本实用新型公开了一种节能安全复合窗,包括外围的边框以及安装在边框上的玻璃,边框为复合式结构;矩形金属管材位于中央作为边框的主体,矩形金属管材的内腔设有填充材料;非金属型材为多支分别固定在矩形高强度金属管材的外表面,且矩形金属管材和非金属型材之间形成用于安装玻璃的安装槽;外部型材为金属合金型材、木质型材、塑料型材或者玻璃纤维型材,其固定在非金属型材的外表面。本实用新型能够提高建筑外窗隔热、保温、节能性,提高隔音、抗风压性能,使建筑外窗具备抗冲击、抗撬曲、等安全抗破坏性能,增强建筑外窗的抗老化能力,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑外门窗领域,尤其涉及一种节能安全复合窗。
背景技术
我国目前应用最普遍的多为铝合金窗、塑钢窗。铝合金窗主要使用铝合金型材为壁厚≥1.4mm的空腔铝合金型材,门窗的关键制作工序为组角和组装,其中组角的主要工艺即门窗框扇体的角部连接以及边框和中梃的连接方式多使用:铆钉铆接、角码组角或螺钉螺接,空腔金属与空腔金属使用此种方式连接,不能有效的保证门窗整体的密封、强度、保温、隔音性能,以及不能有效阻止室内外热传递,以减少家用温控电器运转时间,最终使能源浪费严重;塑钢窗一般采用壁厚≥2.2mm的三腔或多强PVC塑料型材,其中一内腔设壁厚为1.5mm的增强钢衬,门窗框体角部、边框和中梃部位均通过热融塑料型材使其焊接在一起,只是进行了塑料型材的连接,腔体内的增强钢衬未能进行任何连接,此种工艺使门窗整体的强度大大减弱,易变形,不能保证其抗风压性能,抗撬曲、抗破坏性差、使用寿命短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种集节能、安全、隔音、抗风压性能高、使用寿命长于一体的复合窗。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种节能安全复合窗,包括外围的边框以及安装在边框上的玻璃,所述边框为复合式结构,其包括:
高强度金属管材,所述高强度金属管材位于中央作为边框的主体,所述矩形高强度金属管材的内腔设有填充材料;
非金属型材,所述非金属型材为多支分别固定在所述高强度金属管材的外表面,且所述高强度金属管材和非金属型材之间形成用于安装玻璃的安装槽;
外部型材,所述外部型材为金属合金型材、木质型材、塑料型材或者玻璃纤维型材,其单一固定在所述非金属型材的外表面,或者同时固定在非金属型材和高强度金属管材的外表面。
进一步的,还包括开启部分,所述开启部分可以为以下两种形式:
其一、所述边框的上部和下部之间连接中挺,所述中挺也为复合式结构,所述中挺与边框的之间构成开启框,所述开启框上铰链连接有开启扇,所述开启扇的扇体边框也为复合式结构;所述开启扇的扇体与开启框的结合处各自形成与防盗型锁具相配合的功能槽;
其二,所述边框各部(即上、下以及侧部)之间构成开启框,所述开启框上铰链连接有开启扇,所述开启扇的扇体边框也为复合式结构;所述开启扇的扇体与开启框的结合处各自形成与防盗型锁具相配合的功能槽。
进一步的,所述矩形高强度金属管材的材质为低碳钢、高碳钢或者不锈钢;所述矩形高强度金属管材的结构为实体、单腔体、双腔体或多腔体结构。
进一步的,所述非金属型材为PVC塑料材质、木质材质或其它非金属材质;所述非金属型材的结构为实体、单腔体、双腔体或多腔体结构。
进一步的,所述金属合金型材的材质为铝合金、铝钛镁合金、铝锌镁合金或者不锈钢;所述金属合金型材的结构为实体、单腔体、双腔体或者多腔体结构。
进一步的,所述玻璃为夹胶中空多层玻璃或其它深加工玻璃;所述玻璃底部与矩形高强度金属管材接触的位置放置玻璃垫块。
进一步的,所述填充材料为隔热保温材料,优选为聚氨酯发泡材料。
进一步的,所述金属合金型材在边框的角部或边框与中梃连接处均为90度、平角或45度角固定;所述金属高强度管材在边框的角部或边框与中梃连接处均为90度、平角或45度角焊接而成。
进一步的,所述高强度金属管材以及金属合金型材在边框角部连接均为直缝对接,且二者的对接缝隙互相垂直。
