Abstract
本实用新型涉及研磨用工具,特别是涉及一种用于研磨的金刚石磨片,所述金刚石磨片通过其上端栓柱与磨机相连,实现对工件的磨削加工,该金刚石磨片包括研磨层,过渡层,背层,所述栓柱为背层向上延伸所形成用于连接的螺栓体,所述背层与过渡层为一体式结构,将背层与过渡层设置为一体式结构,且背层选用柔软性材料,解决了背层与过渡层在连接处易断裂的问题,延长了磨片的使用寿命,同时柔软性的磨片可以磨削边角曲面等复杂形状工件,扩大了磨片的适用范围。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及研磨用工具,特别是涉及一种用于研磨的金刚石磨片。
背景技术:
现有技术,如图1所示用于研磨的金刚石磨片,其背层301与过渡层20是通过胶等粘合剂连接在一起,由于粘合剂的固有缺陷,在研磨过程所产生的高温和振动环境下很容易开胶断开。另外,背层与过渡层的组合体是刚性结构,不柔软,不适合磨削边角曲面等工件。
另外,现有技术中,背层301直径远小于过渡层20的直径,其粘接接触面积很小,因而在研磨过程中背层301与过渡层20很容易在连接处断开。
综上所述,现有技术中由于过渡层20和背层301不能更牢固的连接在一起,严重影响了磨片的使用寿命,而且磨片不柔软,适用范围小。
实用新型内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提出了一种使背层与过渡层能更加牢固的连接在一起的技术方案,延长了磨片的使用寿命,而且背层选用柔软性材料,磨片柔软性好,适用面广。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种金刚石磨片,所述金刚石磨片通过其上端栓柱与磨机相连,实现对工件的磨削加工,该金刚石磨片包括研磨层,过渡层,柔软性材料制成的背层,所述栓柱为背层向上延伸所形成用于连接的螺栓体,所述背层与过渡层为一体式结构。
进一步的,所述背层通过热压与过渡层连接并形成一体式结构,其中所述过渡层为不导热材料制成的片体,进而避免因长时间使用及其散热不佳导致背层与过渡层脱离,从而确保金刚石磨片的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述过渡层为布层。
进一步的,所述背层将整个过渡层覆盖,从而实现过渡层端面被背层包裹,确保在金刚石磨片高速旋转的工作过程中,背层与过渡层不会因大剪切力而分离,进一步延长该金刚石磨片的使用寿命。
进一步,所述过渡层为任何形状及尺寸均可,只需确保背层将整个过渡层覆盖。
进一步的,过渡层与研磨层通过粘合剂连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型中所述的背层与过渡层为一体式结构,背层与过渡层面积相同,且具有柔软性,因此,背层与过渡层的连接更加牢固,不易断开,延长了磨片的使用寿命,同时柔软性的磨片可以磨削边角曲面等复杂工件,扩大了磨片的适用范围。

下面结合附图具体说明本实用新型的技术方案:
实施例:请参阅图2所示,一种金刚石磨片,所述金刚石磨片通过其上端栓柱32与磨机相连,实现对工件的磨削加工,该金刚石磨片包括研磨层1,过渡层2,背层31,所述栓柱32为背层31向上延伸所形成用于连接的螺栓体,所述背层31与过渡层2为一体式结构,背层选用柔软性材料,过渡层2与研磨层1通过粘合剂连接。
请参阅图2所示,前述栓柱32上开设有螺纹段,该金刚石磨片通过栓柱32与磨机螺母连接,实现对工件的磨削加工。
请参阅图2所示,前述背层31通过热压与过渡层2连接并形成一体式结构,其中所述过渡层2为不导热材料制成的片体,进而避免因长时间使用及其散热不佳导致背层31与过渡层2脱离,从而确保金刚石磨片的使用寿命,所述过渡层2优选为布层。
请参阅图2所示,前述背层31与过渡层2面积相同,从而实现过渡层2端面被背层31包裹覆盖,确保在金刚石磨片高速旋转的工作过程中,背层31与过渡层2不会因大剪切力而分离,进一步延长该金刚石磨片的使用寿命,所述过渡层2为任何形状及尺寸均可,只需确保背层31将整个过渡层2覆盖。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本实用新型的范围,即在本实用新型基础上所做的等效变化与修饰均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种金刚石磨片,其特征在于:所述金刚石磨片通过其上端栓柱与磨机相连,实现对工件的磨削加工,该金刚石磨片包括研磨层,过渡层,柔软性材料制成的背层,所述栓柱为背层向上延伸所形成用于连接的螺栓体,所述背层与过渡层为一体式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金刚石磨片,其特征在于:所述背层通过热压与过渡层连接并形成一体式结构,其中所述过渡层为不导热材料制成的片体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金刚石磨片,其特征在于:所述过渡层为布层。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的金刚石磨片,其特征在于:所述背层将整个过渡层覆盖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金刚石磨片,其特征在于:过渡层与研磨层通过粘合剂连接。
