本实用新型涉及一种燃气热水锅炉，是一种湿背式燃气热水铸铁模块锅炉。包括锅炉外壳以及设置在锅炉外壳内的炉体和若干燃烧管，锅炉外壳的顶部设有出烟口，炉体由若干片炉片串联而成，炉片的下部设有贯通炉片两侧壁的空腔，上部外侧面上设有若干棱锥状突起，其中第一片炉片的下部设有进水管，最后一片炉片的上部设有出水管，且所述进水管和出水管分别将各炉片的内腔相连通，所述燃烧管分别设置在相邻的炉片之间。本实用新型中的炉片结构不仅增大了吸热面积，对炉膛内的热量进行有效的吸收，而且降低了锅炉的出烟温度，大大提高了锅炉的热效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃气热水锅炉，特别是涉及一种湿背式燃气热水铸铁模块锅炉。
背景技术
影响锅炉热效率的因素主要在于锅炉出烟温度的高低以及换热面积的大小，出烟温度越高，锅炉的热损失越大，导致锅炉的热效率降低。目前市场上铸铁模块锅炉的出烟温度基本上在200℃以上，造成出烟温度如此之高的原因在于炉片的受热面积及炉片不能对炉堂内的热量充分吸收。因此，高温的烟气不仅降低了锅炉的热率，炉膛内的高温也致使锅炉的使用寿命缩短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是解决炉片充分吸收炉堂内的热量的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是提供一种湿背式燃气热水铸铁模块锅炉，包括锅炉外壳以及设置在锅炉外壳内的炉体和若干燃烧管，所述锅炉外壳的顶部设有出烟口，所述炉体由若干片炉片依次排列而成且各炉片的上部和下部分别连通串联而成，所述炉片的外侧面上设有若干突起，其中第一片炉片的下部设有进水管，最后一片炉片的上部设有出水管，所述燃烧管分别设置在相邻的炉片之间。
上述方案中，所述炉片的下部设有贯通炉片两侧壁的空腔。
所述炉片为矩形片状，所述突起为棱锥状，设置在炉片空腔上方的两侧壁上。
所述锅炉外壳的外壁上设有耐高温的保温板。
本实用新型中的炉片为铸造成型的矩形结构，上部布满铸铁吸热锥体，下部设有贯通炉片两侧壁的空腔，燃烧管分别设置在相邻的炉片之间，炉片空腔部分四周即背部和底部为锅炉回水循环系统，此结构不仅增大了吸热面积，对炉膛内的热量进行有效的吸收，而且降低了锅炉的出烟温度，大大提高了锅炉的热效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作出详细的说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括锅炉外壳3以及设置在锅炉外壳3内的炉体1和若干燃烧管2，所述锅炉外壳3的顶部设有烟罩5，烟罩5上设有出烟口6，锅炉外壳3的外壁上设有耐高温的保温板。
下面对炉体1的结构进行进一步的说明，如图2所示，所述炉体1由若干片炉片依次排列而成且各炉片的上部和下部分别连通，其中第一片炉片100的下部设有进水管7，最后一片炉片110的上部设有出水管8，燃烧管2分别设置在相邻的炉片之间，烟气能够从炉片10之间均匀地排出。
如图3、图4所示，所述炉片10为矩形片状，采用耐高温、耐腐蚀的球墨铸铁制成，炉片10的下部设有贯通炉片两侧壁的空腔12，上部布满铸铁吸热锥体11，炉片10的空腔部分的四周，即背部和底部为锅炉回水循环系统。此种结构的锅炉炉片能对炉内的热量充分吸收，可以降低锅炉的出烟温度至110度。
本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式，任何人应该得知在本实用新型的启示下作出的结构变化，凡是与本实用新型具有相同或相近的技术方案，均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1、一种湿背式燃气热水铸铁模块锅炉，包括锅炉外壳以及设置在锅炉外壳内的炉体和若干燃烧管，所述锅炉外壳的顶部设有出烟口，其特征在于所述炉体由若干片炉片依次排列而成且各炉片的上部和下部分别连通串联而成，所述炉片的外侧面上设有若干突起，其中第一片炉片的下部设有进水管，最后一片炉片的上部设有出水管，所述燃烧管分别设置在相邻的炉片之间。
2、如权利要求1所述的湿背式燃气热水铸铁模块锅炉，其特征在于所述炉片的下部设有贯通炉片两侧壁的空腔。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的湿背式燃气热水铸铁模块锅炉，其特征在于所述炉片为矩形片状，所述突起为棱锥状，设置在炉片空腔上方的两侧壁上。
4、如权利要求3所述的湿背式燃气热水铸铁模块锅炉，其特征在于所述锅炉外壳的外壁上设有耐高温的保温板。
