本实用新型的触控式汽车座椅及车载娱乐系统使乘客在对显示屏进行交互式操作时,只需坐在触控式汽车座椅上,一边观看显示屏的显示画面, 一边触摸触控式汽车座椅的座椅扶手设置有柔性触控板的区域,无需探身对显示屏进行触控操作。乘客在不进行触控时,仍可随意的手扶、支撑或按压该座椅扶手,该柔性触控板为弹性结构,可在压力作用下发生较大的弹性变形,在压力消失时恢复原状,因此该包埋在该外护套内的柔性触控板不会对座椅扶手的弹性和舒适度造成影响。并且包埋在该外护套内的柔性触控板不会对座椅扶手的外观造成影响,使该触控式汽车座椅兼具美观、舒适和触控功能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型提供的触控式汽车座椅及车载娱乐系统作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型提供一种触控式汽车座椅10,包括一座椅扶手100,该座椅扶手100包括一扶手骨架110、一柔性垫120、一柔性触控板130及一外护套140。该柔性垫120设置在该扶手骨架110的上侧,该柔性触控板130设置在该柔性垫120上,该外护套140包裹在该柔性触控板130之外。该柔性触控板130设置在该外护套140与该柔性垫120之间。该柔性触控板130为弹性结构,包括柔性基板132及碳纳米管触摸功能层134,该碳纳米管触摸功能层134包括碳纳米管膜1342、多个第一电极1344及多个第二电极1345,该碳纳米管膜1342设置在该柔性基板132表面,该多个第一电极1344及第二电极1345与该碳纳米管膜1342电连接。该碳纳米管触摸功能层134为一单层结构,能够感测发生在外护套140表面的触摸点位置。
该扶手骨架110为刚性结构,具有座椅扶手的形状,为柔性垫120提供支撑。该扶手骨架110的上侧是使用者在座椅扶手100上放置手臂的位置。
该柔性垫120为一弹性结构,为使用者手臂在该座椅扶手100上放置时提供缓冲,该柔性垫120具有一定厚度,材料可以选自海绵、织物、棉花或塑料泡沫等常用材料。该柔性垫120随着使用者手臂的按压可以具有较大变形,在按压消失后则恢复原状。该柔性触控板130优选设置在该柔性垫120的局部。该柔性垫120远离座椅椅背的一端是使用者在座椅扶手100上放置手掌的位置,该柔性触控板130优选设置在该柔性垫120远离座椅椅背的一端,即当使用者将手臂放置在座椅扶手100上时,使用者的手掌基本位于该柔性触控板130的上方,该柔性触控板130优选设置在坐于该触控式汽车座椅10并手扶该座椅扶手100的使用者的手指的下方。
该外护套140至少设置在该柔性触控板130外,优选包裹该柔性触控板130及整个柔性垫120。在另一实施例中,该外护套140同时还包裹该扶手骨架110。该外护套140的材料可以选自动物皮革、人造皮革或织物等常用材料。该外护套140优选具有较小的厚度,如1微米~5毫米。在优选的实施 例中,该外护套140外侧表面印刷有提示该柔性触控板130的碳纳米管触摸功能层134位置的图案。当该柔性触控板130还包括硬键138时,该外护套140外侧表面还可以印刷有提示该硬键138位置的图案。
该柔性触控板130整体为一弹性结构,包括柔性基板132及碳纳米管触摸功能层134。该柔性基板132为弹性片状结构,受力后产生的弹性变形度与该柔性垫120基本相当。随着使用者手臂的按压该柔性基板132可以具有较大变形,在按压消失后则恢复原状。该柔性基板132优选具有较小的厚度,优选为1微米~2毫米。该碳纳米管触摸功能层134固定设置在该柔性基板132的表面,该碳纳米管膜1342可以通过自身的范德华力粘附在该柔性基板132的表面,也可通过粘胶与该柔性基板132的表面固定。该多个电极1344优选为将导电浆料印刷在该碳纳米管膜1342表面形成的导电层。该多个电极1344的材料优选为导电性好的金属,如银、金或铜。该碳纳米管膜1342一侧表面与该柔性基板132贴合,另一侧表面可以直接与该外护套140贴合。
