A sewage filtering and sterilizing device is characterized by comprising a base, a filtering device and a sterilizing device; the filter device comprises a cylindrical filter box, a box cover capable of opening and closing is arranged on the upper portion of the filter box, a sewage feeding funnel is arranged on the box cover, a valve is arranged on the funnel, a circular bottom column is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the filter box and connected with the inner wall of the filter box through a plurality of radial connecting rods, the circular bottom column and the connecting rods form a circular base plate, an annular filter element is arranged above the circular base plate, the inner diameter of the annular filter element is equal to the outer diameter of the circular bottom column, the height of the annular filter element is flush with the height of the circular bottom column, and a circular filter screen is arranged above the annular filter element; a baffle ring and a sealing ring are arranged below the outer wall of the filter box; the sterilizing device comprises a circular sterilizing box, the outer diameter of the baffle ring is larger than that of the sterilizing box, the filtering box is placed on the sterilizing box, and the filtering box and the sterilizing box are sealed through a sealing ring; a transparent hollow quartz tube with two sealed ends is arranged in the middle of the sterilization box, an ultraviolet sterilization lamp is arranged in the quartz tube, and a reflective coating is coated on the wall of the sterilization box; the sterilization device is also provided with a stirring device, a stirring motor is arranged on the base below the sterilization box and is connected with a stirring shaft, and the stirring shaft penetrates through the bottom of the sterilization box and is connected with a stirring paddle in the sterilization box; the bottom of the side wall of the sterilization box is also provided with a discharge valve, the discharge valve is connected with a discharge pipe through a clamp, and the discharge pipe is provided with a detachable filter disc and a secondary filter screen.

The sewage filtering and sterilizing device of claim 1, wherein the upper end of the quartz tube is connected with the annular net rack, a waterproof sealing cover is arranged on the quartz tube, and an annular shelf is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the sterilizing box and used for placing the annular net rack; the circular bottom pillar is positioned right above the quartz tube, and the diameter of the bottom surface of the circular bottom pillar is larger than that of the quartz tube.

The sewage filtering and sterilizing device according to claim 1, wherein the stirring paddles comprise four vertical stirring paddles and a horizontal cross bar, the cross bar is positioned at the bottom of the sterilizing box and is simultaneously connected with the four vertical stirring paddles, the stirring shaft is connected with the middle of the cross bar, two of the vertical stirring paddles are positioned at the periphery of the sterilizing box, bristles are arranged outside the stirring paddles and used for cleaning the inner side wall of the sterilizing box, the other two vertical stirring paddles are positioned near the quartz tube, bristles are arranged inside the stirring paddles and used for cleaning the outer wall of the quartz tube, and bristles are arranged at the bottom of the cross bar and used for cleaning the bottom of the sterilizing box.

The sewage filtering and sterilizing device according to claim 3, wherein the stirring paddle and the stirring shaft of the stirring device are hollow structures, the stirring shaft is connected with an external ozone gas source, and a plurality of air holes are formed in the stirring paddle and the stirring shaft.
5. The sewage filtering and sterilizing device according to claim 3, wherein the four vertical stirring paddles are further provided with transverse vent pipes communicated with the four vertical stirring paddles, and the vent pipes are also provided with a plurality of vent holes.

The sewage filtering and sterilizing device of claim 1, wherein the side wall and the bottom wall of the sterilizing box are made of transparent quartz material, and the outer sides of the side wall and the bottom wall and the surface of the stirring paddle are coated with light reflecting coatings.

The sewage filtering and sterilizing device of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the discharge port of the sterilizing tank is connected with a discharge valve through a clamp, and the discharge valve is connected with the discharge pipe through the clamp; one end of the discharge pipe connected with the discharge valve is provided with a groove for fixing the filter disc and the secondary filter screen.

The sewage filtering and sterilizing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the aperture of the filter screen is 2-4 mm; the annular filter element is sequentially provided with a heavy metal adsorption resin layer, a granular activated carbon layer and a PP cotton polypropylene fiber layer; the secondary filter screen is 300-400 meshes.

The sewage filtering and sterilizing device of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a vacuum port and a pressure relief port which are communicated with the inside of the sterilizing box are arranged at the upper part of the side wall of the sterilizing box; the vacuum port and the pressure relief port are both provided with valves, and the vacuum port is connected with a vacuum pump.
10. The sewage filtering and sterilizing device of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a drain valve is arranged below the side wall of the filter tank, and the height of the drain valve is higher than that of the filter screen; all be equipped with transparent window on sterilization case and the rose box, still articulated on the sterilization case window have the separation blade, and the separation blade inboard scribbles reflection of light coating.
