本实用新型公开了一种户外灯,包括灯罩、承载LED光源的PCB板、电源组件和外壳,所述灯罩与所述外壳相连,所述外壳包括壳体和用于安装所述PCB板的载板,所述载板与所述外壳一体成型,所述载板用于安装所述PCB板的安装面朝向所述灯罩设置,所述PCB板紧贴所述载板的安装面设置,所述电源组件设于所述外壳内,所述PCB板与所述电源组件电性连接;由PCB板设置在所述载板上且与所述载板紧贴形成面接触,LED光源产生的热量会沿着所述载板传导至与所述外壳,进而通过所述外壳进行散热,能够大大增强所述户外灯的散热性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯,尤其涉及一种户外灯。
背景技术
随着发光二极管(lightemittingdiode,LED)技术的不断发展,LED的应用领域也越来越广泛,LED作为新一代光源,具有寿命长、高效节能、绿色环保等众多优点,被广泛应用到显示、照明领域中。
LED照明灯具的可靠性、寿命很大程度上是取决于灯具的散热水平,所以提高LED灯具的散热性能是LED灯具的关键技术之一,主要是解决LED光源的散热问题。目前LED也已经开始应用于户外灯中,目前常规的户外灯的LED光源悬空仅通过周边与户外灯的外壳连接,其散热性能不佳,使得户外灯的性能受限。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种散热较好的户外灯。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:
一种户外灯,包括灯罩、承载LED光源的PCB板、电源组件和外壳,所述灯罩与所述外壳相连,所述外壳包括壳体和用于安装所述PCB板的载板,所述载板与所述外壳一体成型,所述载板用于安装所述PCB板的安装面朝向所述灯罩设置,所述PCB板紧贴所述载板的安装面设置,所述电源组件设于所述外壳内,所述PCB板与所述电源组件电性连接。
优选地,所述户外灯还包括与所述承载LED光源的PCB板配合的反光罩,所述反光罩设于所述载板上,所述反光罩为凹形,自周边向中间逐渐收拢,所述载板的形状与所述反光罩相互嵌合。
优选地,所述外壳材料为金属。
优选地,所述载板用于安装所述PCB板的安装面上涂覆有一层帮助散热的导热硅脂。
优选地,所述灯罩为三棱柱形,所述三棱柱形的一个侧面上具有开口,所述开口侧与所述外壳相连,所述灯罩各个面上均设有增强光折射的条状凸起。
优选地,所述灯罩材料为透光PC。
优选地,所述灯罩和所述外壳的连接处设有防水胶圈。
优选地,所述壳体包括相连的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述灯罩相连,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体的连接处设有防水胶圈,所述电源组件设于所述第二壳体形成的腔体内。
进一步优选地,所述第二壳体上设有至少一个贯穿的穿线孔。
优选地,所述户外灯还包括设于所述外壳内部的感应器。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供了一种户外灯,包括灯罩、承载LED光源的PCB板、电源组件和外壳,所述灯罩与所述外壳相连,所述外壳包括壳体和用于安装所述PCB板的载板,所述载板与所述外壳一体成型,所述载板用于安装所述PCB板的安装面朝向所述灯罩设置,所述PCB板紧贴所述载板的安装面设置,所述电源组件设于所述外壳内,所述PCB板与所述电源组件电性连接;由PCB板设置在所述载板上且与所述载板紧贴形成面接触,LED光源产生的热量会沿着所述载板传导至所述壳体,进而通过所述外壳进行散热,能够大大增强所述户外灯的散热性能。

