Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种多功能烹调锅,包括锅体、控制装置、电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器,电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器分别设置在锅体内,控制装置与电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器连接,其特征在于,所述锅体内设置有外锅和内锅,电加热装置紧贴或靠近外锅,内锅设置在外锅内,内锅底部外表面和外锅底部内表面接触。本实用新型可实现蒸、煮、炖、烤、煎、炸、保温等功能,结构简单,使用方便,热效率高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电加热锅技术领域,更具体是一种烹调锅。
背景技术
目前,供煮热食物的电热锅在市面上种类繁多,大致上采用内锅锅底置于外锅内,直接接触加热源加热。如中国专利申请号为CN88104268.4,发明名称为蒸气全面加热烹调锅,该锅分内外锅,内锅不直接接触加热器,亦不接触外锅,完全藉蒸气于内外锅之间均匀对内锅加热,不论煮、炖等烹调方式,均能充分使食物熟化而保持原味。主要特征为,其具有呼吸阀、安全阀配合定压阀或依食物之不同配合可调压之控压阀调节适当压力,藉蒸气热能达到均匀而全面加热,不但安全且节省熟调时间,又能保持食物原味。缺点是功能较为单一,只能蒸煮食物,对于煎、炸、烤等烹调方式显然是不适合。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种不仅结构简单,使用方便,热效率高,而且安全节能的多功能烹调锅。
本实用新型是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种多功能烹调锅,包括锅体、控制装置、电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器,电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器分别设置在锅体内,控制装置与电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器连接,其特征在于,所述锅体内设置有外锅和内锅,电加热装置紧贴或靠近外锅,内锅设置在外锅内,内锅底部外表面和外锅底部内表面接触,电加热装置加热后,热量从外锅和内锅底部接触面以及外锅和内锅周边之间空气或水传入内锅,实现烹调内锅内食物的功能。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述外锅固定在锅体内,电加热装置包括发热管和发热带,外锅的底部开槽,压入发热管;外锅的侧部外围装发热带,发热管和发热带通过控制装置独立控制,配合不同的烹调功能程序来通电加热。
所述外锅底部和周边靠近电加热装置的位置,安装温度传感器,用于将采集温度数据提供给控制装置的微电脑程序。
所述温控器设置在外锅的底部,在非正常状态下保护产品不会因过热而产生危险。
所述内锅与外锅为可分离式结构,烹调时,内锅内部空间直接承载烹调食物,外锅内部空间可不放任何东西,或放入适当的水。
所述锅体设置有安装控制装置的安装位,控制装置包括控制电路板、面板按键,在控制电路板的背面设置有面板隔热板。
所述外锅的底部设置有支撑脚架,支撑脚架固定在锅体的底部,使外锅的底部与锅体之间形成散热腔。
所述锅体的顶部设置有锅盖,锅盖设置有锅盖把手,内锅的上缘两侧分别设置有内锅把手,锅体的两侧设有锅体把手。
本实用新型采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型采用将内、外锅的组合使用结构,通过将外锅固定在锅体内,内锅整体放在外锅,内锅底部外表面和外锅底部内表面接触,安装在外锅上的发热器加热后,热量从外锅和内锅底部接触面以及外锅和内锅周边之间空气或水传入内锅,实现蒸、煮等功能,均匀的烹调内锅内食物;并且,由于内锅可自由取出,使外锅内部空间也可直接用于烹调食物,实现煎、炸、烤等功能。
2、本实用新型的外锅底部和周边靠近发热器的位置,安装温度传感器用于将采集温度数据提供给控制板的微电脑程序,一方面可以根据控制装置预设的程序烹调食物,另一方面,通过配合外锅的温控器,还可以在非正常状态下保护产品不会因过热而产生危险。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本技术方案作详细的描述。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型是一种多功能烹调锅,包括锅体1、控制装置2、电加热装置3、温控器4和温度传感器,电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器分别设置在锅体内,控制装置与电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器连接,。锅体1的顶部设置有锅盖5,锅盖设置有锅盖把手6,内锅的上缘两侧分别设置有内锅把手7,锅体的两侧设有锅体把手8,锅体的底部设置有底板9,在底板上设置有电源固定板座10,电源固定板座上设置有电源电路板11,电源电路板与控制装置连接。锅体内设置有外锅12和内锅13,电加热装置紧贴或靠近外锅,内锅设置在外锅内,内锅底部外表面和外锅底部内表面接触,电加热装置加热后,热量从外锅和内锅底部接触面以及外锅和内锅周边之间空气或水传入内锅,实现烹调内锅内食物的功能。
本实施例中,外锅12固定在锅体1内,电加热装置3包括发热管3-1和发热带3-2,外锅的底部开槽,压入发热管;外锅的侧部外围装发热带,发热管和发热带通过控制装置独立控制,配合不同的烹调功能程序来通电加热。
外锅底部和周边靠近电加热装置的位置,安装温度传感器,用于将采集温度数据提供给控制板的微电脑程序。温控器设置在外锅的底部,配合与控制装置连接的熔断器,在非正常状态下保护产品不会因过热而产生危险。
所述内锅与外锅为可分离式结构,烹调时,内锅内部空间直接承载烹调食物,外锅内部空间可不放任何东西,或放入适当的水。锅体设置有安装控制装置2的安装位,控制装置包括控制电路板2-1、面板按键2-2,在控制电路板的背面设置有面板隔热板2-3。外锅的底部设置有支撑脚架,支撑脚架固定在锅体的底部,使外锅的底部与锅体之间形成散热腔。
本技术方案将外锅固定在锅体内,内锅整体放在外锅,内锅底部外表面和外锅底部内表面接触,安装在外锅上的发热器加热后,热量从外锅和内锅底部接触面以及外锅和内锅周边之间空气或水传入内锅,实现蒸、煮等功能,均匀的烹调内锅内食物;并且,由于内锅可自由取出,使外锅内部空间也可直接用于烹调食物,实现煎、炸、烤等功能;外锅底部和周边靠近发热器的位置,安装温度传感器用于将采集温度数据提供给控制板的微电脑程序,一方面可以根据控制装置预设的程序烹调食物,另一方面,通过配合外锅的温控器,还可以在非正常状态下保护产品不会因过热而产生危险。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种多功能烹调锅,包括锅体、控制装置、电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器,电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器分别设置在锅体内,控制装置与电加热装置、温控器和温度传感器连接,其特征在于,所述锅体内设置有外锅和内锅,电加热装置紧贴或靠近外锅,内锅设置在外锅内,内锅底部外表面和外锅底部内表面接触;外锅固定在锅体内,内锅与外锅为可分离式结构,电加热装置包括发热管和/或发热带;外锅的底部开槽,压入发热管;发热带设置在外锅的侧部外围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能烹调锅,其特征在于,所述外锅底部和周边靠近电加热装置的位置,安装温度传感器,用于将采集温度数据提供给控制装置的微电脑程序。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能烹调锅,其特征在于,所述温控器设置在外锅的底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能烹调锅,其特征在于,所述锅体设置有安装控制装置的安装位,控制装置包括控制电路板、面板按键,在控制电路板的背面设置有面板隔热板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能烹调锅,其特征在于,所述外锅的底部设置有支撑脚架,支撑脚架固定在锅体的底部,使外锅的底部与锅体之间形成散热腔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能烹调锅,其特征在于,所述锅体的顶部设置有锅盖,锅盖设置有锅盖把手,内锅的上缘两侧分别设置有内锅把手,锅体的两侧设有锅体把手。
