Abstract
本实用新型涉及流体控制技术领域,具体是涉及一种双流量切换装置,包括阀体、阀芯、弹簧、内阀座和外阀座,所述阀芯穿设于所述阀体内,阀芯中部开设轴向液体通道及径向液体通道,轴向液体通道一端与龙头的出水口连通,另一端与径向液体通道相连通,阀芯上设有上密封件与下密封件,所述径向液体通道的出口位于所述上密封件与所述下密封件之间,所述外阀座设于所述上密封件的对应位置,所述内阀座设于所述下密封件的对应位置,所述弹簧套置在所述阀芯上,所述上密封件上端的阀芯上设有弹簧座,所述弹簧一端置于所述弹簧座上,另一端抵住阀体内侧。本实用新型具有双出水通道及双流量出水功能,同时能够自动复位至小流量状态,更为节省水资源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及流体控制技术领域,具体是涉及一种双流量切换装置。
背景技术
为了节省日常用水量,达到节约水资源的目的,人们通常会在水路中安装流量调节机构,在使用时可根据需要调整水的流量的大小。
市面上已有不少具有复位功能的流量调节阀,通常在使用时必须按住按钮才能保持一种大流量出水状态,松开后则自动恢复至小流量状态;而无复位功能的流量调节阀则需要在使用后手动复位。
如公告日为2013年2月27日的中国专利ZL201220373190.8所述的一种水道流量切换结构,包括有水道本体与切换阀,该水道本体具有相对的进水口与出水口,以及连接该进、出水口的水道,该水道内垂直水流方向设有一阀室,该阀室的左右侧壁上分别间隔设有上下过水孔,所述切换阀活设于该阀室内,该切换阀受驱动于阀室内纵向上下弹性移动与阀室的上下过水孔选择性配合。该技术方案通过操作切换阀,改变水道内过水截面积的大小,来达到调节出水流量的目的,但其不具备自动复位功能,操作不便。
又如公告日为2014年3月26日的中国专利ZL201320664909.8所述的一种流量切换装置,,包括:一阀体,该阀体沿轴向设有一常开水流通道和一常闭水流通道,且在垂直水流的下游方向设有一切换装置,该切换装置包括一垂直水流方向设立的阀座及一可在阀座内往复滑动的切换轴,所述的切换轴具有一大端和一小端,其小端连接一按钮并伸出阀体外,大端与一装设于阀座的弹性件相抵接。该实用新型通过调节切换轴,以控制水流量大小,并以弹性件控制切换轴保持常开水流通道出水,通过人为触压按钮使切换轴移动,常开水流通道与常闭水流通道一同出水,即成大流量出水,同时水流在大端和小端间的压差克服弹性件的弹力使切换轴在第二位置的状态得以保持,不需要人为长时间按压该铵钮。该技术方案具备调整出水流量,断水后自动恢复小流量出水的功能,但所述切换轴垂直于水流方向,受到水流长期冲击,所述切换轴易产生形变,使用寿命不高。
上述为本实用新型所要解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题而提供了一种具有两种不同流量且出水通道不同、同时能够自动复位到节水模式的双流量切换装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的一种双流量切换装置,包括阀体、阀芯、弹簧、内阀座和外阀座,所述阀芯穿设于所述阀体内,所述阀芯中部开设轴向液体通道及径向液体通道,所述轴向液体通道一端与龙头的出水口连通,另一端与径向液体通道相连通,所述阀芯上设有上密封件与下密封件,所述径向液体通道的出口位于所述上密封件与所述下密封件之间,所述外阀座设于所述上密封件的对应位置,所述内阀座设于所述下密封件的对应位置,所述弹簧套置在所述阀芯上,所述上密封件上端的阀芯上设有弹簧座,所述弹簧一端置于所述弹簧座上,另一端抵住阀体内侧;
所述外阀座上设有与所述上密封件相配合的收口,所述外阀座上开设第一出水通道,所述第一出水通道的入水口位于所述收口与上密封件之间,所述内阀座中部开设贯通的第二出水通道,所述第二出水通道的入水口位于所述下密封件与内阀座之间。
优选的,所述阀体包括外壳、上盖、下盖以及支撑座,所述阀芯圆周外侧与上盖配合的位置设有环形槽,所述环形槽上设有密封件,所述外阀座套设于所述支撑座外侧,所述内阀座置于所述支撑座内,所述下盖固设于支撑座下方并与外壳相连接。
优选的,所述外阀座为内、外双层结构,外层结构与内层结构均为中空圆柱状,所述外层结构与内层结构同轴向设置并互相接合,在两者接合处开设出水口,所述收口位于所述内层结构的内表面端口处。
优选的,所述支撑座下端设有起泡装置。
优选的,所述阀芯延伸出阀体的一端设有万向连接装置。
优选的,所述密封件为Y形密封圈。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:水由阀芯上的液体通道流出,常态下为小流量模式,阀芯受弹簧弹性力作用,使得下密封件与内阀座相闭合,上密封件与外阀座上的收口相分离,水充满外阀座与阀芯之间的空腔,而后由所述外阀座上的第一出水通道流出;当把阀体相对于阀芯向下拉时,人为克服了弹簧的弹性力,此时上密封件与外阀座上的收口相闭合,下密封件与内阀座分离,水由内阀座上的第二出水通道流出,同时由于水压作用,阀体受到的背压力大于弹簧对阀体产生的回弹力,从而使阀体保持在下拉状态,即整个装置保持在大流量模式;而当切断水之后,阀体所受的背压力渐渐消失,在弹簧的弹性力作用下,阀体恢复到初始位置,即切换到小流量模式,从而本实用新型具有双出水通道及双流量出水功能,同时能够自动复位至小流量状态,更为节省水资源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:
