the overturning rack is connected with a piston rod of the overturning cylinder and can be driven by the overturning cylinder to do linear reciprocating motion, the overturning gear is circumferentially fixed with the overturning shaft and meshed with the overturning rack, and the overturning plate is connected with the overturning shaft and is pivoted on the overturning frame through the overturning shaft.
2. The turnover device of claim 1, wherein the turnover mechanism further comprises a limiting protrusion disposed on the turnover plate for positioning the workpiece.

4. The turnover device of claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning frame, and a positioning cylinder, a positioning clamp and a positioning plate which are all arranged on the positioning frame;

6. The turnover device of claim 4, wherein the positioning mechanism further comprises a support member disposed on the positioning frame, and the positioning plate abuts against the support member and is slidably connected with the positioning frame in a vertical direction.

The turnover device of claim 4, wherein the positioning fixture further comprises a first guide rod slidably connected with the positioning frame in the vertical direction and a lifting plate connected with the top end of the first guide rod, the positioning fixture is arranged on the lifting plate, and the bottom of the lifting plate is connected with a piston rod of the positioning cylinder.
8. The turnover device of claim 4 or 6, wherein the positioning fixture further comprises a second guide rod slidably connected with the positioning frame in the vertical direction, and the positioning plate is connected with the top end of the second guide rod.
