的方向照射合成图像才能观察到物体的实像。相关专利资料介绍只能合成平面和简单的立体图像,且制作工艺复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在薄片上刻录动感浮点图像的装置,以克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷。
所述装置包括激光器、散光调制器、扩束镜、准直物镜、45°全反射镜、正非球面镜或负非球面镜和设有图文孔的遮光模板,遮光模板的图文孔中设有负非球面镜或正非球面镜;
所述散光调制器设置在激光器的一端,所述扩束镜设置在散光调制器的另一端,所述准直物镜设置在散光调制器的另一端,所述45°全反射镜设置在准直物镜的另一端,所述设有图文孔的遮光模板设置在45°全反射镜的下方,所述正非球面镜或负非球面镜设置在遮光模板的下方。
本实用新型的装置,结构简单,能够制备具有动态立体图像的薄片,且所述图像浮于薄片上面或者下面,整个图像可以横跨在薄片上,也就是观察者从不同的角度看可以看到一个整体图像漂浮在薄片上面或下面,或者图像一部分在薄片上面和另一部分在薄片下面,操作容易,便于工业化实施。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本实用新型所述装置,包括激光器10、散光调制器11、扩束镜12、准直物镜13、45°全反射镜14、正非球面镜或负非球面镜15和设有图文孔17的遮光模板16,遮光模板16的图文孔17中设有负非球面透镜或正非球面透镜18;
所述散光调制器11设置在激光器10的一端,将激光束出射的光变为散射光束,使得光束均匀化,所述扩束镜12设置在散光调制器11的另一端,其作用是激光束扩大,所述准直物镜13设置在散光调制器11的另一端,将激光束变为准直的平行光,所述45°全反射镜14设置在准直物镜13的另一端,将激光束折转45度,所述设有图文孔17的遮光模板16设置在45°全反射镜14的下方,所述正非球面镜或负非球面镜15设置在遮光模板16的下方;
优选的,所述负非球面透镜或正非球面透镜18的曲率半径为0.18~0.35um。
本实用新型的工作原理是这样的:将所需要刻录图文的上述薄片20,置于遮光模板16的下方,从激光器发出的光,经过散光调制器11,变为散射光束,使得光束均匀化,通过扩束镜12扩束准直后,光束经过设有图文孔17的遮光模板16,再经过正非球面镜或负非球面镜15,由于图文孔17中设有负非球面透镜或正非球面透镜18,因此,使得图文在薄片上所形成的图像清晰地成像于薄片上面或者下面10mm处的位置,然后垂直于照射到薄片上,薄片上的感光材料经过曝光形成动感图像;
所述薄片结构如图2所示,所述的薄片包括底层1、透明的保护层2、反射层3和紧靠在一起的像素点4;
所述的透明的保护层2设置在底层1的一侧,所述的像素点4嵌在所述的透明的保护层2中;
所述的素点4由紧靠在一起的微透镜401构成,所述的反射层3向下弯曲的设置在所述的微透镜401的下部,反射层3中刻录有图文,所述微透镜401为向上凸起的曲面或者是或向下弯曲的曲面,相邻的两个像素点4之间的水平位置具有高度差H,任一个像素点4中的微透镜401的曲率半径相等,相邻的两个像素点4中的微透镜401的曲率半径的差值为1~70um。

Claims (2)

1.在薄片上刻录动感浮点图像的装置,包括激光器(10),其特征在于,还包括散光调制器(11)、扩束镜(12)、准直物镜(13)、45°全反射镜(14)、正非球面镜或负非球面镜(15)和设有图文孔(17)的遮光模板(16),遮光模板(16)的图文孔(17)中设有负非球面透镜或正非球面透镜(18);
所述散光调制器(11)设置在激光器(10)的一端,所述扩束镜(12)设置在散光调制器(11)的另一端,所述准直物镜(13)设置在散光调制器(11)的另一端,所述45°全反射镜(14)设置在准直物镜(13)的另一端,所述设有图文孔(17)的遮光模板(16)垂直设置在45°全反射镜(14)的下方,设置在所述正非球面镜或负非球面镜(15)设置在遮光模板(16)的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在薄片上刻录动感浮点图像的装置,其特征在于,所述负非球面透镜或正非球面透镜(18)的曲率半径为0.18~0.35um。