在另一实施例中,该柔性触控板130可进一步包括一柔性保护层136,该柔性保护层136设置在该碳纳米管膜1342另一侧的表面。该碳纳米管膜1342设置在该柔性保护层136与该柔性基板132之间,并且该柔性保护层136设置在该碳纳米管膜1342远离该柔性基板132的表面。该柔性保护层136为弹性片状结构,该柔性保护层136、碳纳米管膜1342及该柔性基板132的叠加结构在受力后可以整体发生弹性变形,在按压消失后则恢复原状。该柔性保护层136优选具有较小的厚度,优选为0.5微米~1毫米。该柔性基板132及柔性保护层136的材料优选为有机聚合物,例如均可独立的选自三醋酸纤维素(TAC)、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、苯丙环丁烯(BCB)、聚环烯烃等。
该碳纳米管触摸功能层134为可实现触摸功能的单层结构,包括碳纳米管膜1342、多个第一电极1344及多个第二电极1345。该碳纳米管膜1342包括多个碳纳米管,该多个碳纳米管基本沿相同方向定向延伸,从而使碳纳米管膜1342在该多个碳纳米管的延伸方向上具有远大于其它方向的电导率。该碳纳米管膜1342可通过从一碳纳米管阵列中拉取形成。所述从碳纳米管阵列中拉取形成的碳纳米管膜1342中大多数碳纳米管的整体延伸方向基本朝同一方向且平行于该碳纳米管膜1342的表面。当该碳纳米管膜1342贴合在该柔性基板132的表面时,该大多数碳纳米管基本平行于该柔性基板132 的表面。并且,所述碳纳米管膜1342中基本朝同一方向延伸的大多数碳纳米管中每一碳纳米管与在延伸方向上相邻的碳纳米管通过范德华力(van der waal’s force)首尾相连,从而使该碳纳米管膜1342能够实现自支撑。由于该碳纳米管膜1342是通过大量碳纳米管通过范德华力相互搭接形成,而碳纳米管具有良好的韧性及可弯折性,因此将该碳纳米管膜1342设置在该柔性基板132表面后可以随该柔性基板132任意弯折而不会发生破损。因此,该柔性触控板130可以实现大幅度的反复弯折变形,并可以正常工作。另外,为把扶舒适,该柔性垫120的上表面,例如在使用者在座椅扶手100上放置手掌的位置,可以为曲面的流线型结构。该柔性触控板130贴合在该柔性垫120的曲面上时,在未受外部压力时也可以为一弯曲的曲面结构。
请参阅图4,所述碳纳米管膜1342是由若干碳纳米管组成的自支撑结构。所述若干碳纳米管为沿同一方向择优取向延伸。所述择优取向是指在碳纳米管膜1342中大多数碳纳米管的整体延伸方向基本朝同一方向。而且,所述大多数碳纳米管的整体延伸方向基本平行于碳纳米管膜1342的表面。进一步地,所述碳纳米管膜1342中多数碳纳米管是通过范德华力首尾相连。具体地,所述碳纳米管膜1342中基本朝同一方向延伸的大多数碳纳米管中每一碳纳米管与在延伸方向上相邻的碳纳米管通过范德华力首尾相连。当然,所述碳纳米管膜1342中存在少数随机排列的碳纳米管,这些碳纳米管不会对碳纳米管膜1342中大多数碳纳米管的整体取向排列构成明显影响。所述自支撑为碳纳米管膜1342不需要大面积的载体支撑,而只要相对两边提供支撑力即能整体上悬空而保持自身膜状状态,即将该碳纳米管膜1342置于(或固定于)间隔一定距离设置的两个支撑体上时,位于两个支撑体之间的碳纳米管膜1342能够悬空保持自身膜状状态。所述自支撑主要通过碳纳米管膜1342中存在连续的通过范德华力首尾相连延伸排列的碳纳米管而实现。所述碳纳米管膜1342中基本朝同一方向延伸的多数碳纳米管,并非绝对的直线状,可以适当的弯曲;或者并非完全按照延伸方向上排列,可以适当的偏离延伸方向。因此,不能排除碳纳米管膜1342的基本朝同一方向延伸的多数碳纳米管中并列的碳纳米管之间可能存在部分接触。该碳纳米管膜1342中碳纳米管间可以具有间隙,从而使该碳纳米管膜1342最厚处的厚度约为0.5纳米至100微米,优选为0.5纳米至10微米。
从碳纳米管阵列中拉取获得所述碳纳米管膜1342的具体方法包括:(a)从一碳纳米管阵列中选定一碳纳米管片段,本实施例优选为采用具有一定宽 度的胶带或粘性基条接触该碳纳米管阵列以选定具有一定宽度的一碳纳米管片段;(b)通过移动该拉伸工具,以一定速度拉取该选定的碳纳米管片段,从而首尾相连的拉出多个碳纳米管片段,进而形成一连续的碳纳米管膜1342。该碳纳米管膜的制备方法具体请参见范守善等人于2007年2月9日申请的,于2008年8月13公开的第CN101239712A号中国大陆公开专利申请。该多个碳纳米管相互并排使该碳纳米管片段具有一定宽度。当该被选定的碳纳米管片段在拉力作用下沿拉取方向逐渐脱离碳纳米管阵列的生长基底的同时,由于范德华力作用,与该选定的碳纳米管片段相邻的其它碳纳米管片段首尾相连地相继地被拉出,从而形成一连续、均匀且具有一定宽度和择优取向的碳纳米管膜1342。
