背景技术
随着人们生活品质的不断提高,实木地板越来越受到人们的欢迎。现有实木地板一般可分为原木加工的纯实木地板和两层实木复合地板。纯实木地板完整保留了天然木材的原始状态,纹理真实美观,环保程度高,具有外观效果好、上档次、自然环保等优点,但是变形率大,当空气温度或湿度变化时会发生膨胀或收缩,容易翘起,使用效果较差。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种不易弯曲变形、不易翘曲的两层实木复合地板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种两层实木复合地板,其中,所述两层实木复合地板包括实木基板和粘合在所述实木基板的实木面板;所述实木基板包括两列横木纹芯材、一条纵木纹芯材和两条纵木纹边框;两列所述横木纹芯材沿木纹方向并排;所述纵木纹芯材固定于两列所述横木纹芯材之间,将两列所述横木纹芯材隔开;两条所述纵木纹边框分别沿所述横木纹芯材木纹方向结合在两列所述横木纹芯材远离所述纵木纹芯材一侧,将两列所述横木纹芯材和所述纵木纹芯材夹在中间;所述纵木纹边框的木纹和所述纵木纹芯材的木纹均与所述横木纹芯材的木纹相互垂直且位于同一平面,每侧的所述纵木纹边框均包括两个纵木纹板,其中一个所述纵木纹板位于所述横木纹芯材和另一个所述纵木纹板之间。
其中,所述纵木纹芯材包括两个纵木纹支撑板,其中一个所述纵木纹支撑板固定于所述横木纹芯材和另一个所述纵木纹板之间。
其中,所述纵木加强筋的宽度范围均是1cm~4cm。

请一并参阅图1和图2,本实用新型提供的一种两层实木复合地板100。所述两层实木复合地板100包括实木基板10和粘合在所述实木基板10的实木面板20。所述实木基板10包括两列横木纹芯材11、一条纵木纹芯材12和两条纵木纹边框13。两列所述横木纹芯材11沿木纹方向并排。所述纵木纹芯材23固定于两列所述横木纹芯材11之间,将两列所述横木纹芯材11隔开。两条所述纵木纹边框13分别沿所述横木纹芯材11木纹方向结合在两列所述横木纹芯材11远离所述纵木纹芯材12一侧,将两列所述横木纹芯材11和所述纵木纹芯材12夹在中间。所述纵木纹边框13的木纹和所述纵木纹芯材12的木纹均与所述横木纹芯材11的木纹相互垂直且位于同一平面,每侧的所述纵木纹边框13均 包括两个纵木纹板131,其中一个所述纵木纹板131位于所述横木纹芯材11和另一个所述纵木纹板131之间。可以理解的是,多个所述两层实木复合地板100可以相互拼接,从而多个所述两层实木复合地板100拼接后铺设于地面上,每一个所述两层实木复合地板100作为最小的单元,方便运输,方便储存,结构稳固。
通过在两列所述横木纹芯材11之间固定所述纵木纹芯材12,从而使得两列所述横木纹芯材11得到应力支撑,并且通过所述纵木纹边框13对所述横木纹芯材11进一步支撑,进而两列所述横木纹芯材11不易翘曲,使得所述两层实木复合地板100整体具有更优异的耐弯曲变形能力和抗翘曲性能。
本实施方式中,所述横木纹芯材11由若干条形横木纹板111胶粘组成,每个条形横木纹板111的宽度d1范围是1cm~4cm,包括1cm和4cm。所述横木纹板111具有厚度h1。若干条所述横木纹板111沿垂直木纹方向并列在一起。并且若干条所述横木纹111的木纹方向相平行,且位于同一平面内。所述横木纹板111是由木板切割、干燥处理加工而成。每条所述横木纹板111长度方向的两端分别固定连接所述纵木纹边框13和所述纵木纹芯材12。每条所述横木纹板111的宽度可以是相等,也可以是不等。当然,在其他实施方式中,若干条所述横木纹板111相互之间还可以使通过卡合方式固定在一起。

Claims (9)
1.一种两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,所述两层实木复合地板包括实木基板和粘合在所述实木基板的实木面板;所述实木基板包括两列横木纹芯材、一条纵木纹芯材和两条纵木纹边框;两列所述横木纹芯材沿木纹方向并排;所述纵木纹芯材固定于两列所述横木纹芯材之间,将两列所述横木纹芯材隔开;两条所述纵木纹边框分别沿所述横木纹芯材木纹方向结合在两列所述横木纹芯材远离所述纵木纹芯材一侧,将两列所述横木纹芯材和所述纵木纹芯材夹在中间;所述纵木纹边框的木纹和所述纵木纹芯材的木纹均与所述横木纹芯材的木纹相互垂直且位于同一平面,每侧的所述纵木纹边框均包括两个纵木纹板,其中一个所述纵木纹板位于所述横木纹芯材和另一个所述纵木纹板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,所述纵木纹芯材包括两个纵木纹支撑板,其中一个所述纵木纹支撑板固定于所述横木纹芯材和另一个所述纵木纹板之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,所述纵木纹支撑板的宽度范围是0.5cm~2cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,每侧所述纵木纹边框的宽度范围均是1cm~4cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,所述纵木纹板的宽度范围是0.5cm~2cm。
6.根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,所述横木纹芯材由若干条形横木纹板胶粘组成,每个条形横木纹板的宽度范围是1cm~4cm。
7.根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,所述两层实木复合地板的厚度为0.5cm~3cm。
8.根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,所述纵木纹芯材和两列所述横木纹芯材通过无齿胶粘或微齿榫铆或螺钉固定或指接或槽榫结合的结构装配在一起,以夹持于两列所述横木纹芯材之间。
9.如权利要求1~5任意一项所述的两层实木复合地板,其特征在于,所述两层实木复合地板的外周均设有槽榫结构,所述槽榫结构可与另一所述两层实木复合地板的槽榫结构配合固定。
