    本实用新型涉及筛分设备，特别是一种结构简单、装卸方便、密封与压紧固定同时完成的振动筛气囊压紧密封装置。
背景技术：
现有的振动筛都是由筛体、筛框和盖板组成，其压紧密封装置是将两排螺杆的下端固定在筛体上，上端穿过角钢上的孔将筛框压紧固定在筛体上，在筛框的折边和盖板上设有均布的螺孔，通过螺孔将盖板用螺母固定在筛框上，为了密封在筛框与盖板之间垫有密封条。这种结构装卸不方便，费时费力。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、装卸方便、节省人力和时间，成本低的振动筛气囊压紧密封装置。

实施例一：参考图1，它包括有盖板2、筛体3和筛框4，在筛体的折边与盖板结合部周边安装有均布的U形卡1，主要改进之处是在盖板与上层筛框之间安装有一个环形气囊5，气囊上的气嘴6从对应的盖板上面引出。
实施例二：它包括有盖板2、筛体3和筛框4，在筛体的折边与盖板结合部周边安装有均布的U形卡1，在盖板下面与筛框之间安装有密封条7，主要改进之处是下层筛框与筛体内筛框支撑台之间安装有一个环形气囊5，气囊的气嘴6从对应的筛体下方引出。
两个实施例中的气囊都是用消防水龙带制成，都是在未充气时放入筛框，充气前盖上盖板卡紧U形卡，充气后气囊膨胀将筛框和盖板顶起，实现密封。实施例一可省去密封条。所以本实用新型具有装卸方便快捷，固定牢固、密封良好的优点。