所述碳纳米管膜1342在拉伸方向具有最小的电阻抗,而在垂直于拉伸方向具有最大电阻抗,因而具备电阻抗异向性,即碳纳米管膜1342具有阻抗异向性,即,碳纳米管膜1342在两个不同方向上具有不同的阻抗性,以定义出一较低阻抗方向D(基本平行于碳纳米管延伸方向),以及一较高阻抗方向H(基本垂直于碳纳米管延伸方向),其中较低阻抗方向D和较高阻抗方向H可为垂直。碳纳米管膜1342可以为矩形,并具有四侧边,其中两个侧边相对且平行于较高阻抗方向H,而另外两个侧边相对并平行于较低阻抗方向D。由于具有阻抗异向性,该碳纳米管触摸功能层134可以实现对多点触摸进行感测。用于碳纳米管触摸功能层134的碳纳米管膜1342的阻抗异向性范围,优选为该较高阻抗方向H与该较低阻抗方向D的比值大于等于50,优选为70~500。该碳纳米管触摸功能层134可包括多个碳纳米管膜1342,相互层叠或并排设置,故,上述柔性触控板130的长度和宽度不限,可根据实际需要设置。可以理解,该碳纳米管触摸功能层134包括多个碳纳米管膜1342时,该多个碳纳米管膜1342的设置方向相同,即该多个碳纳米管膜1342中大多数碳纳米管的延伸方向相同。
该多个第一电极1344配置于碳纳米管膜1342平行于高阻抗方向H的一个侧边。该第一多个电极1344相互间隔设置,相邻第一电极1344的间距优选为1mm至8mm之间。各第一电极1344延着较高阻抗方向H上的长度优选为1mm至8mm。该多个第二电极1345,配置于碳纳米管膜1342平行于高阻抗方向H的另一个侧边,沿高阻抗方向H排列成一行并相互间隔,设置于该透明导电层220的垂直于低阻抗方向D的侧边。也就是说,该碳纳米管膜1342具有两个垂直于低阻抗方向D的相对的侧边,且在其中一侧边间 隔设置有多个第一电极1344,并在另一侧边间隔设置有多个第二电极1345,且该第一电极1344与该第二电极1345沿该低阻抗方向D一一对应。相邻第二电极1345的间距优选为1mm至8mm之间。各第二电极1345延着较高阻抗方向H上的长度优选为1mm至8mm。如此一来,各第一电极1344及第二电极1345输入至碳纳米管膜1342或接收自碳纳米管膜1342的信号将主要地沿着较低阻抗方向D传输。该碳纳米管触摸功能层134便可利用信号传输具有方向性的特性作为触碰位置的判断依据。当然,在实际的产品中,各驱动感测电极的尺寸及间距可以视产品所需分辨率及产品的应用领域而有所不同。
该碳纳米管触摸功能层134可进一步包括一驱动电路(图未示),与电极1344电连接。该驱动电路逐步地扫描第一电极1344及对应的第二电极1345以接收电信号,例如是分批次地或是一对接一对地对第一电极1344及对应的第二电极1345进行导通。当座椅扶手100的外护套140被使用者以手指或是导电介质触碰时,碳纳米管膜1342与手指(或是导电介质)之间会产生一电容。此时,驱动电路中的充电电路(如电压源)与储存电路(如电容)将交替地对该接触电容进行充放电,并记录该时刻的电容充电量,例如电压值,以作为触碰位置的判断依据。由于碳纳米管膜1342具有阻抗异向性,所以电流的路径传输将主要地平行于较低阻抗方向D。当对应碳纳米管膜1342的外护套140上的某一位置被触碰时,不同位置上的第一电极1344及第二电极1345会扫描到不同的电信号,当触碰位置与第一电极1344或第二电极1345的距离越近,第一电极1344或第二电极1345所接收到的信号越大。所以,碳纳米管触摸功能层134可以根据不同第一电极1344及第二电极1345所接收的信号的数值大小来判断触碰位置在较低阻抗方向D上的坐标。若要判断触碰位置在较高阻抗方向H的坐标,可以比较相邻第一电极1344或相邻的第二电极1345所接收到的信号中,较高两者的信号值,并将此两者的信号值以内插或是以一比例关系加成来获得对应的坐标值。此处所述的比例关系可基于模拟过程中所接收到的信号值的变化而决定。
请参阅图5,该触控式汽车座椅10可以进一步包括椅背200及椅座300。本实用新型进一步包括一车载娱乐系统1,包括上述触控式汽车座椅10及显示屏20,该显示屏20通过无线连接或有线连接方式与该触控式汽车座椅10连接并进行数据传输。该无线连接可以为WiFi、红外或蓝牙等连接方式,具体通过分别设置在该显示屏20与该柔性触控板130中的无线通信模块实现。 该有线连接可以是将该显示屏20与该柔性触控板130通过数据线连接。该数据线可埋入汽车座椅10下部的地板中,从而不影响乘客的乘坐。