进一步的,所述高强度金属管材以及金属合金型材在边框与中梃连接处的连接均为直缝对接,且二者的对接缝隙互相垂直或者错位平行。

参照附图1-4,一种节能安全复合窗,包括外围的边框以及安装在边框上的夹胶中空多层玻璃1,边框为复合式结构,其包括矩形高强度金属管材5、非金属型材4(8)以及金属合金型材2,具体如下:
矩形高强度金属管材5,矩形高强度金属管材5位于中央作为边框的主体,矩形高强度金属管材5的内腔设有填充有隔热保温材料,比如本实施例中的聚氨酯发泡材料6;矩形高强度金属管材5的材质为低碳钢、高碳钢或者不锈钢等金属材料;矩形高强度金属管材5的结构为实体、单腔体、双腔体或多腔体结构,本实施例采用的是双腔体结构。
非金属型材4(8),非金属型材4(8)为多支分别固定在矩形高强度金属管材5的外表面,且矩形高强度金属管材5和非金属型材4(8)之间形成用于夹胶中空多层玻璃1的安装槽;非金属型材4(8)为PVC塑料材质或者木质材质等高分子材料;非金属型材4(8)的结构为实体、单腔体、双腔体或多腔体结构,比如非金属型材4为多腔体结构,非金属型材8为单腔体结构。
金属合金型材2,其单一固定在所述非金属型材4(8)的外表面,或者同时固定在非金属型材4(8)和矩形高强度金属管材5的表面。此处金属合金型材2固定位置的不同是由于非金属型材4(8)为多支分别固定在矩形高强度金属管材5的外表面,也就是说非金属型材4(8)并非一定完全将矩形高强度金属管材5包围,因此矩形高强度金属管材5的外表面的部分区域可能并未被非金属型材4(8)所覆盖,因此导致金属合金型材2在外部包围时会出现上述两种固定形式,比如图2右侧部分显示的即为第一种固定形式,左侧部分为第二种固定形式。
金属合金型材2的材质为铝合金、铝钛镁合金、铝锌镁合金或者不锈钢等金属合金;金属合金型材2的结构为实体、单腔体、双腔体、多腔体结构或者隔热断桥多腔体结构;当然根据实际需要,金属合金型材2也可以被木质型材、塑料型材或者玻璃纤维型材替换。
边框的上部和下部之间连接中挺14,中挺14也为复合式结构,中挺14与边框之间构成开启框11,开启框10上通过铰链15连接有开启扇11,开启扇11的扇体边框也为复合式结构;开启框10与开启扇11的扇体的结合处各自形成与防盗型锁具相配合的功能槽,即第一功能槽12和第二功能槽13。
金属合金型材2在边框的角部或边框与中梃14连接处均为90度、平角或45度角固定;矩形金属高强度管材5在边框的角部或边框与中梃14连接处均为90度、平角或45度角焊接而成;为了实现更好的稳定以及密封效果,优选为:矩形高强度金属管材5以及金属合金型材2在边框角部连的接均为直缝对接(即90度固定),且二者的对接缝隙互相垂直,图1中矩形高强度金属管材5的接缝为水平方向,而金属合金型材2的接缝为竖直方向。矩形高强度金属管材5以及金属合金型材2在边框与中梃14连接处的连接均为直缝对接,且二者的对接缝隙错位平行,图1中矩形高强度金属管材5的接缝和金属合金型材2的接缝均为水平方向,且错位平行。
本实用新型加工过程如下:将非金属材料加工成所需尺寸非金属型材4或8,将非金属型材4或8固定在矩形高强度金属管材5上,安装夹胶中空多层玻璃1时,在夹胶中空多层玻璃1的底部与矩形高强度金属管材5接触的位置放置玻璃垫块7。开启部分主要由开启框10和开启扇11组成,开启扇11材质和结构与以上所述相同,在开启扇11上与开启框10相结合处形成能与防盗性锁具相配合的功能槽13,在开启框10上与开启扇11相配合处有能与防盗性锁具相配合且安装多固定点安全型锁块3的功能槽12,开启扇11与开启框10在合页或铰链15和防盗性锁具的同时作用下能形成多道密封,多处锁闭的安全密封结构。
本实用新型能够提高建筑外窗隔热、保温、节能性,提高隔音、抗风压性能,使建筑外窗具备抗冲击、抗撬曲、等安全抗破坏性能,增强建筑外窗的抗老化能力,延长使用寿命。

非金属型材,所述非金属型材为多支分别固定在所述高强度金属管材的外表面,且所述高强度金属管材和非金属型材之间形成用于安装玻璃的安装槽;
外部型材,所述外部型材为金属合金型材、木质型材、塑料型材或者玻璃纤维型材,其单一固定在所述非金属型材的外表面,或者同时固定在非金属型材和高强度金属管材的外表面。