以下将结合实施例和附图对本实用新型的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本实用新型的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本实用新型的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本实用新型保护的范围。另外,专利中涉及到的所有联接/连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少联接辅件,来组成更优的联接结构。本实用新型创造中的各个技术特征,在不互相矛盾冲突的前提下可以交互组合。
参照图1-2,本实用新型提供了一种户外灯,包括灯罩1、承载LED光源的PCB板6、电源组件10和外壳,所述灯罩1与所述外壳相连,所述外壳包括壳体和一用于安装所述PCB板的载板7,所述载板7与所述外壳一体成型,所述载板7用于安装所述PCB板6的安装面朝向所述灯罩1设置,所述PCB板6紧贴所述载板7的安装面设置,所述电源组件10设于所述外壳内,所述PCB板6与所述电源组件10电性连接。所述外壳材料为金属。由于所述PCB板6设置在所述载7上且与所述载板7紧贴形成面接触,LED光源产生的热量会沿着所述载板7传导至所述外壳,进而通过所述外壳进行散热,能够大大增强所述户外灯的散热性能。优选的实施例中,所述载板7用于安装所述PCB板6的安装面上涂覆有一层帮助散热的导热硅脂能够进一步增强所述PCB板6和所述载板7之间的热传导。
所述灯罩1为三棱柱形,所述三棱柱形的一个侧面上具有开口,所述开口侧与所述外壳相连,所述灯罩各个面上均设有增强光折射的条状凸起12。传统的户外灯的外灯罩只有三棱柱形的侧面上设有条状凸起12,而三棱柱的底面上不设有条状凸起12,传统户外灯的灯罩的在竖直方向与水平方向夹角范围内的光通量为总光通量的70-80%,通过在所述三棱柱的各个面上均设有条状凸起12,可以使得所述户外灯的灯罩在竖直方向与水平方向夹角范围内的光通量为总光通量的85%以上,较传统户外灯提高5%以上。所述灯罩1材料为透光PC,传统的户外灯灯罩采用玻璃材料作为灯罩的材料,不仅使得户外灯的质量很大,而且很容易摔碎,选用透光PC作为所述灯罩1的材料,不仅降低了户外灯的重量,而且可以防止所述灯罩1被摔碎。
户外灯安装在室外会接受风吹雨淋,需要一定的防水性能。所述灯罩1和所述外壳的连接处设有防水胶圈一2。所述防水胶圈一2内嵌有金属编织层。所述壳体包括相连的第一壳体8和第二壳体11,所述第一壳体8与所述灯罩1相连,所述第一壳体8与所述第二壳体11的连接处设有防水胶圈二9,所述电源组件10设于所述第二壳体11形成的腔体内。通常的户外灯包括透明玻璃灯罩和外壳,在玻璃灯罩与外壳组装完成之后,在灯罩与外壳连接处涂防水胶来保证防水,防水工艺复杂,而本实用新型中所述方案为采用所述防水胶圈一2作为防水连接,不仅组装简单,而且防水效果好。所述第二壳体11用于悬挂在墙壁上,所述第二壳体11上设有至少一个贯穿的穿线孔13,可以供线路穿过。所述户外灯还包括与所述承载LED光源的PCB板6配合的反光罩3,所述反光罩3设于所述载板7上。
参照图3-4,图3为所述反光罩3的主视图,图4为所述反光罩3的左视图,所述反光罩3上设有一与所述PCB板配合的孔14,所述反光罩3为凹形,自周边向中间逐渐收拢。在优选的实施例中,所述反光罩3为锥形。所述户外灯还包括设于所述外壳内部的感应器5,所述反光罩3上设有用于安置所述感应器5的孔洞4。作为优选的实施方式,所述孔14与所述孔洞4连通。
参照图5,图5为所述第一壳体8的立体结构图,所述第一壳体8包括一用于安装所述PCB板的载板7,所述载板7用于安装所述PCB板6的安装面朝向所述灯罩1设置,所述载板7用于安装所述PCB板6的安装面上涂覆有一层帮助散热的导热硅脂,所述PCB板6紧贴所述载板7的安装面设置,所述PCB板6通过螺丝固定在所述载体7的安装面上,所述载板7形状与所述反光罩3相互嵌合。所述第一壳体8的外周边设有用于放置所述防水胶圈一2的凹槽15。

Claims (10)

1.一种户外灯,其特征在于,包括灯罩、承载LED光源的PCB板、电源组件和外壳,所述灯罩与所述外壳相连,所述外壳包括壳体和用于安装所述PCB板的载板,所述载板与所述外壳一体成型,所述载板用于安装所述PCB板的安装面朝向所述灯罩设置,所述PCB板紧贴所述载板的安装面设置,所述电源组件设于所述外壳内,所述PCB板与所述电源组件电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外灯,其特征在于,所述户外灯还包括与所述承载LED光源的PCB板配合的反光罩,所述反光罩设于所述载板上,所述反光罩为凹形,自周边向中间逐渐收拢,所述载板的形状与所述反光罩相互嵌合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的户外灯,其特征在于,所述外壳材料为金属。
4.根据权利要求1所述的户外灯,其特征在于,所述载板用于安装所述PCB板的安装面上涂覆有一层帮助散热的导热硅脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的户外灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩为三棱柱形,所述三棱柱形的一个侧面上具有开口,所述开口侧与所述外壳相连,所述灯罩各个面上均设有增强光折射的条状凸起。