当该触控式汽车座椅10为轿车的后排座椅时,该显示屏20可设置在该轿车的前排座椅的椅背200后侧。当该触控式汽车座椅10为轿车的前排座椅时,该显示屏20可设置在该轿车的前排中控板30上。乘客在对显示屏20进行交互式操作时,只需坐在触控式汽车座椅10上,一边观看显示屏20的显示画面,一边触摸触控式汽车座椅10的座椅扶手100设置有柔性触控板130的区域。该柔性触控板130被包埋在该外护套140中,该外护套140具有较薄的厚度,使该柔性触控板130仍可通过感测电容变化判断触摸点的位置。乘客在不进行触控时,仍可随意的手扶、支撑或按压该座椅扶手100,该柔性触控板130为弹性结构,且具有较薄的厚度,可以在压力作用下发生较大的弹性变形,在压力消失时恢复原状,因此该包埋在该外护套140内的柔性触控板130不会对座椅扶手100的弹性和舒适度造成影响。并且包埋在该外护套140内的柔性触控板130不会对座椅扶手100的外观造成影响,使该触控式汽车座椅10兼具美观、舒适和触控功能。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (11)
1.一种触控式汽车座椅,包括一座椅扶手,该座椅扶手包括一扶手骨架一柔性垫及一外护套,其特征在于,进一步包括一柔性触控板,该柔性垫设置在该扶手骨架的上侧,该柔性触控板设置在该柔性垫上,该外护套包裹在该柔性触控板之外,该柔性触控板为弹性结构,包括柔性基板及碳纳米管触摸功能层,该碳纳米管触摸功能层包括碳纳米管膜、多个第一电极及多个第二电极,该碳纳米管膜设置在该柔性基板表面,该多个第一电极及多个第二电极与该碳纳米管膜电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该碳纳米管触摸功能层为一感测发生在外护套表面的触摸点位置的单层结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该柔性触控板设置在该柔性垫远离座椅椅背的一端,坐于该触控式汽车座椅并手扶该座椅扶手的使用者的手指的下方。
4.如权利要求1所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该柔性垫具有一曲面,该柔性触控板弯曲的与该曲面贴合。
5.如权利要求1所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该外护套包裹该柔性触控板及整个柔性垫。
6.如权利要求1所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该柔性基板的厚度为1微米~2毫米,该外护套的厚度为1微米~5毫米,该碳纳米管膜最厚处的厚度为0.5纳米至100微米。
7.如权利要求1所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该碳纳米管膜一侧表面与该柔性基板贴合,另一侧表面直接与该外护套贴合。
8.如权利要求1所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该柔性触控板进一步包括一柔性保护层,该柔性保护层设置在该碳纳米管膜远离该柔性基板的表面,该柔性保护层的厚度为0.5微米~1毫米。
9.如权利要求1所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该碳纳米管膜具有阻抗异向性,具有一较高阻抗方向及一较低阻抗方向,该较高阻抗方向与该较低阻抗方向基本垂直,该多个第一电极设置于该碳纳米管膜平行于该较高阻抗方向的一个侧边,该多个第二电极设置于该碳纳米管膜平行于该较高阻抗方向的另一个侧边。
10.如权利要求9所述的触控式汽车座椅,其特征在于,该碳纳米管膜中的碳 纳米管基本沿该较低阻抗方向延伸并基本平行于该柔性基板的表面,所述碳纳米管膜中每一碳纳米管与在延伸方向上相邻的碳纳米管通过范德华力首尾相连。
11.一车载娱乐系统,包括如权利要求1~10中任意一项的触控式汽车座椅及显示屏,该显示屏通过无线连接或有线连接方式与该触控式汽车座椅连接并进行数据传输。