如图1、图2所示,一种双流量切换装置,包括阀体1、阀芯2、弹簧3、外阀座4和内阀座5,所述阀体1包括外壳10、上盖11、下盖12以及支撑座13,所述阀芯2圆周外侧与上盖配合的位置设有环形槽21,所述环形槽上设有密封件22,所述密封件22择优选择使用Y形密封圈,所述外阀座4套设于所述支撑座13外侧,所述内阀座5置于所述支撑座13内,所述支撑座13下端设有起泡装置6,所述下盖12固设于支撑座13下方并与外壳10相连接,所述下盖12与外壳10使装置内部结构整体固定。
结合图3所示,所述阀芯2中部开设轴向液体通道23及径向液体通道24,所述轴向液体通道23开设在阀芯2轴向的一端与龙头的出水口连通,并延伸至所述径向液体通道24,所述阀芯2另一端开设上密封槽25与下密封槽26,所述上密封槽25与下密封槽26内别分装配有上密封件27与下密封件28,所述径向液体通道24的出口设置于所述上密封槽25与所述下密封槽26之间,所述上密封件27与所述外阀座4相配合,所述下密封件28与所述内阀座5相配合,所述弹簧3套置在所述阀芯2上,所述上密封件27上端的阀芯2上设有弹簧座29,所述弹簧3一端置于所述弹簧座29上,另一端抵住所述上盖11的下端。
如图4所示,所述外阀座4为内、外双层结构,外层结构41与内层结构42均为中空圆柱状,所述外层结构41与内层结构42同轴向设置并互相接合,在两者接合处开设出水口43,并在所述外阀座4的内层结构42的内表面端口处增设一倾斜状的收口44,所述收口44与所述上密封件27相配合,所述外阀座4与所述上密封件27分离时,两者之间形成第一出水通道45;所述内阀座5上开设出水口51,所述下密封件28与所述内阀座5两者分离时形成第二出水通道52。
装置常态下为小流量模式,阀芯2受弹簧3弹性力作用,使得下密封件28与内阀座5相闭合,上密封件27与外阀座4上的收口44两者相分离,水充满外阀座4与阀芯2之间的空腔,而后由所述外阀座4上的第一出水通道45流出;当把阀体1相对于阀芯2整体向下拉时,人为克服了弹簧3的弹性力,此时上密封件27与外阀座4上的收口44相闭合,下密封件28与内阀座5分离,第二出水通道52接通,水由内阀座5上的出水口51流出;同时由于水压作用,阀体1受到的背压力大于弹簧3对阀体1产生的回弹力,从而使阀体1保持在下拉状态,即整个装置保持在大流量模式,而当切断水之后,阀体1所受的背压力渐渐消失,在弹簧3的弹性力作用下,阀体1恢复到初始位置,即切换到小流量模式。
如图5所示,所述阀芯2延伸出阀体1的一端设有万向连接装置7,所述万向连接装置7与龙头出水口相连接。
本实施例中,所述起泡装置6、万向连接装置7的具体结构均属于公知技术,在此不予赘述。

Claims (6)
1.一种双流量切换装置,其特征在于:包括阀体、阀芯、弹簧、内阀座和外阀座,所述阀芯穿设于所述阀体内,所述阀芯中部开设轴向液体通道及径向液体通道,所述轴向液体通道一端与龙头的出水口连通,另一端与径向液体通道相连通,所述阀芯上设有上密封件与下密封件,所述径向液体通道的出口位于所述上密封件与所述下密封件之间,所述外阀座设于所述上密封件的对应位置,所述内阀座设于所述下密封件的对应位置,所述弹簧套置在所述阀芯上,所述上密封件上端的阀芯上设有弹簧座,所述弹簧一端置于所述弹簧座上,另一端抵住阀体内侧;
所述外阀座上设有与所述上密封件相配合的收口,所述外阀座上开设第一出水通道,所述第一出水通道的入水口位于所述收口与上密封件之间,所述内阀座中部开设贯通的第二出水通道,所述第二出水通道的入水口位于所述下密封件与内阀座之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双流量切换装置,其特征在于:所述阀体包括外壳、上盖、下盖以及支撑座,所述阀芯圆周外侧与上盖配合的位置设有环形槽,所述环形槽上设有密封件,所述外阀座套设于所述支撑座外侧,所述内阀座置于所述支撑座内,所述下盖固设于支撑座下方并与外壳相连接。
3.如权利要求2所述一种双流量切换装置,其特征在于:所述外阀座为内、外双层结构,外层结构与内层结构均为中空圆柱状,所述外层结构与内层结构同轴向设置并互相接合,在两者接合处开设出水口,所述收口位于所述内层结构的内表面端口处。
4.如权利要求3所述一种双流量切换装置,其特征在于:所述支撑座下端设有起泡装置。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项权利要求所述的一种双流量切换装置,其特征在于:所述阀芯延伸出阀体的一端设有万向连接装置。
6.如权利要求2所述一种双流量切换装置,其特征在于:所述密封件为Y形密封圈。
