Each time a batch of product is unloaded, an intermediate container is prepared to be placed below the opening of the skip bucket, and after the batch is unloaded, the skip bucket is cleaned for reuse.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a machine 100 for grinding, cleaning or polishing products, which includes a base 20, a bracket 30, a drum 40, a pair of first driving devices 60, a second driving device 70, a plurality of rolling bearings 80, and a safety lever 90. In this embodiment, the machine 100 is used to grind, clean or polish the needles.
The base 20 is a rigid frame structure, and is fixed to the ground by fixing members, for supporting the stand 30. In this embodiment, the fasteners are screws, bolts or other means commonly used in the art.
In other embodiments, the base 20 may also be an alloy, casting, or other material commonly used in the art.
The bracket 30 is mounted on the base 20 and can rotate relative to the base 20. In the present embodiment, the drum 40 is a tubular body. The dump bucket can be fixed in the drum 40 through the opening 42 and can rotate together with the drum 40. The tipping bucket is used for containing a processed product and processing liquid. In the present embodiment, the shape of the dump bucket matches the shape of the drum 40.
The first driving means 60 is installed at both sides of the base 20 for driving the stand 30 to be turned. The first driving device 60 drives the support 30 to be turned over by 40 degrees up and down relative to the base 20. The first drive means 60 comprises a rocker arm 62 and a cylinder 64. One end of the rocker arm 62 is rotatably connected to the cylinder 64, and the other end of the rocker arm 62 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 38 of the bracket 30. Under the driving of the cylinder 64, the rocker arm 62 swings and drives the bracket 30 to turn up and down, thereby driving the roller 40 to turn up and down.
In other embodiments, the first drive 60 further comprises a plurality of adjustment levers. The adjusting rod is mounted on the rocker arm 62 and is used for controlling the swinging position of the rocker arm 62, and further controlling the vertical turning angle of the bracket 30.
In other embodiments, the first drive device 60 further includes a plurality of sensors for more precisely controlling the angle at which the carriage 30 is flipped up and down.
A second driving device 70 is fixed to the frame 30 at one portion and connected to the roller 40 at another portion for driving the roller 40 to rotate in the frame 30 and rotate the dump bucket, so that the product of the dump bucket can be ground, cleaned or polished. In the present embodiment, the second driving device 70 is a motor and is driven by a belt. In the present invention, the drum 60 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise at a speed of 4 to 50 revolutions per minute.
The rolling bearing 80 assists the rotation of the drum 40 and supports the drum 40 to increase stability of the drum 40 during the rotation. In the present embodiment, four rolling bearings 80 are symmetrically arranged. Two of the rolling bearings 80 are mounted on the top plate 32 of the bracket 30, and the remaining rolling bearings 80 are mounted on the bottom plate 36 of the bracket 30.
The safety lever 90 is pivotally connected to the drum 40 and can be opened, closed or locked, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the front cover 44 of the drum 40. In other words, the front cover 44 of the drum 40 can be opened only when the safety lever 90 is opened, thereby preventing the front cover 44 of the drum 40 from being opened accidentally, preventing the dump bucket from being accidentally thrown out of the drum 40, and further ensuring the safety during the processing.
When the bracket is installed, the base 20 is fixed on the ground, and the bracket 30 is installed on the base 20 in a reversible manner. The first driving device 60 is installed at one side of the base 20, and its swing arm 62 is fixedly connected to the side wall 34 of the stand 30. The roller 40 is rotatably mounted to the bracket 30 by the shaft 38 of the side wall 34. A dump bucket filled with the processed product and additives is secured within the drum 40 through an opening 42.
In use, the second drive means 70 is actuated to rotate the drum 40 within the support 30 to grind, clean or polish the product of the dump bucket. If the product is finished, the second drive 70 is turned off and the first drive 60 is activated, turning the carriage 30 to the unloading position. In the unloading position, the angle between the centerline of the drum 40 and the ground is approximately 55 degrees, at which time the operator can easily open the safety lever 90 and unload the dump bucket from the drum 40.
When loading is required, the first drive means 60 is activated to flip the stand 30 to the loading position. In this loading position, the centerline of the drum 40 is parallel to the ground. At this time, the operator can conveniently load another skip bucket filled with the processed product into the drum 40. After loading, the second drive 70 is activated to rotate the drum 40 within the cradle 30 to grind, clean or polish the product within the dump bucket. During processing, the drum 40 can be turned to a different angle, such as 12 degrees or-12 degrees, to better process the product in the dump bucket
The safety lever 90 controls the opening and closing of the front cover 44 of the drum 40, thereby ensuring the safety during the processing.
Because of the support of the rolling bearing 80, the roller 40 is relatively stable in the rotating process, so that the products in the tipping bucket can be processed uniformly, and the generation of inferior products is reduced.
In the processing process, the loading of the processed products is loaded in the processing process of the previous batch of products and is unloaded in the processing process of the next previous batch of products, so that the time for loading and unloading the products is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.

the first driving device is used for driving the bracket to turn over; and
and the second driving device is used for driving the roller to rotate.
2. The machine of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of rolling bearings fixed within said frame for supporting said drum.
3. The machine of claim 1, wherein said drum includes a front cover for covering said opening.
4. The machine of claim 3, further comprising a safety lever movably connected to said drum for controlling the opening of said front cover.
5. The machine of claim 3, wherein said drum further comprises a back cover, said front cover and said back cover each being polygonal.
6. The machine of claim 1, wherein said first drive means comprises a rocker arm and a cylinder for driving the tilting of said rocker arm.
7. The machine of claim 6, wherein one end of said rocker arm is pivotally connected to said cylinder and the other end of said rocker arm is fixedly connected to said carriage.
8. The machine of claim 1 wherein said frame is a frame structure including a top plate, a pair of side walls and a bottom plate, said side walls connecting said top plate and said bottom plate.
9. The machine of claim 8 wherein each sidewall includes a pair of circular shafts and a support plate.
10. The machine of claim 1, wherein said rollers are hollow bodies.
